From start to finish this was a great experience. Its a small shop with everyone being a professional. The owner was very informative and kept me updated to my car being finished. The quality of the repair along with the paint job was a solid 10. I highly recommend this shop and believe me with a son doing body estimating for over 30 years in Savannah Georgia I know what is not good and the work in this shop is great. Great people doing fantastic work. Got hit in the back and it was stuffed in pretty good. Johnny’s did a great job and the car looks like new. They even straightened out the front fascia which wasn’t part of the accident. Highly recommend these people.
Terrible experience as far as the repair person i think his schedule was very overloaded overbooked and did a half job. my car was involved in a accident took it here to be repaired front bumper picked my vehicle up and some how they over sprayed my entire vehicle which made it rough and hard all over the paint and windows very upsetting being this was a lexus i spent a lot of money on my car the paint was ruined how does this happen from simply repairing the front bumper on top of that instead of ordering me a new front bumper they simply patched it now the bumper on each side of the vehicle isn't fully intact my insurance was willing to pay if it needed a new bumper why wasn't one given also if you didn't know how to repair a lexus I'd rather that had been told to me instead of it cost me more money to take it somewhere that had to refix what the body shop did smh never was able to speak to the owner concerning the matter.
Got a tow from them when our van broke down on Highway 40. The tow truck driver was quick, friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely use them if you need a tow!
We have used this body shop twice recently and both times have been great! We worked with Jr each time. Customer service and communication were outstanding both times. Check them out if you have any auto needs they can help with! Very pleased and will continue to use them when the need arrives.
I cannot say enough about Johnny's Body Shop I locked my keys in my car early this morning and I had to get to work and I called two tow truck companies in Rose Hill that I wont name, and none of them had time to unlock my car. I called Johnny's and they were at my house within 15 minutes and had my car unlocked 5 minutes after that they have a great price and great customer service. They are super awesome thank you so much!!! Life savers!!!!
