Our Carstar Parker’s Bodyshop experience was great. You never want to have a damaged vehicle or have to be inconvenienced without it, but if you must, this is the place to be. The staff were experienced, knowledgeable and courteous and did an excellent job repairing my truck. Good as new, probably better! They make sure you know what to expect upfront. They don’t surprise you with bull , they let ya know upfront what’s gonna happen and keep you informed along the way. Great job folks!!!

Needed my car fixed after a small accident and they were wonderful to work with. Always kept me up to date and got my car done way earlier than I thought.

Everyone was extremely nice and easy to communicate with. They kept me up to date on the status of the repairs and worked quickly. The truck looks great and they even cleaned the inside very well. I am extremely pleased with the repairs and would take another vehicle there in the future.

The owner is incredibly nice! I really liked working with them. The receptionist was also super helpful when I asked. The online updates about my bill and progress being made were also super helpful.

I highly recommend CARSTAR of Kinston. They were very fast and very good at fixing my car. I turned in on Monday morning and had my car back Friday afternoon.

This has probably been one of the fastest and easiest body shop/collision center I've ever used with my car issues...the amount of time I spent just setting up was so fast it was insane..very professional and knowledgeable and genuinely shows they actually care about the people that come in there...I highly recommend speaking with Tyler Strickland there amazing employee and most certainly couldn't forget his detailer and parts technician, his daughter Makenzie Strickland. If you have car needs i highly recommend this carstar location!

Mason and his staff were great and were open to communicating with me. This situation was more than I thought it would be and they were definitely instrumental helping me adjust daily to the process. I am glad I chose Carstar to do the repairs and the end result is excellent.

Had my brand new palisade fixed there after a tree fell on it and not only do they have grear customer service but kept me informed every step of the way and did everything in a timely manner. My car looks great!!! I only take my cars to them!!!

The lady in the office was always so nice on the phone and in person when I picked up my car. Body work wise they done a good job, they did forget to put my vanity plate back on but I can live with that. My car looks good as new and I would definitely use them again. And right after I posted thus the manager called and told me I could swing by any day and they would be glad to put my vanity plate on my sub for me .. definitely recommend them.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful! My car looks great and they did not have to keep it very long at all! Would highly recommend them to anyone!

I was very happy with the repair of damage to my truck. It took a couple of extra days because of a delay in receiving parts needed but I understand that in todays supply chain problems. The work was still completed in a timely manner and they did a very good job. I would recommend them to anyone who needs vehicle body repair.

I went there this morning and was greeted by a nice young man at the counter. I told him I had a car that was backed into and I worked for Farmer's Insurance and I read him the email from our third party administrator for fleet vehicle claims. He said let me go talk to my manager about this. I waited just a minute and the manager came out (he gave no name) and asked what he could do for me. Here is where it got interesting.. I told him who I was and that my fleet vehicle was backed into I read him the email, which stated "Here is the GRP shop that I found. Please reach out and setup an appointment to have a manual estimate written on your Farmers Fleet vehicle. You can inform the shop that Farmers pretty much treats this as a Self-Pay, and will issue a onetime payment once they receive the final estimate. . Please advise if you have any issues with the process." The manager said "Tell them to send a direct assignment as we are a guaranteed repair shop for Farmers". I explained again that this was a Farmers fleet vehicle, it is not a Farmers auto insurance policy and they would be paying the shop directly after the estimate is received. He said "We WONT' be doing that". At which turn, I said, you won't do it at all? and he said NO we won't its to aggravating, with emphasis on the Won't and No. Rude doesn't begin to describe it, all while pointing fingers at signs and myself. I said ok and walked out. I was extremely nice to both the young man and the manager, introducing myself to both individuals. Now here is my issue.... 1. Not one time did he say, let me go take a look at it really quick and see what you have. 2. He had an extremely bad attitude so the reviews I see where they treat you like family....I'm glad I'm not in their family. 3. There was never a point where he said or asked for the adjuster's number to verify the email and their particular process and how I would be getting paid for services rendered and how long the process would take. I only went there because our 3rd party administrator said it was the shop nearest my house in La Grange. I found the man to be rude and I will NEVER go back to CARSTAR Parker's Body Shop & Collision. If you like to be talked to in a rude crass way, this is your place. If I could have given a negative, I would have.

Car star was very professional and did an amazing job on my Nissan Sentra. My car was involved in an accident and when we got it back, the car looked brand new. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They did a excellent job on my car there were very friendly and determined to help fixed my car it took about a month n half but once my car was done it look fresh n brand new again all around very satisfied with there body shop experience Good People to trust to fix your car?

CARSTAR Parker’s was the only close enough body shop that my insurance took. Although it was an hour away from my home, they made the trip worth it. I had some damage done to the rear bumper of my car and after almost 3 weeks of hard work (there was more damage under the bumper once it was removed), my car looks so good. I’m so thankful for CARSTAR Parker’s employees’ patience with me. I would call almost everyday to check on my car and they were kind each call. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Got into an accident and they were called to tow my car and I decided to let them fix it. They were very nice and patient with me and they did a great job on fixing my car. It looks just like how it was when I bought the car. I couldn’t be any happier with it. Thank you to all the staff there making this a great experience and being upfront and honest about all things related to my car and insurance. They will definitely be getting my future business.

I contacted Parker’s Body Shop last Wednesday for a repair to my daughter’s Ford Focus. This car is low to the ground and she inadvertently ran up on one of the high concrete car stops causing damage to her bumper, under carriage, and electronic control box. Parker’s gave a quick estimate that I believe was fair. I asked them when they could get to it, the representative said, “If parts are available we can have it finished by Friday.” I told him to go ahead with the repair. Parker’s contacted me by midday Friday to let me know that the parts would not be in until Monday. While it was a inconvenience, this was not their fault. Their professional handling of this issue was noted and appreciated. I picked up the car Monday and it looked great! The repair came in a little under the estimate- which is almost never heard of! While I hope I will not need them again, I will use them again if need arises.

I really like the people that work here. They are very nice and kept me informed on the progress of my car. I will recommend them to everyone.

They was really amazing! My car looks brand new! and Mrs.Penny is as sweet as she wanna be! I definitely will advice anyone to come if you need body repair to your car.

Great service top notch people, Mr Kenny and Mrs Penny were awesome, very kind and thoughtful, always kept me updated and the status of my car. Cant even tell any damage was done after the worked on it. Highly recommend these great folks at Carstar!

Very friendly staff and very consistent work. I have taken two vehicles to this shop for paint work and they have matched the paint perfectly both times. They also have a warranty on there work if you feel like they missed something or did something wrong.
