Been there a few times and as most dealerships, they do want to up charge and get you to do other services but when you don't do it, they get attitude and last time I took my vehicle there to get a service that was paid for by a recall, I ended up paying $700 and my bumper was in worse shape than it was before I went there I do not recommend.

This is the worst experience/treatment I’ve ever seen from a supposed to be professional car dealership service center,decon jones Chevy and decon jones BMW service centers are the worst I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to these people they are not professional at all they are way overpriced they try to skip over problems that they caused hoping you are to dumb to realize they are at fault and then you have to bring your car back for something totally different,it’s the mechanic game/scheme I’m guessing.. then on top of all that i initially took my car to them 3 months ago for a check engine light they kept my car for 3 weeks and 4 days after them telling me it was going to be done a whole week prior ok so I paid 3,500 to get my car back they tell me my car was finished fixed check engine light was off and all I take it for test drive not even 20 miles in the car cuts off doing the same thing it was doing prior to me taking it to them so I call the assistant “Jessica “back explaining the issue she says bring it back take it back now it’s something totally different wrong now she says it’s going to be another 1,600 dollars to fix…ok so here it is Monday June 30th they had my car for 2 and a half weeks again “Jessica” tells me it would be done by the end of the work day.she tells me oh it was one small piece that needed to be put on so it’s now 5:24 pm I’m calling calling calling no answer left voicemails no call back smh..at this point I have my lawyers on speed dial because I feel I’m being robbed/racially discriminated which is wrong because I don’t see color I feel everyone should be treated equally no matter if you are brown, white, black,red,yellow,purple or blue..money don’t grow on trees it took me longggg days of work and overtime to save up money to pay my bills and it’s just not right that I have spent as much as I have for my car not to be done correctly I wouldn’t be surprised if she turns around and says oh it’s something else wrong with it now smh .I don’t want to take legal action but what should I do I’m so stressed out about this I’m pulling out my hair???

Buyers Beware. Do not go here! This is the first time that I have financed a car. I was approved for a GMC ‘15 Terrain. The car was delivered to me with the tpi sensor light on. The salesman Erick Hernandez promised via text that if the sensor did not go off after 100 miles that I can bring it in to be fixed under the maintenance agreement. Moreover, there was another issue with the brakes grinding. The first time I brought the vehicle in Erick said that I should make an appointment after the initial 30 days for the maintenance plan to kick in. He also said that the brakes need just a little oil. I drive off the lot and the brakes are still making a grinding noise. Once the appointment arrives, I drive the car in because now there is another issue with the car’s tailgate closing and it has actually hit my child in the head. I arrive at 8am and wait until 12 to be told that all of the sensors need to be replaced and that it would cost me out of pocket $800 to get fixed. I ask to speak to Erick, only to be made aware that there is no warranty on the vehicle and it was sold as is. I ask for the finance manager David and he tells me in so many words he has done me a favor by selling me a vehicle that has issues. I asked to Cancel my maintenance plan, which Erick expressed that I could cancel at anytime, because at this point I no longer want to do business with this dealership and I am left waiting in the waiting room. I finally left after 45 minutes. These are the most corrupt salesmen that I have ever come across. I hope no ever does this to their mothers, wives, or daughters. I am a mother with three children, two of which are disabled and one of which is 9 months old and these men have no problem with making false promises, lying, ignoring, and offering no solutions to the issues that came off of their lot. It’s a special place for people like this.

I would steer clear of this dealership. The car was not properly represented in the ad, features were broken or all together missing. The sales-person was not friendly. The sales-manager was not friendly. Both were presumptuous and rude. The car itself, had a lot of problems. The check engine light was on. When I asked about the BMW salesperson said, "That is what you get when you buy a German car." When asked about the rust and missing pieces I was told by the manager that those are cosmetic and will not be fixed or replaced, even though they are represented in the ad. Again. Stay. Away. Do. Not. Go. Here. Go. Somewhere else.

I’ve had this vehicle all of 13 days and already it’s been a hassle. In a nutshell, upon exiting after financing my vehicle through this dealership, I jokingly inquired about a free gift. I was informed the vehicle had been sitting on the lot for 7 months; therefore, a free gift of approximately $30-$40 was not feasible. Once home, I drove the vehicle for an additional 20-30 miles and noticed the steering wheel had an awkward vibration and was stiff when attempting to turn. I took the car to get looked at and was informed that all 4 tires have flat spots(from being stationary for 7 months). I called and was told to bring the vehicle to be checked, and that’s the only solution I was given. So I should drive this BMW almost 2 hours to this location, while further compromising the integrity of the suv, to only get it checked?? If I was denied a souvenir to commemorate my purchase, why would they replace all 4 tires? If I drive there, the service technician could possibly lie to avoid incurring any additional cost. The vehicle needs new tires and to date, no additional contact has been made to rectify this nightmare. To get brand new tires for a smoother ride, it will cost me $1455. I was encouraged by the sales associate to keep driving the car. Oh, and the wheels were not aligned nor balanced. I have no idea what additional damage is lurking for a vehicle that was sitting on the lot for 7 months. Oy vey!

