These guys are AMAZING! I don’t know how I lived in Salisbury for years and never came across this shop. I was in town visiting family for Thanksgiving and literally the night before my car started making a terrible screeching sound like I was driving over metal. Having had bearing/control arm replacement in the past I feared it was the same issue. My fiancé googled mechanics that were open and Rowan auto popped up. I called and explained the issue and even though they were closing in an hour the guy said he would take a look for me. I really wasn’t expecting much and was going to be happy getting a part ordered at the very least. Not only did they identify the worn rubber bearing, but auto zone had the part in stock and these guys went ahead and replaced it the NIGHT before thanksgiving! And not only that they were very fair in pricing. I am so grateful for this place and the care they took to help me in my time of need. We really enjoyed our experience.

This shop is easily the most friendly, professional, and affordable shop around. I brought my car in for new brakes and thought I needed all 4 brakes and rotors replaced. Some shops would do this and not even check that all 4 needed replaced. Rowan Auto only replaced 2 of my brakes, and fixed another ongoing issue without me even having to ask. My car drives wonderfully now. Don’t hesitate to use them for service! They are wonderful.

They always do a great job!! Edgar and Hose’ always keep my daughter &!I updated and NEVER given us any reason to not trust them! That’s hard to find these days as everyone is out to get what they can as far as charging women/cars..fortunately my dad taught me enough to know when & what was going on by the sounds etc!👍 And they listen! Best Mechanic group in Salisbury hands down. Especially if you have a European or luxury vehicle, they know what they are doing. I’ve been taking my BMW x1 here for almost a year, starting when no other mechanic even through Charlotte could tell me what was wrong. They got my car right and I haven’t had a problem since. Not only that but the prices are so reasonable, and they will work with you! Lovely people and lovely business, support them if you can!

I recently took my car to Rowan Auto for some maintenance and to have my AC looked at. The staff were professional, kind, extremely fair, and honest. I will most certainly be using them as my auto shop for future stuff, you can’t beat their service!

I had been having issues with my Audi Q7 making a loud whistling sound and wasn’t sure where to turn. A coworker recommended Rowan Auto, and I’m so glad they did! From the moment I arrived, the entire team was incredibly helpful, informative, and just genuinely kind. They even offered to take me back to work after I dropped my car off, which was such a thoughtful touch. They diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything clearly, and their pricing was fair and transparent. My husband was so impressed with the experience that he said we’ll be using Rowan Auto for all of our vehicles moving forward. It’s such a relief to find an honest, reliable shop you can trust!

I moved here from Concord. So I just stopped in to get my car inspected. The young lady that greeted me was very nice. They got me right in and the gentleman inspected my car, he was also very nice. They did a great job.

Definitely a grear place to get your vehicles worked on. The guys in here are very professional and make sure they get the work done properly.

I wasn't disappointed with anything at this shop. I was actually surprised at the welcoming smiles of the staff. They we're helpful and friendly but most of all they knew how to repair my Corvette and it was fast for the job they had to do. Much thanks to everyone there that I encountered. Super great service. I called these guys and they were at my house within 15 minutes to get my vehicle. Diagnosed my vehicle and called me to let me know what needed to be done and what it would cost before doing any work and even asked me if I was okay with it. Fixed it same day, as quick as they could get the part delivered. Charged a very fair price too. Even came to pick me up and took me back to the garage for my vehicle. I highly recommend this place! I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Called them first and asked if they could fix my car with a body issue. Pulled up 5 minutes later , they immediately took my car in and fixed the repair in about 5-10 minutes and did this free of charge !!!!!!! I highly recommend this place with any car repair you may have! I will be taking my car back when needed !

2nd time coming here for a car inspection. I was greeted by everyone and they all were super nice and polite to my son and I. The gentleman at the desk with the dark colored hair and bun was awesome! He informed me on how I could get my car inspected months prior before it's due. The shops check in desk and waiting area was very clean and welcoming. I will be back for my next car inspection. Definitely don’t recommend going here.money hungry. went with my friend to get our car Inspected.her car is older and needed work ,mine a newer model. Before he hooked up her car from just looking at it he told her she needs to fix back light and wipers. My windows r tinted , he couldn’t tell me mine wouldn’t pass, but took my money then going to tell me to take the tint off the front and come back and pay another fee and I’ll pass.. then when I asked him why he didn’t just tell me he said a smart remark “ u didn’t ask me” ok smart tail. Cool .

The absolute best! Wilson was so nice! Our car broke down on us and they helped us tremendously get back to GA from NC. They allowed us to stay inside to get warm they offered us refreshments and food! They kept us updated thru the entire repair process, they gave outstanding customer service

I love doing business with these people. The service is great, the people are friendly, and the place is squeaky clean. The best thing is that as a woman I feel that there is no condescending attitude. They treat everyone equally and with respect. Two thumbs way up!

Quite pleased with the service I received here. I was kept updated on all the issues/repairs that were required. Employees were friendly. Waiting area was clean. All the repairs were done in a timely manner. They took my car right in, even though I didn’t have an appointment. Needed an alternator, they quickly asset my vehicle and called me with the results.
