I brought a vehicle from Bob Auto sales. Bob sold me a reliable used car. Any issues that did arise were fixed and I was given a loaner car while he fixed the issue and when I had a issue that I fixed myself he gave me half the money back after showing proof having it fixed. Bob is a fair salesman and helps his customers any way that he can. clear communication and proper maintenance about the used car purchased Bob will do what he can to keep you on the road and the used car running.
Edit to add he now has this same white 2014 Ford Fiesta back up for sale with over 230,000 miles and a bad transmission.
BUYER BEWARE! Went to Bob in March of this year because I needed a car badly since my old car broke down and I was 6 months pregnant and needed to continue to make it to work. Bob was super sweet and friendly while he was trying to get our money. Talked himself up about how his cars are reliable and he guarantees them. Fast forward to not even a month having the car and we had issues with it. We fixed that ourselves and moved on. Then 2 weeks later had two flat tires in 2 days which is not his fault however the tire had the wrong lug nut so we had to spend extra money to get the tools and new lug nut plus tires. Mind you the spare tire in the car went flat on me while we had that on waiting to get new tires. Now about a month before I was due the check engine light came on throwing a transmission code. We took the car to him for his "mechanic" that clearly had no idea what he's doing if Bob truly has a mechanic to fix. He let us use a loaner car for a week. During this time our second child was born. He was born with clubfeet and has to go all the way to raleigh weekly for cast to be put on. Bob calls us the day our child was born and said the car was fixed so after getting out the hospital we took the car back and got my "fixed" car. As soon as I started to drive off I could tell the car had not been fixed. Bob even stated he did not drive the car after he paid his mechanic to fix it. Which why wouldn't you check to see if he really fixed what you paid for. Needless to say I just had to stop making payments on the car because he refuses to even let me trade this one back to him for a reliable car and will not even respond to any calls or messages. So now we are struggling to find a ride to our sons appointments and Bob knew all of this. On top of all this he does not keep up with what you have paid. He sent me a text stating I was 800 dollars behind when in fact I was 200 behind due to having to fix all the issues and it wasn't even a week behind. A family friend of ours also bought a car from him and their transmission went out as well. I seen another review that stated the mechanic fixed her car as well. It is very clear that Bob does not know how to do proper business and is very much about the money. He could care less about his customers. I am very disappointed seeing as I thought he was a great guy! Will never be going back to Bob's Auto Sales

Bob and his son sold me a 2013 Ford Edge. They both were very nice and honest in the beginning but I would not recommend getting a car from him. Not even having my Ford Edge for a week it kept cutting off. Several times in the middle of traffic. Was not safe for my kids and he didn't seem to care. I told him he was still supposed to provide a safe car to drive regardless if I got it from a buy here pay here place. I also took the truck to his mechanic to change the catalytic convertible he claim he change it light ced he changed it light came back on and took it to the shop and said it was the. I refuse to pay for a car that is half half-dive and is not safe. I return it and will be going elsewhere to get a safe car. Also the rim had duct tape on where it was crack

I just brought a 2017 Grand Dodge Caravan from Mr. Bob and when I tell you he is the best at what he does. He will work with you BUT you have to let him know your situation. He is not trying to get your money but put you in the best fit for your budget. I will definitely be back to get another car from him.

Went to Bob’s to look at a Prius. He let me test drive it and ultimately I ended up deciding to go with another vehicle he had. He was honest about both cars having a salvage title for minor front end accidents and let me test drive both extensively. He gave me the information to run a car fax on the second car after hours and scheduled a time for me to come test drive it a second time the next day as well as taking it to a mechanic to do a better inspection. We paid cash which he had no issue with. Price was fair and about 2-4k less than what a comparable car with a salvage title went for. I was uncertain at first but bob was honest and straightforward with me and was a pleasure to deal with. My wife is ecstatic about her new car and if we are in the market again we will definitely check with bob.

When I first looked at these very ratings for this place I thought it was weird that most of the five star ratings happened on or near the same day but the car was already bought with my money for me by another person so I was just hoping that they had done a good job looking. Turns out that they had been swindled. After putting hundreds of dollars in tires, bearings, etc. before ever getting it on the road, the car didn’t even make it 100 miles before complete engine failure. I really wouldn’t buy a car from this person if I were you. The talk is good but the ethics are HORRIBLE
