Austin Texas was absolutely amazing, and knowledgeable when assisting me. I came in two days back to back, and he was patient, friendly, and extremely helpful. I will definitely be back because of him.
I broke my oil filter housing plug. With no other car I hoofed it to AutoZone in hopes that they had this part. They didn't exactlu, but Gerri patiently worked with me and we found the right piece so I could get the job done. She even had another employee drive me home so I didn't have to walk back in the rain. Greatful for her help and kindness.

I rarely post online reviews, but today, I must commend store manager Austin at this location for his exceptional customer service. He was knowledgeable, professional, kind, and went above and beyond to assist with my car battery purchase. The world needs more people like Austin, who are willing to share their expertise and lend a helping hand.
My Kia threw a code this morning, so i stopped in when I got back into town and had it checked out. The diagnostic guy was very helpful. He didn't have the VVT sensor as it was a Kia, but he gave great advice even though he wasn't about to make a sale. I plan to buy oil and filter here thanks to his honesty and advice.
Beverly just wanted you to know your Customer Service is awesome. Thank you for handling our situation when im 2 hours away and my son broke down. You got right on it. You are what's needed more in the Customer Service Industry.

Javier at the Wallace AutoZone was a lifesaver for us today! He was able to test the alternator in our Traverse to see that it was faulty and not charging our battery properly. He then recharged the brand new battery for us that we had just bought a couple hours prior at another AutoZone in Wilmington. We were then able to make it safely back to the mechanic in Wilmington who installed the faulty alternator yesterday. I highly recommend this store and praise Javier for his great customer service!
Not the best or the very worst parts store I've been in. But the basic facilities for an auto zone were present. Staff was somewhat undertrained. Couldn't locate 2 larger items without a 3 man search party. Overall the Vatos who helped me were earnest in their efforts to assist me. The only other option is O'Reilly.
Auto Zone is really a nice place. I needed wiper blades for car and they had to be ordered. When they came in . Like clock work they called me to put them on at no cost to me. I thank them.
THE BEST service at the Wallace, NC location! I don't live there but was in town for a drs appointment. I needed new wiper blades and Sonya immediately came to my aid. Even though I could see that hrr lunch had been delivered, she insisted on helping me. By the time I came back from the restroom, the wipers were already installed! Austin also helped out and also gave me a good tip to help protect the wiper blades. It was wonderful to experience such fast service and courtesy by knowledgeable staff at this Auto Zone. It meant a great deal!!
So, we bought a serpentine belt for my 2014 Chevrolet captiva sport ltz, and although it was marked the correct size, due to a manufacturer defect, it was not. Obviously we went back, and explained the issue (it was 1/2 in too short). The parts manager there, who knew my boyfriend, took him back and they measured the belts, and found not only incorrect measurements, but the correct size. Thank you sir (I wish I could recall your name but when I called with a name they said that wasnt the correct name! So, idk) but anyhow, 5 stars to this location for coming thru!
The people are always very nice and they always seem to have what i am looking for, and so far anything i have ever asked for they give me the right part ata great price
