Chain parts store selling mostly aftermarket auto parts. Auto batteries are expensive here and wiper blades prices are outrageous. The only people that I would recommend buying wiper blades or batteries here are customers that don't know how to install them or don't have a friend or relative that can change wiper blades, batteries because the employees here will install both for the customer. However the price is the same for customers that install them their selves and for customers that get them installed here. That seems like a unfair price policy to me. Also, be aware that any auto parts that you buy, whether the part is new or a rebuilt part, come with varying warranties on their parts. But the warranty only covers the replacement of the part, you will still have to pay a mechanic the expensive labor to replace the part that may fail within the warranty. So if you need a part that is going to take a mechanic a lot of hours to replace a part that may fail during the warranty on the part, I suggest you buy the best grade new part they have because of a part fails under warranty, you will end up paying a mechanic twice to change out that particular part. Also, if you go on the Internet and order the part online, you can find coupons just about all the time for a discount, usually 15 percent off at least, sometimes 20 to 30 percent off and you can still pick the part up at a local store that has it in stock or will have it the next day, this cuts out shipping costs.
They have the nicest, most helpful staff of any advanced auto I’ve been to. Heather and Nick, thank you for keeping my car safe to tote the toddler around. Also, they gave me advice on future maintenance. Thanks again!
What a helpful, pleasant crew! Had two wonderful young men install new windshield wipers on my car. They took steps to protect the car while wrestling with some malfunctioning clips on the existing wiper blades. With service like that, I'll definitely be back!
Found what I needed. Police detectives showed up while I was there looking for someone who may have come by. Don't really want to be around the Police.
The worst advance in the reign. The “manager” assaulted and jumped my wife with her and her family. Very trashy and worst service EVER! I don’t recommend this store to anyone!
Last three times I stopped by we waited way to long with multiple employees on duty.Today I could not get anyone to answer phone even with more than multiple rings as well as calling back thinking ok maybe they are busy. They lost my money as well as a regular customer.
