I have tried multiple times to get my belongings out of my vehicle, and they’re not cooperative. They tell me a time I can come, and me having no car because they took have no way to schedule a way for a certain time. I can come on my time when they’re open, but they insist on scheduling and have stopped responding after the first attempt. Safe to say I’m going to the state for the matter.
Very unprofessional driver to pull over in a church parking lot not even 50 foot from my house where my 7 year old daughter is at to take a leak
Especially when there's a gas station across the street in full sight
Then wants to laugh when confronted

Tow my truck in error stating they couldn’t see my parking pass when all they had to do was shine a light in my truck. Wanted to charge me $315 for an unnecessary tow.. wld not disclose their location with all my items in it.stating not business hours but towing cars @ the same time. Nasty Rude unprofessional. Running a game to rip off people thgh the apartment complex’s. You will have to get law involved … here’s the real address 5365 woodleaf road
The absolute worse. They towed my car from my complex after “claiming” they couldn’t see my parking sticker. I arrived just to find out my parking sticker was on my windshield the same sticker they “claim” to not see and still wanted to charge me 100 dollar !! To give me back my car even tho it was THEIR! Mistake for taking my car in the first place. I would never trust their service
Pulled up to retrieve my vehicle to find out the address on the website was WRONG. Called them to get the correct one and instead of them giving me the correct address right away they asked which vehicle I was looking for like that even mattered. CORRECT THE ADDRESS. Do not work with this company. They will not help you unless you get authorities involved. They will illegally tow your vehicle and make it hard for you and up charge you. Cost $357 to get my vehicle back for only one night. Terrible company!
Will illegally tow your vehicle AFTER their closing hours & tell you that you CANNOT retrieve anything out of the vehicle while it’s on their property. Nasty behavior. Different energy when you include the police. Don’t walk, RUNNNNN past this tow truck company.

Twisted Cable was my hero yesterday! We broke down in Mt. Ulla at around 10:00pm. I would normally just call my husband but as luck would have it, he was out of town when we would break down. I called several places trying to get towed to my residence which was about 45 mins away. Everyone I called had an excuse as to why they couldn't come! Jason at Twisted Cabel didn't hesitate to send one of his guys out to help me! At a reasonable price too! Get this!... My mother was on her way to meet us and the tow truck to pick myself and my two kids up. Halfway to me, her breaks go out and she breaks down!!!! You can't make this stuff up people!😳. Thankfully she was able to get her vehicle in a parking lot and did not wreck. So now I have to call an Uber for us and try to also figure out what to do about my stranded Mom and other daughter thats with her! I explain whats going on to the Awesome and polite tow guy named Mason. Without hesitation he asked what kind of car she had, and Said ok that will work.... He said we could just stop where my Mom was broke down on the way home and hook her car up also to his tow truck! So that's what we did! He only charged me a small extra fee for stopping and picking up my Mom's car too! And even waited patiently while we had to wait for Another Uber to come and then pick us up at the place my Mom broke down. They were literally my heros last night!!!! I can't thank them enough! Totally awesome 👍 guys man treated me like family helped fix my truck in pouring rain and cold. Best people I have met so far. Fair price was there when I was stressing to figure out everything as I could possibly do. I would Highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs help. This Kentucky Boy got it.. I called 6 different towing companies for one of female employee’s stranded on 801 with a blown tire and they changed it and the spare blew also and Twisted Cable was the only towing company that was willing to go out and come all the way from the other side of Davie County to get her in Rowan. I want a big shout to them for going to her Rescue. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Also they were the most reasonable also. I totally shocked how reasonable the price was. I own a commercial cleaning business and again I praise them for the job they done tonight.

Jason has been there for our friends, family for 3 years now. Great personality, always calls back if we need to leave a message. During hurricane season last year he went to Florida to help out anyway he could. Thank you to all the staff and Jason for ALWAYS being there for us!✌
Jason is a wonderful guy to work with. He’s very reasonable. He and his crew did an awesome job removing junks cars and metal scraps from my mom’s house. He was a tremendous help as my mom is preparing to sell her house. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who needs towing or metals removed.
Great prices, quick and friendly! I got my van stuck in my driveway, in the most asinine way and they were at my house in 30 minutes, got my van out in one pull and barely left a mark in the yard where I dug myself a nice set of tire holes. They were also really affordable! Thanks again for saving my butt!
we got these guys after a different company tried charging us 60.00 over MetLife's coverage. They came out quickly and knew right where we were in the highway. They were very good to us and got us home safe. These guys are rodeside superheroes!
I don't remember the guys name but I do have his card. Neway, everything about the service was great. I locked my keys in the car and he answered right away. He was punctual, reasonable, and kind, despite the fact it was late at night. I will be calling them from now on.
I had a misunderstanding with the finance company i told them that when they came to get my car seven days before Christmas they didnt get it. Either time. They are heartless
Jason towed my truck without my permission for my ex, then lied & would not tell me where he towed it too. Jason is not trustworthy. Also tears vehicles up for his customers for insurance $. Do not recommend him for nothing but lying. .