Anthony was an absolute pleasure to work with for my trade-in! He answered my questions and concerns to make sure I was 100% comfortable with my new vehicle. EDIT: I spoke too soon. I have had numerous issues with both the vehicle and sales team since the original review. I have had several mechanical issues with my used vehicle, though I was assured nothing was wrong with it. This may not have been Anthony's fault, but the mechanics performing the servicing should have communicated these issues. Next, I was transferring my tags from my trade-in to my new vehicle. This was not done properly, resulting in a huge headache to resolve this issue (which is ongoing and will be for a few more weeks). Last, I purchased a warranty due to the age of the vehicle (2011). I was promised at signing this would be emailed to me. I never received it. I requested it twice more and still have not received it (almost at the 1 month mark). I have purchased several cars, both new and used, over the past 15 years, but this has by far been the worst experience I've had.

How? I must have slipped into an alternate universe. With all of the excellent reviews I felt confident in choosing to work with Sale auto mall. Don’t be fooled. I scheduled a test drive for Monday. My schedule changed and I called to shift the test drive to Saturday. I drove 2.5 hours only to meet with my dealer who could not find the car. After about 30 minutes of waiting I was told the car was at the body shop getting painted. What? Apparently the car was not ready for sale, yet, they posted it online for sale. I was told to come back on Monday or Tuesday as it might be ready by then. A different dealer said he would work on the price and have it delivered if we would like. Called to discuss this with them and was told the prices are already competitive so no compensation would be offered. If you are offering the car at a no haggle price, advertise it that way. If you screw up, offer compensation for my time and effort to purchase the car. By the dealers own admission, this is a common occurrence with the cars not being ready. He said they just want the car to be “ right” for their customers. How about you get it ready before you list it. Very unprofessional.

My salesman Paul and all of the staff I encountered were professional and treated me respectfully. They all worked together as a team to ensure I had the best possible experience buying my Trailblazer. The courteous behavior continued into the Chevy Service department when I had to bring my vehicle in with an emergency issue right at their closing time. They got my vehicle inside and I was able to pick it up all fixed the very next morning. From sales to service I thank you all - you're a great team.

I wanted to say that buying my first new pickup was the best experience I could imagine with the staff at Sale Auto Mall. From the very professional call from Sarah to schedule my appointment, all the way thru the buying experience with Dave and Adam. They knew what I was looking for and wasted no time in putting me in the right truck with the right payment. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.

Great place to purchase a new or used vehicle! GM Brad Stallard was helpful and easy to deal with throughout the whole process. Salesman Bruce was very knowledgeable and professional, making the buying experience stress free and enjoyable. All of the staff from beginning to end and after the sale were very kind and courteous. Great car at a great price! The Mercedes E300 4matic is a great car.

Excellent experience buying my 2016 Nissan Frontier. Vehicle clean and mechanically in order - all with a very transparent buying process. Ask for Rio Best - DO IT, you won't be disappointed! He's all about making the sale work for you, and along with Dave they worked with my credit to get as competitive as possible APR in today's financing market. I was able to do all of the negotiating and even received detailed photos by text and phone directly with Rio and after finalizing the purchase, Sale Auto arranged for the delivery of my truck to my home out in New Bern NC. Truly a painless car-buying experience and it was great to work with someone like Rio who maintained good communication and was enjoyable to work with and discuss the details of the purchase throughout. Bottom line, Sale Auto has great vehicle selection, very competitive pricing, and good people to work with! Thank you again Rio - true professional, Highly Recommend!

Sales and support staff were very helpful, HONEST, with NO surprises and a joy to do business with. This was quite an adventure to buy a new GM Canyon. Very low inventory across the area and ALOT of dealership would not honor my GM employee discount as they were more interested in exploiting the current car market and adding extra money to cost of the truck. Had I known how great the staff was here, I would have gone to them first and will next time for sure!!! Thank you Sales Auto Mall!!!!

Purchased a beautiful used 2013 BMW 5 series here at Sale Auto Mall. There was a slight issue when I brought it back to Charleston SC. My sales rep Rio was quick to help. Within a day, we had everything fixed through the BMW dealership right here in Charleston. Great job Rio and Kevin for keeping me a happy customer!

