I highly recommend Seaside Service Center! I had extensive oil leaks repaired and my transmission serviced. The repairs were done in a timely manner and my vehicle was returned on the day promised.
The entire process was completed in a professional, courteous and zero hassle atmosphere. The price was very competitive and I would say less expensive with the service I received. I will definitely return to Seaside Service Center for all my automotive needs.

All this seems due to lack of communication from scheduling to technician(one mechanic/3 bay building)customer not informed/scheduling member unaware of other potential customers who spoke to tech directly upon pulling into location- sales man offering to take in and work on x y z as technition/ mechanic himself handling another potential client and office manager/scheuler taking care of another.... CONFUSING- under staffed/ over booked/ expected diagnosis in 12-24 hours'at hr 36 car still untouched- unhappy customers. Setting unrealistic physical workload on one person. I had a good experience My car is running well The guys were nice and friendly for me to be middle-aged lady don't really know much about cars but I'm pleased.
Seaside did a great job on my brakes and AC system! The cost was what I expected and the job completed in a timely manor.

Danny was very knowledgeable and helped to resolve all the issues with my brush mower. He was efficient in diagnosing the problem and was able to give me a detailed estimate for the costs to repair. The folks at Seaside Service Center were wonderful! I needed to move up my oil change appointment by two days due to a low tire pressure warning. They had me come in right away and took care of everything! Excellent customer service! Will definitely be going back.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Seaside Powersports and couldn't be happier with the ease of the process. Phil was an absolute pleasure to work with—zero pressure, no full-court press. He answered every question I had for him, was fine with my having the car inspected by a mechanic before I purchased it, and made the entire transaction very simple.

The guys in the office were very kind and helpful! I will use them again for sure! They talked through the issues with the car without using jargon or communicating in a belittling way like some mechanics are inclined to do. I appreciated their clear communication and the car was fixed quickly. Made an appointment online and then walked through the process with them before they started work, they called after the work was complete and offered for me to pay online and pickup the vehicle after hours. Great service, reliable, I will be a repeat customer.

Phill, Josh and the other guys are always so professional and kind. We have a Mercedes AMG and no one else will ever work on our car but seaside we don’t trust anyone but them! Excellent service. I had a major engine problem with my mini van. 2 other mechanics told me I had engine failure and to take it to a dealership, I wasn't willing to break the bank. My friend refered me to Seaside and boy am I glad. They discovered my spark plugs and cylinders were bad and I also had a major oil pan leak. I was a happy camper to get all that work done for $2500 dollars. My car runs better than ever and they managed to squeeze me in over the holidays when no one else would. I recently had my driver side window on my van give out. Phill fit me in, In 2 days and fixed it with an oil change in under a day. Very happy with their services will absolutely use them again. Highly recommend.
Smooth experience. The website is easy to use for scheduling times for diagnosis and they even have a shuttle option if you need a ride home. The web app for viewing the results of the diagnosis came as a link and was intuitive to use. It lets you select the work you want performed. The work performed was top notch and solved my issues. I plan on returning for the rest of the work I chose not to do this time around.
After my recent experience at seaside, I don’t believe I will ever call a certain local dealer again. The guys at Seaside appear to be very honest, knowledgeable and most important very available. Josh was able to diagnose the issue with my waverunner and get me an est very quickly. I checked off the work I wanted done and parts were ordered. These guys are awesome!! We were heading to the Keys on vacation from Morehead City when steam started coming out from under the hood. Blown heater hose left us stranded. Had our car towed by AAA and these guys were gracious enough to stop everything they were doing and get us back on the road in minimal time.
