I cannot say enough about this amazing garage. Our car broke down in Kinston and Johnnie and the office took great care of us. They rebuilt our transmission for hundreds less than anyone else was willing to do. They gave us a ride to the rental car agency so we could pick up a car to finish our drive home. They finished the work ahead of schedule and to top it all off, they kindly accommodated our schedule and allowed us to pick the car up after their normal hours. I wish we lived closer so we could always take our car to them. They were friendly, courteous, and efficient!
Great place for service and all your automotive needs, friendly staff pleasure doing business with them. I would recommend this establishment for everyone.
Moodys did a great job on my semi.. took 60 days to get it back strictly due to the insurance bs around about paying them. But the level of service and patience they had with my aggravating a…. Was unmatched. Good ppl. And Mrs Moody is a very nice and kind lady. I would like to say I would always get my work done here unfortunately I’m 4.5 hours away. Thanks for getting me back on the road
Even though the truck shop manager was rough around the edges (I guess it depends on who you are/having a bad day), I still gave them 5 stars. Everyone else was very nice, honest and professional. They did a superb job on the repair. I will definitely recommend them.
The men that work here are very polite and understanding. The ladies in the office are pleasant, respectful, and so sweet as well as helpful. I have recommended them anytime someone asked me where I go!!

Five stars only because they don't have 10. They did ne right as I had an emergency alternator replacement and a 6 hr drive home. They did it in record time at a great price! And i met someone i went to high school with.
Broke down nearby, they came out gave me a jump start, then I followed them back to the shop where they slapped in a new battery at a reasonable cost and got me on my way. Easy peasy
Had a issue with my RV on the side of the road not far from their shop; LUCKILY! They came out in reasonable time and took my Rear Hub back to their shop for stud repair. Returned back and replaced HUB and tire efficiently Had me back on the road. Cost was Very reasonable! Highly recommend this business!!! Thanks DAVID & Friend!!!

Me and my family had high hopes for this shop after reading the reviews. In January our family car broke down and my fiancé took it there to get it fixed or at least get the problem diagnosed. He kept the car for almost 10 months didn’t give any follow up calls or anything and every time we called the only thing he kept saying was “I’m sorry I don’t have enough help but I will get to it next week”. Eventually we went out there to pick the car up because it had sat for a while with no progress and he convinced my fiancé not to take it and to give him until next week and he would have the problem diagnosed. Long story short next week never came and my fiancé finally decided to just sale the car. It’s funny because in the most recent review that was posted about a month ago the guy stated that his car broke down and they took it to the shop and fixed it within a couple of days but yet our car sat there for 10 months without even being looked at.
I was broke down on the side of the road and they came and gave me a tow back to my house and then took my car back to the shop and got it fixed within just a couple of days. The prices were super Fair, they took care of me and answered all my questions, notified me when my car was done and are super friendly and made sure I was looked after. I highly recommend them to anybody who needs any type of mechanical service or just a quick tow
I don't do 5 stars often. The staff here are very friendly. Johnny Moody took time to talk to me even though he was very busy. A lot of businesses have lost that personal touch.
Johnny was great and fair. He knew exactly what my problem was and fixed it. My car drives great now and i will continue to use him going foward he has all my busniess
Too expensive! Found someone with same service next day for $75, after being charged $300 by this company! Never ever again..would not reccomend them to ANYONE!
