They always have the part I'm looking for. Most of the other auto parts stores don't carry the type of wipers that I like. O'Reilly's has everything great place. Keep up the good work guys
Got a little freaked out when my check engine light came on and went to a auto repair shop where they wanted $150 to do a diagnostic. It was suggested by a friend that I take the car to an auto parts store so I randomly selected O'Reilly in Avon, Ohio. Roy, the manager, and his associate saved the day with a quick diagnostic and $12 later I was finished, driving away with a new gas cap. What a relief. These two gentlemen could not have been nicer or more helpful. One of the few places these days where I didn't feel like I was a bother. I don't hesitate to recommend them.
Had a bad battery and I showed up early on a Sunday with only the store manager at work. He was GREAT in helping me install the battery and then give me useful info on how to do a recovery with a push button starter (just push 1st without applying brake and wait until it resets). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
First i want to give a huge sgoutout to Roy he was absolutely amazing and super helpful. Im writing thisbfrom theyre parking lot. Ibwas driving from NY to Vegas and my truck broke in theyre parking lot. About 20 minutes before theyre closing. Roy was helpful, kind and absolutely empythetic of my situation. Ive been a commercial customer of oriellys for 25 years and have my account loaded all over the country. This world needs more people like Roy i was treated not of a paying a customer but like a lifelong friend. I hope upper management pays attention to these reviews because this store is exceptional!!!! Thanks again Roy youre the man!!!!
I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts and was helped out greatly by their inventory manager, Khriss. He hooked me up with a diagnostic check and low price windshield wipers and even replaced them for me. Would definitely recommend going and have Khriss help you out if he's working.
Stopped here for a headlight that was out. Roy was extremely friendly and helpful, and realized it wasn’t a dead bulb but just needed adjusted. Will be coming here in the future because of the kindness of Roy!
I needed new windshield wipers to prepare for winter. The helpful staff accommodated my request and installed my new windshield wipers for free. I also got my battery inspected for free. Very helpful O'Reilly Auto Parts location.

I went in and was greeted by two employees , both very delightful. Xavier was very helpful explaining which would be best, he did not try to over sale , which l really appreciated. He also put the wiper on and was so thoughtful to have me wait inside while doing so ..

They ended up having the product I wanted, but had no idea what it was or where it was only one person working in the entire store. O’Reillys do better. Your associate tried very hard, but was limited with the way you were on things.
Need a battery for our 2010 Lexus. Logan was exceptional with helping find the correct car battery. Logan was patient very personable. He even helped put the battery in the car. Thank you Logan we will be coming back. Thank you

More parts availability than the other big 3 parts stores, helpful staff so far, and a driveway you don't have to hop a curb to get into like at auto zone. Great addition to the Avon area!
