The service and staff at Sloop Point is top notch! They took great care of our boat and dock space is plentiful so we never felt rushed loading up or cleaning at the end of the day.

Great experience with very helpful and kind employees. Send a text to the front when I want to go on a boat ride, they dork ur boat, tie it off and have it waiting when u get there. Then when u are ready to go, they untie ur boat push it off for u and wish u fun times. Good times
What a great place to keep your boat. They use a really cool app to put your boat in the water at whatever time u want. They will even fill it up with gas beer and ice before you get there if you request it on the app. They flush your boat engine Everytime they pull it out and rinse it off for you. Linda is the best she always remembers my name and is always very friendly.
The staff at Sloop Point Boat Marina is first class. Extremely friendly, attentive and professional. They bend over backwards to accommodate their customers and quite honestly treat you like family. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a boat storage solution, choose this operation!!!

Today was or first day with the awesome staff of Sloop Point. We have been searching for the right place to store and launch our boat for over a year. We live in the Porters neck area of Wilmington . My husband First had contact with Derrick via the phone and then we visited ( with our boat in tow) today. We met Brian and Linda and were welcomed promptly and graciously.
Linda took us on a tour of the facilities and it was an easy decision after that. We did the necessary paperwork and one of the dock attendants help my husband put our boat in and off went. My husband works very long hours and our boat is his respite . The lack of stress is a real blessing! Thanks again and we will see you soon, Mary and Tim Lee
If you’re reading this you may be internally debating on whether or not to trailer your boat and hit the ramp or possibly getting a dry storage slot. Well let me tell you about this! Trailering your boat takes a lot of work - think about the having a massive object attached to your truck only by a hitch ball where no one respects the amount of weight you are pulling to get from point A to point B, constantly cutting you off, hard braking, you name it. Think of the time it takes to get everything prepped the night before and then the clean up after you get home (not to mention flushing motors and scrubbing the deck). It seems like your friends disappear as soon as you hit dry land!

What you can expect here are smiling faces ready to assist you with your boating needs day in and day out. You can expect to not have to constantly wait for traffic, you just pack what you want to bring and roll out. Use the app to get your time slot and you’re golden. What this equates to is more time on the water & less time and frustration with having to yell at your significant other or other fellow boaters for that matter to put in/take out.
The pictures provided are a first hand view of the facility, storage and docks available. The shop has quite the variety of goods available to make your day out on the water great. Very kid friendly and family oriented atmosphere and that’s what type of service you can expect from those that work there.
It’s been a tremendous experience thus far and we are very happy with our decision to store our boat at Sloop Point. You won’t regret it!!!
