I just bought my yellow SSR stopped and it died I was so bummed. I called Ontop towing chris came out with in a short time he figured out the issue even came with to talk to the repair guy Scott @ Aaa car. Care to do one last job before the end of the day thank you I was so lucky today everyone I encounter was so nice and helpful above and beyond. Thank you Chris.

Very professional service. Communication was on point. Prices were reasonable and Chris made sure my vehicle got safely from broken down location to dealership for repair. Great family owned company. Went above and beyond to help a broken down traveling family. Even took us to a local diner to drop us off while waiting on our ride. Excellent and highly recommended

They picked up my car which was cool, they seemed okay on the phone which is cool. But when delivering the car to my buddy who was going to fix it, they talked shit about the area I live in. They literally talked crap about my car and the area I live in to a personal friend like they wouldn’t tell me. If you live in an area that’s not upper middle class or better, expect them to think lesser of you.

I work with a sign company in the south and had one of my drivers stranded with a flat tire in Troy. I called to other shops and Chris was recommended. Even after talking to him he still wanted me to try Loves Travel Stop because they might be cheaper. He was super honest and even explained that they are mainly towing and not a spare replacement. Chris still went out to my driver, helped unhook a loaded trailer, rehook it up and mount the spare. Chris was a life saver for sure and recommend him shouting from the roof tops. Thank you again guys!!

My family was broken down on the side of the highway in the middle of nowhere on a family vacation. Not only did they come out and tow our car to a mechanic, but they drove us to the airport to get a rental car to continue our trip! I am sick with pneumonia and barely felt like running to the grocery store… but I went and as terrible as I feel, I locked my keys in my car. ON TOP and Chris are absolutely phenomenal! My car battery was dead and just too far for my charger to reach it. Chris was at my car lightning fast! He charged my battery and gave my alternator and connections a check. Plus he helped me know the best next steps for my car. The quality of service is exceptional as well are the prices! I can’t thank my tow truck driver enough, not only did he arrive quickly and was able to help me get my keys out of my car. I had a very strange man following me around the courthouse area and he ensured I got in my car safely and left with no issues from this stranger. I really can’t express my gratitude enough!! When folks have an accident your whole world changes and all of the sudden you find yourself in need of assistance,my 78 year old mother recently found herself in such a situation, Her car was totaled and their associates we're sympathetic and courteous and help put an old ladies mind at ease. I will call them first for great service.

I wish there were more than five stars, it is rare to find a company like this. My son broke down on his way to college on move in day with all his stuff in a town far from home. I randomly called ontop and spoke to Chris, I believe the owner. He picked up right away and went above and beyond to help. He also gave me the name of a local Auto repair shop that was able to get us right in. Within 90 min of calling him, he picked up my son's car and my son, and got to the repair shop for a fair and reasonable price. He even went so far as to text me when it was complete so I wouldn't have to worry. In this covid / post-covid world where good customer service and quick, reasonable help hardly exists, Chris and ontop towing have been literally the best, I'd say like the customer service that existed 50 years ago. Thanks Chris for helping a worrying mother's heart!! ❤️

Chris with ONTOP TOW is my go to guy for all of my towing needs! We pulled up at home, a mother and her son were stopped at our mailbox because their car shut down. They had been waiting for over an hour for help, we immediately called ONTOP TOW and Chris was at our house in less than 15 minutes and had the car on his truck ready to go in less than 10 minutes!
