My experience today only confirms why I don't do business with this place. I only went there because my tire was going flat and I wasn't going to make it up the road to the other place. The tire tech was telling me that the problem was because of a broken belt on the side of the tire and I needed to replace it and was pretty adamant that it should be replaced. Being somewhat mechanically inclined I knew that was some bull jive. I had him to take it off and check it. Once he had the tire in the water to find the leak we saw that I had ran over something more than a nail that I knew a patch would fix. He STILL kept looking at the side of the tire trying to find a leak. He went ok on to tell me that a patch may not work and I should buy a $50 tire to replace it after I heard the owner tell another customer the a tire cost $45 and we had tires around the same size. So he got it patched and there was no leak once he put it back into the water but was STILL looking for a leak from the side wall. I stopped coming here a couple of years ago and this vist only reinforces why I stopped coming and won't be back unless it's an emergency like today.

Honest, professional, and super helpful. I had a piece of metal in my tire and they checked it, fixed it, and even told me I didn’t owe anything because it hadn’t gone through. Honest service like this is hard to find. Highly recommend!
Excellent service! The gentleman who replaced my tire had me back on the road in about 10 minutes. Their prices are incredibly reasonable, too. *Note: This business currently doesn't have a sign up for their business; just look for the stacks of tires in front.
I was in the Burgaw area recently heading to work & the low pressure tire light came on (right rear tire.) It had a nail in it. So I stopped at a local dealership. After a two hour wait, my tire was patch & on my way to work I went. Then this happened again on my way home last night, same tire low pressure light comes on. I asked a neighbor who she would recommend to help me with this issue locally? She recommended Exodo’s Tire Service to me. So I drove over there & in 10 minutes they found the patch that was put on my tire recently in Burgaw, was where the leak was coming from. I was back home within 20 minutes. The service was fast, & the cost was less than the original patch job in Burgaw. These guys are awesome! I will be calling on Exodo’s Tire Service for all my future tire needs. Thank you so much!
I was driving from Wilmington, NC to Virginia and one of my wheels/tires was way out of balance, I found these guys on Google and gave them a call, I pulled in to their lot and felt like a nascar driver, 3 guys came out and had the tires off, balanced, and back on in minutes. On top of that, the ride of the vehicle was improved dramatically, for 1/2 the price anyone else quoted the whole week I was in Wilmington. I probably won’t have the need to go back again, but if you live close, you definitely should.
They were SO caring and helpful when we were traveling from Wilmington to Raleigh and my hood was not secure (I am due for my car to be repaired after an accident in 2 days so needed a quick fix to keep us safe during this drive). They helped us secure it safely and were so kind. Not to mention we were late and they jumped to help us super quickly! 100 stars!! Thank you guys!
Yesterday, my husband and I were leaving our house to meet with my parents and celebrate my Birthday. My husband' noticed we had a flat tire. After careful driving to Exodo"s Tire Services, which is only about 5 minutes away, the guys saw us pull up with our tire flapping and shredding to the ground took immediate and quick action about fixing the tire for us. I highly recommend Exodos because they are professional, quick, and thorough about helping you get back on the road safely. Thank you so much for helping us!!!😊
I had a slow leak in one of my tires, causing me to have to put air in every few days. I drove into Exodo's tire service and was helped in just a few minutes. About 10-12 minutes later, I was on my way, with a fixed tire. Couldn't be happier and the fee at just $15.00 was very reasonable for such quick service.
Went to get a flat tire patched. Took them half an hour to patch it, only for it to come out days later. My tire has since fallen apart, which I had also gotten from them originally. Awful quality tires for my car.
Like so many other reviewers, we were on our way back from a beach getaway when a tire blew out. We limped off the interstate and down a desolate road, but thanks to the wonders of technology we could see this shop was close by. It was the day after Christmas and this was the only shop open. They were busy but helped us right away and got us back on the road in about 20mins and $50. After reading the reviews we joked that maybe they throw scrap metal on the road to drum up business! (I watch too many horror movies)

The person we worked with was so nice to help us right away! We traveled from DE for a wedding and need the front break changed asap before it goes to my rodders as we have to travel 8 hours back to DE. So lucky we this shop.
I was blessed that Alfredo was open on a Sunday! I bought two tires and had them installed. It literally took less than a hour and I am already planning my return for a few more things that I need to get scratched off my to do list. Family atmosphere, highly recommended!
Had a chunk Missing out of my tire, only place who had not one but two 3512.50R18s used in stock and was able to get me back on the road to Virginia from oak island. Great service, and speed only took an hour off the gps going home haha! Highly recommend!
I LOVE this place. Owner or manager or someone has done ALOT of work to it. Totally changed the outside, cleaned out the office area. One thing this place could use is a car port or large canopy with picnic tables under it for customers to wait for vehicles. They are ALWAYS nice. They ALWAYS have the tires I need and it's one of the FEW places in the US that hasn't blown up in prices!
