Baren hooked it up ! My battery was dead I jumped it and had it important meeting kept my car running made it to AutoZone and got me a battery and got my alternator tested young man who took care of me was exactly what you want your AutoZone person to be thank you Baron
Don't worry if you don't no what you need or where to find it. The employees here are friendly and knowledgeable. When they see you they acknowledge you and will help you as soon as they can. They have a large inventory and usually have what you need.
If I could 0 stars I would. Overall cleanliness needs an update. Workers rude, refused to install my battery because I wouldn’t give my phone number for points. I returned the battery and got it from O’Rileys. You lost a customer forever.
Corporate refuses to help. I called a while ago in regards 2 adjustable upper rear control arms. They sent non adjustable. Mechanics do not warranty parts. They pulled up order I purchased in store and last corporate call. All of a sudden now they can't pull information under my rewards. They aren't paying for the labor. Refuse giving me difference back in parts. It's ridiculous. Adjustable cost a lot more than non adjustable. AutoZone has went all the way downhill and I had to scramble around originally because they sent 4 of the same parts. Half the employees can't even assist customers. Have secret shoppers go in. I'll guarantee my word. They pretty much stole from me. They should be switching parts out and paying labor cost. On last call the lady said, "I'll get a call back." That was long ago. Until this day no call in regards to this. They steal from people. It's pathetic. Bad customer service. I heard this is the location that texts you after you leave which is not right. Buyer beware.
I wanted to share my experience with Berend at AutoZone located in Avon Ohio poor attitude and poor customer service skills. I returned an item and stated that you used the product and brought it back. His face was flustered with rage while his manager looked away. While this guy is speaking to me in this manner. Someone needs to come to this store and do a revamp of employees with awful work ethics. Is this the way a business is supposed to be, I don't think so however if you're trying to create a whole different itinerary the for new customers you have the wrong type of employees. I don't want to point fingers, but I'm a consumer if the product doesn't work it is my choice to get a replacement or refund for my item without anger from the employee. I've put this on numerous platforms, it really bothered me he would work in the public with this chip on his as shoulder. Have a good day.
I’ve been a loyal customer at this AutoZone for a long time, always buying my oil and filters without any issues — until today. After my purchase, I asked the cashier if I could drop off my used oil, and he told me “no problem.” I brought it inside and left it on the counter like I was told. As I was leaving, another employee, Chris, stopped me and said they couldn’t take it because they were full. Instead of apologizing for the mix-up and accepting it, he made me walk it back to my car. That’s not customer service — that’s passing the problem onto the customer. Real customer service would have been owning the mistake and making it right. If it’s going to be this difficult just to return your used oil, you’re better off taking your business somewhere else — or going to an oil change shop where you won’t have to deal with this nonsense at all.
Frank was so helpful in special ordering my front wiper blades and replacing them on my car when they arrived. I was able to save quite a bit of money by AutoZone helping me find aftermarket blades for my vehicle. Thank you!
Always so friendly and helpful every time I come in with an issue or question! They changed my battery in my car and shared advice of a product to remove cement from my car doors!
Went here the other day for an altenator for my 04 explorer, had to wait for the part to get shipped in and when it came in I went to get it and someone had put an old altenator in the box and it came to me. The guys at this store saw that and took time out their lunch to go to sheffield for me since I was stranded and got it for me. Thank u guys for the assistance the other day. Great store to go to
If I could leave 0 stars I would; went in needing a headlight bulb the 1st time asked for it to be installed in doing so the 1st guy wasn't sure how so he got an older gentleman to do it taking 15+ mins to install a bulb not sure if he didn't know what he was doing or having problems but I let it slide. 2nd time I went in a few weeks later, being he was barely successful with other headlight decided to give AutoZone benefit of the doubt in confidence again, a different employee this time also didn't know how to change a simple bulb retrieving the same older gentleman in the end then fiddling with my headlight a good 10/15 mins only to say that the bulb wasn't burnt out it's a wiring problem. After waiting a week to get into my mechanic he relays to me that the bulb infact was burnt out resulting in me paying a wonderful $40 when all was said & done. Looks like every one of these employees was absent on light bulb day in mechanics school. Will be going to O'Reilly's from now on. Negative review will be removed if AutoZone wants to reimburse me for a bulb installation I have a receipt for that all their employees seem to fail at such a simple task that theyre suppose to be trained in & IS THEIR ACTUAL JOB! Rather such an easy task I guess I can do it doesn't look too hard to be honest but I was told by AutoZone employees specifically you can't touch those bulbs are handled with rubber gloves is why I choose to use them to install...looks like they were also wrong on that detail no one ever used gloves to install the bulb the entire fiasco. Thank you for being able to buy my kids 1 less gift this holiday. I appreciate it.

