Though I originally needed to wait for the replacement work to be done because of weather conditions, I had my windshield replaced in the lot of my place of employment; they worked with my work schedule. After doing research, they were the best price in town. My technician was a joy to work with - kind and caring and hilarious. He made sure I knew he was on his way, at location, as well as done with the installation while I was working. He thoroughly explained service and warranty, and even gave insight as to possible things to watch for. I couldn’t have asked for better!
They rescheduled 3 times because glass did not arrive and once because it came to wrong store. Quotes for work kept on varying. And finally, a reduction for the final change in time was never applied to my accout

My original appointment was for a satellite service, however due to weather and my lack of garage… they were unable to complete the scheduled repair. The driver I communicated with was super friendly and apologetic to the situation, which I very much appreciated. He directed me to a link where I was easily able to update my appointment online to come into the shop instead. All of the staff was kind and professional. They made sure I clearly understood the repair process, provided contingencies should things not go smoothly, and explained warranty information. The repair itself probably only took 20 minutes max and they had me on my way. I really appreciated their care and professional from the driver, to the receptionist, to the repair technician. Thank you guys!!
They replaced my windshield and realigned the sensors on their floor. It took less than half the time they estimated. Everything worked seamlessly with my car insurance company.

I'd have given 5 stars as the installer was friendly and I'm happy with the windshield replacement. The thing that really set me off was that my rearview mirror wasn't installed properly, so it vibrated constantly! Now I got an appointment on Friday for a Monday install, but they claimed it was going to be 8 days to get back out and fix the mirror! So, against my better judgment, I went out and removed the mirror at serious risk of breaking my brand-new windshield and figured out it wasn't reinstalled correctly. These guys are quick to replace glass, but they'll get to fixing their mistakes when they get to it.
I have an appointment scheduled for 1:00, and I got there early as soon as I got there a technician came out and took my company Jeep straight back into the shop. I was in and out in two hours. The staff were very friendly, and a very professional. They come highly recommended.
WS replacement on 5/1. Heard air seeping through windshield when I hit the highway 5/2 but, they were closed. Today, 5/4, I’m told it’ll be 5/11, before they can get me back in for warranty work (by CS Rep that wasn’t even onsite ) who told me “you’ll be ok, it’s not like it will shatter or collapse, THE NERVE!) Not to mention they broke my rearview mirror cover! Geeeez. Now I have Michelle on the phone (an onsite employee) who IS being ATTENTIVE and taking care of my concerns and got me in tomorrow for “an inspection” of their work but if they have to order a new windshield it could be a week or so…Michelle earned them their 2 stars.
Had to have my windshield replaced and recalibrated. Process took 2 hours. Waiting area was very clean and comfortable. Everything was clean and flawless. Work was done through insurance. I would definitely recommend this facility for extremely high quality and professional work. Addition, wiper blades were replaced, very disappointed with driver side blade. Don't understand why they had to be replaced to begin with, very unhappy with that aspect.
Technician was prompt and courteous. My first appt was cancelled due to rain but I was promptly set up with another date. Second attempt, the technician did a great job and was very polite and informative. It was a good experience.
Ed replaced my cracked windshield in RECORD TIME! At least, it felt that way to me - only 45 minutes. He was always pleasant and smiling, and he was sure to instruct me in how to treat my new windshield in the ensuing two days. Great job - I'll call Safelite the next time I need windshield repair!

First start to Finish, the receptionist was so pleasant and friendly and made the transition from them coming to me and having to head to their site very easy with accommodations. Entering the office was pleasant as well, she had the same friendly welcoming energy, and techs were also nice and pleasant.

I had a great experience on a Saturday morning going into the store. The online system was easy to schedule and it linked up seamlessly to my insurance without me having to do any extra work. It took them about an hour to complete.
Customer service and workmanship at this location was top notch! I had originally scheduled an at home repair but due to the type of car I was contacted and told there were more experienced techs at the shop who could take care of my windshield replacement. As soon as I arrived at the workshop they knew who I was and what I was there for. My keys were taken quickly and the job was started immediately while I waited. Wait time was shorter than originally advised and the level of workmanship that Joe performed when replacing my windshield was top tier! Very pleased with my experience here and have passed on the word already to others about how good my experience was at this location.

They did a great job they were coming out to the house but do to the rain, I took the truck to there shop and I have no complaints, little time sit back relax and let them do what they are good at doing.
