My truck heat stopped working, I called in to see if they could get me in and they said to drop the truck off, they had it repaired by the end of the day. It was a radiator problem. Final price came in $200 below the quoted amount.
Many thanks to the great technicians at North Troy Auto for digging into my 2005 Honda CRV and locating a coolant leak (they had to use a camera) that has been causing problems for quite a while. They found the problem, made the difficult repair and had the car back to me the next day. Great job at a fair price. I certainly will be using their services in the future.

I hit someone's spare tire that fell out in the middle of the road and I decided to take it to this shop because my father knew the former owner and was close by. I took it and got it looked at and was quoted for $1,800, So I hear this and was shocked and note that I am 19 years old $1,800 is a lot of money to me. I asked Peter for a quote just to see if there was something I could do myself to help me save some money and Peter out of no where blew up on me and said "We're just trying to help everyone out so if our prices are to high you can come pick up your car." This was extremely rude and unprofessional so I got my car towed to another shop that I've been going to prior and they got my car all fixed up for about $800. So thank you for telling me to go somewhere else it was worth it and I will keep going.

He’s had my car for 6 weeks and I still don’t even have an estimate, even after calling multiple times to check in. Frustrated is an understatement, especially when I dropped my car off and he said there were only 2 cars in front of mine. Very disappointed, especially after coming so highly recommended.
Even though we no longer live in Troy, this is still our go to place for car repair. He does it right the first time, doesn't try to add on extras, and is always pleasant. We trust him so much that he is the only shop we recommend and our kids use him too. I don't care about having to drive pretty far now because once you find a really good, stand up mechanic, you figure out how to get your car to him! There's a reason he's always packed and busy!

This repair shop is a hidden jewel of Troy. They always do good honest work and never over charge you. This seems to be hard to find now a days. I would recommend this place for anyone who doesn't want to be tricked or manipulated by a car place.
