Rob was incredibly friendly and great with communication. I never thought I would be so happy with a towing experience. My car was stuck in the mud and he saved the day. He actually made it better with his fantastic service. This will absolutely be the only towing service I use (though hopefully I won’t need to again) and I will recommend him to anyone.

Called Tri County to schedule having our car towed to the mechanic. Rob was extremely pleasant to work with. Showed up on time, was very friendly and professional, great communication and overall just a solid guy. Dropped the car off and turned in the keys for us, and sent pics once he was done. Rob was meticulous in the loading and securing my car lift to transport from Topsail Island NC to North Myrtle Beach SC on his roll back. When he arrived with the lift we ran into challenge due to the angle of the driveway, the width of the legs on the lift coupled with a narrower garage door opening to get the lift set in place in the garage. Literally inch by inch he was able to maneuver the lift in a position that we were able to finally get it through the opening and swing the lift around until we had it completely in the garage and set up. His tenacity to resolve a situation got it done. He could have easily said it’s my problem and left but he stayed and helped me until the job was completed

Rob saved the day! Rob responded to our request at 6am AND got our truck out of a ditch with NO DAMAGE. One wrong pull and we're missing a bumper. But Rob was fantastic and our truck is back on the road!

Rob truly saved the day yesterday when my vehicle became unsafe to drive due to issues with the engine. He was quick to respond to my inquiry the night before and when I called the next day, after another towing company through my insurance didn’t show, he knew exactly who I was and what I needed. When he got to my home to pick up my car, he was thorough, communicative, and honest. He kept me up to date on when the car got to the shop and his pricing for the tow.

Definitely the best around, had to have an Indian motorcycle tranported for repairs. Not an easy job due to the front fork was locked. Rob kept me informed during the whole process and a man of his word. Prompt and thorough and will take care of you!

Rob is a real professional and master of his trade. Someone rear ended my Toyota Tundra while towing my utility trailer. The trailer became wedged in and under the truck bed making it unsafe to drive. Rob was able to get the trailer out without causing more damage to either vehicle. Thanks to his skill and knowledge, both my truck and trailer are usable until insurance can get the repairs completed. When my LR4 gear shifter got stuck in park and needed it towed, I called Rob after seeing the positive reviews and I can see why.
