I was stuck on the road at night and called my insurance for a tow. They sent Elite to pick me up. Jonny was so helpful and he made sure I was safe off the road. I was towed home and he parked my car for me. He had such a great personality and I enjoyed my tow even in the midst of a not fun situation. I will definitely ask for them again if needed.

Wow! I had the most amazing service from Elite Towing coming through in the clutch as I was needing an early morming last minute tow for my vehicle! Such an answered prayer! Johnny was incredible and took such good care of my vehicle and arrived early and went the extra mile!.. Best towing experience I have ever had or seen in my life! Great job you guys! I would highly reccomend coming to them first for your towing! You guys are really making a difference at what you do! GOD bless you all!

Last night I had to have a tow as I hit a huge pothole bending both of my rims and flating the tires on the right side of my vehicle. I happened to ask a Fire Truck that stopped for gas who is the best tow service to call. With no hesitation she said I would call Elite Towing. Elite Towing were not only quick to take my call but also to have the tow truck driver reach out to me directly within minutes. They were to my location within 45 mins after that call, Johnny was the driver that arrived. He was super great and fast worker. My vehicle is lowered but his knowledge made loading the vehicle onto the rollback quick, easy and no damage to my vehicle. No one wants to have something happen and leave you needing a tow at night. But if you find yourself ever needing a tow day or night Elite Towing is the best choice you can make. Their name speaks to who they are as a company and who they employ as well... ELITE. I hope I never find myself in that same sitation again but if I do I am calling Elite Towing.

Has to have a parts car I purchased towed back to my house. Had been waiting on another tow company for hours and called this company instead. I was traveling alone, from another state, & stopped to get gas. After filling my tank, I tried to start the car & everything electrical (dash warnings, windows, radio, wipers, etc.) started flashing/moving on & off, & the car would not even try to start. It was a if my car was possessed! Sounds funny, but it was not! I contacted my insurance company for Roadside Assistance. They recommended Elite Towing of Salisbury, NC to tow my vehicle to a nearby auto repair service. Their employee, Tony, was so friendly and supportive throughout the entire process. Wonderful experience!!!! Tony made an awful & scary situation feel like just a slight "bump in the road". His support also helped me not feel so alone. Thank you!!!

When it rains, it pours sometimes.... Unfortunately, I had to have 2 of my vehicles towed to different places today at different times. I am so thankful for Elite towing! I had the pleasure of meeting Cameron today (under terrible circumstances, of course) and he made an awful situation as smoothe as he was possibly able. He contacted me to let me know a rough estimate of when he would be arriving and then again when he was close to arriving. I had to leave my vehicle the first time today, so him contacting me with this information made it so much easier to be back at the vehicle in time for his arrival- rather than waiting several hours and not knowing how long you could be waiting. Cameron was nice, respectful, and caring and I would highly recommend Elite Towing to anyone in and around the Salisbury area!

Jonathan reached out prior to arriving as requested and handled the entire scenario perfectly, even reached out when vehicle was delivered to the dealership. Tony is the best, my insurance sent them for road side assistance, and Tony took care of me as if I was his daughter! Very caring and went the extra mile! If you’re gonna spend money with anybody spend it with them!

We are so grateful to Elite Towing. They showed up when another company dispatched by our insurance company made us wait three hours and never arrived despite sending us messages stating they were on their way. Elite was there within an hour and called us to verify. The driver performed some incredible backup maneuvers to get to our broken down vehicle. He also dropped our car off at the shop and b/c there was a drop box at the shop, we did not even have to make a trip to the shop. Elite did it all!

This was by far my best roadside assistance experience, ever! Rodney was informative of ETA, did not take long to arrive, and was so thorough with the automotive advice he offered. After parting ways, I called him with the possibility of needing additional help, and he was very kindly willing. Thankfully, I did not need him to come back, but he called me about an hour later just to make sure I was good and safe. Thank you Rodney and Elite Towing for exceptional service and kindness!