Went here in September 2021 to get my ac compressor replaced. Fast forward to 2023 and it’s almost the summer time and it’s getting hot. My ac compressor that they put in starts going out again and now I am told it’s because they gave me a bad ac compressor. I went to this place and spent $1,000 and was without a car for a week just for them to give me bad parts.
We received the dreaded phone call from our daughter who was on I-40 with a flat tire. We are 2 hours away from her and could not get to her quickly. We found this business on Google and gave them a call. Alfredo told us that he doesn't do roadside service but offered to go to her to help her out. He was there within 15 minutes. He changed her tire, followed her back to his shop, and put on a used tire to ensure she got home safely. All of this for a very modest fee. This is the type of business you want to tell others about! Thank you so much, Alfredo!
The gentlemen at Exodo's saved my bacon recently, and I cannot endorse them enough. I got a flat on my way to take my son to college, and AAA was going to take three hours to get to us as we sat on the side of a busy highway with cars whizzing by at 80+ mph. I took a chance and called Exodo's to ask whether they might come out and replace the tire. They arrived in twenty minutes, and had us back on the road within another twenty with a new tire. They even helped us unpack and repack the car so we could access the spare. And all of this cost us the same as it would have cost to be towed to their shop. If you are anywhere near Wallace, NC, I would strongly encourage you to make Exodo's your destination for any sort of tire work.
My wife & I had had car problems with 2 different cars while out of in Wallace, NC (we are from the Atlanta area). Exodo's took care of us on both vehicles and got us on the road back to Atlanta. He did a great job and was very reasonable on the price too. We are so thankful we went to Exodo's and the good service they provided.
I would leave no stars but Google requires at least 1 star. Why such a low rating? They told my daughter that it would cost $300 for a fuel pump and installation. They charged her $300 for NOTHING. They did not install the new fuel pump. One of the “mechanics” told her to just put in two bottles of additives to remove the water from the system. Did this work? NO!! The “mechanic” told her to just drive the car. Guess who is now stranded and it is costing another $300 in towing from Wilmington back to Wallace. How can you do business like this and take money from a single mother and leave her stranded. Best part, when I called them I spoke to someone and when I told them what I was calling for they hung up on me. Guess this is going to the Better Business Bureau.
UPDATE: Speaking with my brother and daughter in regards to the initial quote: She was told $120 for labor and $150 for the fuel pump. Today I spoke to the owner and I was told that this was not the case. It’s pretty ironic that pretty much all of the negative reviews are from women.
These people are awesome! My husband and I were heading from Wilmington to Chapel Hill for my cancer treatment and our tire went flat. They got to our van and had us back on the road within minutes! Their prices are honestly the best too.
I was less than impressed. As a matter of fact, one of the customers that comes in the store that I work at, had gotten her oil changed, left there and drove to our store about 5 miles away. When she turned her car off and got out by the time she got to our door her car burst into flames.
Nice people and employees but very manipulative. They keep pressuring me to trade my car parts with theirs (the one I brought in was not the right size, according to them), but I rather paid for theirs because I knew the one I brought was more expensive. We kept arguing about it until they gave in then made me paid for their car parts more than the original price they asked for. At that point, I only needed my car fixed temporarily so that's why I paid for it. I will never visit this place again if I need a quick fix.
Extremely impressed by the operation here. Had a tire issue on I-40 and found Exodo's as a close, open-on-Sunday option. Pulled into the parking lot and had my tire immediately examined by a super friendly employee, who quickly and accurately discovered that my tire had to be replaced and thoroughly explained why. Exodo's sold me a new tire for an extremely reasonable price ($45), put it on, filled it up to good tire pressure, and I was on my way in no time. Can't recommend Exodo's enough -- don't judge a tire shop by its cover!
Charged me $80 more than they originally quoted. They ordered sports tires for my car when i asked for touring tires, because i commute to work. After getting the new tires put on, i noticed serious vibration to the point that it rattled my teeth. I took it back for re-balancing and the vibration got worse. I then had to end up taking the car somewhere else and paying $40 more to have it balanced correctly.
These guys are awesome! I had tire trouble on the way to the beach on a Sunday, so every shop was closed... Except this one. They saved my car with a new tire, were reasonably priced, and extremely efficient. I was back on the road in 20 minutes. Can't say enough good things.
As I was driving to the beach my car broke down. This was on 4th of July weekend, so all car places had closed by 4:30. However, this place was still open. Alfredo was kind enough to offer to repair my car over the holiday in a short notice. By the time I came back (2 days later after vacationing) my car was back up and running with no issues. I highly recommend this place. I have never been to any other place willing to work on Sunday right before a national holiday. Do NOT let the looks of this place fool you.
