Stopped by here and needed some help. These people are always helpful and honest. I appreciate their willingness to help and not take advantage of people.
The boss man was a lifesaver this morning! I brought my silver Jetta in he checked my oil for me went above and beyond. I even tried to tip and he wouldn’t accept. Impeccable customer service! Will be returning for any future vehicle needs!! Thanks again my friend and merry merry Christmas!
Wish could give 0 the manger charged my brother a extra $20 on a $10 part and then got a attitude and told my brother he would fight him over it and when my brother told him to walk outside he looked at my brother all shocked like he was in the wrong. maybe dont charge an extra $20 on a part and when called out threaten to fight someone who’s obviously bigger and 40 years younger than you
They added an undisclosed charge because I used my debit card. I was told a total and paid with my card with nothing being said about it. I later realized that they added a charge, of which I was never told about, for “non cash payment”. Completely dishonest! I’ll never go back or recommend them to anyone.
I'm a NAPA employee from 325 miles away. Needed a battery. This NAPA treated me like one of the family! Like I had been a long time customer. Great service, friendly and helpful staff! Truly the NAPA way. Highly recommend this store for all your needs!! Thank you so very much!!
Very poor customer service ordered a part online to be delivered to them and to be paid at time of pickup. When I went to pick up the part they said that because it was a $60.00 item they wouldn't accept the order and they called me for payment which was a lie. Modern phones track numbers of calls received. I could understand their policy but I can't accept being lied to because the counter person was too lazy to do their job. Skip this place if you expect good service.
Needed a battery. It was not in stock in the store, so ordered online for in-store delivery. Several days passed; I was never notified that the battery been received at the store. When I went online to check the order, the status was "closed". I called the store and was rudely told that they have no way to track orders but had batteries in stock. I paid the battery and discovered that I had been charged at 4% credit card fee. When I inquired about this, the clerk pointed to a tiny sign on the counter top that stated the store's policy. Thus ends my first, and last, purchase at the Hampstead NAPA store.
Always a good experience. You get helped s soon as you come in. Across the street I've gone in and no one to help me. They were all outside hanging out. When I left they asked me if I needed something. I said no.
The people how work here are very helpful , they can usually get the part you need, you would be surprised how many so called car parts work on other things.
Clean well organized store very helpful staff very friendly very knowledgeable and what they’re doing they help me find the parts you need and send you in the right place if they do not have them