My truck broke down on the side of the freeway for the first time in my life. We are new to North Carolina and didn’t have any friends or family to call for help. Our roadside coverage hooked us up with Tony @ Elite, what a guy! My app said his ETA was 150 minutes, but Tony showed up leas then 20 minutes later with a smile on his face ready to save the day! He made sure my passenger made it safely to a spot where he waited for a ride. He was a pleasure to chat with on the 45 minute ride to our house. Even helped us confirm what the cause of the breakdown was. He was the silver lining to an otherwise awful day. I would recommend Tony & Elite Towing to any and everyone! Called my insurance company for a tow. Elite responded quickly and within about 30 minutes were already on site. The gentleman Patiently answered my car questions and offered his professional opinion. The car needed to be towed and parked in a residential garage. He was able to back the car uphill and into the garage With pinpoint precision. I was impressed with his patience and professionalism. I highly recommend Elite towing. J Black

Great experience. I didn't catch the drivers name. But he had a red beard. Super friendly. Dropped my car off at the garage. Waited for me to talk to the mechanic and took me home. Highly recommend

I would give more than five stars if possible!!! As a woman I have had my fair share of dehumanizing experiences with male towers/mechanics/etc. Great experience with tower Rodney. Extremely helpful, nice and friendly. Bittersweet because I nor anyone wants to tow their car… but if I do I hope to have another pleasant experience with Rodney/Elite Towing!

Elite Towing did a quality job. I used them for roadside service on a flat tire. They arrived timely and followed up as needed to give an accurate eta. Jeff, the driver, was friendly and made quick work of the job. I would definitely use them again if an occasion arises.

Unfortuantely, my experience with this company was not even close to being acceptable. Their services were used on February 14 through AAA. My son had broke down and Elite Towing was dispatched through AAA to go assist. Once there and after the car was fixed, the driver told my son he should just cancel the AAA call and pay him the $55. My son wasn't sure what was going on so he paid him. I didn't think that was right and I called AAA. Elite Towing put it in as a basic jump start which is covered 100% by my membership. And to quote AAA, "no money should have ever exchanged hands". I also spoke to the tow truck driver who confirmed that he told my son to cancel the call and save himself a roadside call since you only get so many. This driver had no idea how many had been used or when the membership was set to renew. So Elite Towing got paid the $55 from my son AND from AAA. Once the call is accepted by Elite Towing then they get paid by AAA. I feel like this was a very shady and unscrupulous action on Elite Towing's part. They are contracted with AAA but yet they are encouraging their customers to just cancel the call and pay them directly. And just FYI, once they are dispatched you can't cancel the call and not have it count against your roadside calls. Very shady actions by this company. I just wonder how many other customers they have done this to.

On a group ride and my fuel pump went out. I was stranded at the Lakeside Family Restaurant, 65 miles from home. AAA called Elite for me. They arrived about 20 minutes earlier than expected. Tony and Steven were EXCELLENT at maneuvering, loading and tying down a motorcycle! Steven was the driver. He was a pleasant and safe driver. I am so very happy with my experience with Elite Towing of Salisbury! :)

Our 15 passenger van/camper wouldn't start. Justin was great! He got there quickly, was really helpful, had a truck that could handle the van with space to spare and delivered it right where we needed it to be.

We called AAA at 1:30PM and was told that they would be there to tow us at around 8:30 PM because they were having trouble finding a tow company for us, so we called in through my husbands insurance instead and was told the wait was an hour and a half(we were 100% okay with that!). We ended up having the owner tow us back to our house, and he was very kind and professional, and had no problem helping us. He answered all of our questions without hesitation and made us feel well taken care of. Elite Towing now has 2 lifelong customers.

I was having car trouble, and Justin Trexler was dispatched by AAA to help me. He called to let me know he was on his way, he was so very nice both on the phone and in person. The car was parked in a tight spot where a fast food drive thru also made getting the car difficult. He immediately assured me it was "no problem!" It was about 95 degrees in a hot asphalt parking lot, and he just pleasantly chatted with me while hooking my car up to tow, making my bad day so much better! We need more kindness like that in the world! Thanks Justin!

Very professional employees! Nice and polite. I was broke down on I-85 in traffic last week, Ok my Tractor Trailer loaded too 70,000+ lbs and the towing company I normally use was 4 hours out. I called Mr. Lapham and he guaranteed me too have someone within 45 minutes. The tow truck arrived in less than 30!! The employee was nice and funny, turning a bad situation into a not so bad one. He hooked up the truck and we were in our way! I'll keep using Elite Towing from here on out! Thanks Ellie Towing!