Jeff was awesome! He explained everything to me, made me feel super comfortable, accommodated my crazy schedule and even bought me lunch while we waited for the bank! All of the guys out there are super friendly and inviting; they cut you nice deals on quality vehicles as well. My best friend and my girlfriend have both bought cars here in the past that were reasonably priced and super nice! Whenever I'm in the market for a new car, I'll be sure to go back. Let me just start off by saying I've worked in sales and with customers for the past 16 years. Being in sales I know most think reps are all the same pushy sales people. I didn't get that at all from Jeff. I told him what my plan was with financing it. He laid out all the options and was very professional. Also very straight to the point in which I like. I had been shopping for a car for months now for my wife. Found one they had like she's always wanted. I called on Wednesday and spoke with Jeff in the sales department. Went in yesterday and Jeff had it waiting ready to test drive right up front for me. I feel as I got a very fair deal for the car and nothing was pushed on me. Thanks again Jeff for the great service! If you're in the market for a car go see Jeff and see what he can do for you!

On June 3 I decided to visit Sale Auto Mall and test drive a Nissan Rogue I had seen on their website. When my son and I arrived at Sale Auto Mall we were greeted by Adam Ham. I explained to him why I was there and he immediately got the keys and let me test drive the vehicle. While we were driving I explained to him what type of payments I was looking for and about a prior terrible experience I had had in New Bern at another dealership. Adam told me he would do his very best to get me in this vehicle and to get me the payment I was looking for. Once we got back to the dealership, he did just as promised. He was able to get me into the Rouge at the payment I was wanting. He was very professional and friendly the entire time. He has since checked in with me several times to make sure the vehicle is running good and that I am satisfied with my purchase. If you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle I would suggest you go see Adam. I think you will be satisfied with his service. I will be visiting him again when I am ready to trade.

Sale Auto Mall provided incredible service. They were unbelievably helpful and friendly. I felt like I was in great hands with their service department who were fast, honest, and very reasonable (and they did an amazing job of cleaning up the car, too). Have recommended them to friends and family and they're my first stop if I have further car questions.

I can only review the crew at the Chevy section of this place cause they're the only ones I've dealt with but here's why I'll never be going back and will tell everyone I know the same.. Bought a 2 year old Silverado 2500 (certified pre-owned) here last winter which is by far the nicest and most expensive vehicle I've ever purchased (they were very closed off and unpleasant to negotiate with from the start and I wouldn't have bought it here at all if it hadn't been EXACTLY what I was looking for). When I bought it, it had 4 brand new Nitto tires, obviously put on at this dealership after receiving it in on a trade. After about 2000mi of very average use, the front two tires started to wear heavily ONLY on the outer shoulder or edge. Called and asked the service dept about their process for mounting and aligning tires and all they could tell me is "maybe should have them rotated" (again, after less than 5Kmi). I decided just to keep an eye on it for a bit as it was hard to get off work and set something up. It became rapidly apparent that an alignment had been done improperly or not at all after changing these tires. The camber on the front two tires is way off which essentially ruined both tires at just under 5Kmi of use. Took it to the dealership to show them in person and see if they could work something out with me. Very politely discussed options with service manager who just offered an alignment again and at full price (which wouldn't do anything for the fact that I had two ruined tires at over $300 a piece) and when the issue was brought up with the sales manager, he not only refused to see me or the tires in person, he simply stated "there's nothing we can do since it's been so long". Again, less than 9months and 5Kmi. This vehicle had "Certified Pre-Owned" and "150 point inspection" stickers all over it when purchased. They put 4 new tires on it, so I find it hard to believe that checking for proper alignment isn't part of this process. Not sure what exactly is included in a certified inspection but apparently checking the only part of the vehicle that touches the asphalt isn't included. So long story short, something either wasn't done that absolutely should've been...or...it was done, but obviously improperly. Either way, it's a problem that now requires me to spend at least another $1000-$2000 for 2 new tires and an alignment with absolutely no acknowledgement of responsibility or assistance from the people who put the tires on and sold me the truck such a short time ago. Let me tell you what the definition of bad business is... A customer travels considerable distance to your establishment, spends over $50K of very hard earned money, and leaves angry and disappointed at the end of the experience. I'm a 10 year active duty service member. We don't make a lot of money to begin with but I couldn't have been more excited to finally save enough to buy a really nice truck. I just wish now that it had been from somewhere else. I've had far better experiences at dealership's I gave a fraction of this much money to and that's why I don't plan to set foot in here again and will advise my friends, family, and fellow service members the same.

After doing an extensive search for a used vehicle, I decided to look at a vehicle at Sale Auto, Kinston, NC. From the moment I walked in, it was a positive experience. The friendliness of their entire staff was very impressive and I didn't feel pressured into making a deal. Everyone was extremely polite and saw to my every need. I received excellent service from Marcus, Nikki and Mike. Communication was great between the three of us. I received a low mileage, extremely clean well priced 2013 Scion and I cannot tell you how excited I am. I would highly recommend Sale Auto to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