My boyfriend needed oil in his car but didn’t know how to put it in or which kind to get, so he asks one of the workers and he could not have been more helpful. He explained to him all the different names of the engine, how to check your oil, and how much to fill it up (as well as helping him buy that in the store. Was cracking jokes and just a super positive guy, great start to our morning especially having a 4 hour drive ahead of us. Thanks Robert!!!
Incredible service there by a young man named Andrew K. Knowledgeable, readily came out to my car to help me with my issues, saved me a little money, and in so doing has now made me a regular customer at this Autozone. Thank you, Andrew.
I had been to ACE and another autozone and Carter went above and beyond. Together we figured out the best option I had my screw driver but wasn't necessary bc he followed me out I to the tain and took care of my need on the spot and was very gracious. I will definitely return here
Very helpful staff they showed me even how to save money on two filters and gentleman knew where the cab filter was located and put it in great job guys

Absolutely hands down an incredible customer experience. From the help in purchasing a new battery to the almost impossible task of actually replacing mine. I will confess to being an almost zero knowledge level of autos and had gone way to long without even checking my battery and it's health. The battery was still working but the corrosion was embarrassing! Each terminal looked like an igloo was covering them. My Autozone associate was beyond patient as they worked it loose and were finally able to remove the old battery and replace it. Could not have been happier or more impressed with the service, knowledge, and overall experience. Thank you!
Called to make sure the loaner tool I found on their website was available. Employee told me it was not a loaner tool. I called a further store and I was told it was a loaner tool and it was available. After picking up this loaner tool from the more distant location, I got home and opened the brand new box and saw that there were no accessories with the brake bleeder pump. The directions of this kit clearly indicate you need the accessories to attach to the vacuum pump. I returned to the further store and showed them that the kit only contained the actual hand unit and no accessories. This store told me to go to the original store I called and do a swap. I told the employee that I had called them earlier and they told me that they did not have them as loaner tools. He was not, very impressed, with the employee that I had spoken to at that other store. Finally I went to the other store and swapped out the loaner tool for the correct one. It made for a long day of driving around, back and forth, but I eventually did get the job done and I do appreciate that they do have these tools to loan out.

I went in for a replacement car battery. They had three options in stock. The salesman didn't know much more than he read on the screen... which was warranty period and headline technology used (lead-acid versus AGP). However, he fitted the battery for me, for which I was grateful.
Been coming here for years. Great store. Helped me so many times. Changed my batteries, put wipers on. I can keep going on and on. I’ve come to know the people there. Frank is the store manager and he is excellent.
I had a headlight out and we're fortunate to have this convenient location. They greeted me at the door and showed me a great selection of bulb op options. I was going to replace the bulbs myself but the staff was happy to replace them for me. I was back on the road with a BRIGHT new outlook on the day. Thanks!!!
Great man honestly, had the exact part in for me when ready. Just wished I knew the mans name. Very friendly and loved to help I could see it in his facial expressions. Content to connect to the customers, clean and knowledgeable!

Nice service person. Replaced my wiper blades..unfortunately did not stock my rear one. Rather odd since I drive a common Toyota. Also, tested my battery and gave a quote on that. Just friendly service!
