They honestly don’t deserve a 1 star but that’s the lowest I can give, the only person in there that actually gave two cents helping us was Tyler, the assistant manager Meagan was rude both times we went in there, she ignored us in line, she was helping someone and Tyler was on the phone so we were waiting in line well Tyler was still on the phone when she got done with her person and then someone came in after us and said he was Commercial and she immediately helped him even though we were in line waiting for about 10 minutes, no not kidding, thankfully Tyler finished up on the phone and he immediately jumped to helping us and was polite and kind and gave great customer service, there was one other person who was rude but cannot remember his name now. Tyler kept apologizing and such and we had to reassure him that we weren’t mad at him he was fine but it’s been an awful day and we just needed the right belt, we already went in three times before speaking with Tyler. Needless to say this isn’t the first time we’ve had this bad of an experience there and we doubt we’ll be going back. We’d rather go to a competitor than to them again.
I had such a great experience at o’reilly’s yesterday, I went in to buy something for my father and I did it know what I was looking for. A man named Heber helped me find what I was looking for and assisted me with my purchase.
Had a great experience with Jarol! He was super friendly and helpful. He's very charismatic and every time I've gone he always answers all my questions and concerns!
I had a very great experience today.. the staff was very kind .. friendly and helpful.. The guy named Heber that helped me today was very sweet and helpful to me and what I needed .. Worst experience ever. I ordered a part days ago have yet to receive it. Lost slot at dealership to fix the car because of them. & they still can’t tell me when the part will be here nor are they trying to help in any other way. Every time I call about the part they have an attitude. I will never ever order a part from here again!
Highly disappointed!! My husband took a battery in to charge and was told will get a call back when it was done. Never got a call back so we went back the next day to see what the status was. We were told that there wasn’t a record of anyone leaving a battery, which was the first flag. So we left and went back when the next shift came in. The employee claimed he forgot to call us back and said the battery was no good. Well the battery that was brought out to us was not the battery my husband left with them the day before. Our battery was for a Chrysler 300 (which hold a Big battery) the battery that the employee was trying to give us was way smaller, it was dirty, and looked old. So therefore, someone took our battery and tried to replace it without us noticing. We went back and forth but there was no point. I guess he thought we were dumb so because of that we will no longer shop at O’reillys. Very unprofessional!
Clean and organized is about all I can say about the Wallace NC store. I asked a question where an item would be located was just told "down aisle 3" husband wanted to ask a question about the Rivets and was told 'if it ain't there we don't have it" from the front desk, the gentleman didn't even know what he was asking about cause he never came over to the area we were at.. Now me and my husband both been in customer service for 20+ years and that is not how you are suppose to help customers. Sad thing is, it looked to be older gentleman which should know better. Sad to say they had 1 item we were looking for but due to lack of service that wasn't given, I put it back and we went elsewhere. Really need to work on their customer service skills. Before doing this review I read other reviews about their customer service being great, so have they changed personnel cause today was lacking any at all.
This store closeed at 8:45 PM on Saturday it was supposed to stay open until 9pm.The open sign was still on but they had locked the doors..the employees saw me standing at the door and wouldn't open it even though it was 15 minutes before the store was scheduled to close..I had driven 45 minutes to get to the store..this is unacceptable and should be looked into.
Usually if Advance or Auto Zone doesn't carry a particular part for Honda O'Reilly's has it most of the time. I don't understand how they would be the only part store to have some Honda parts that none of the other stores carry...? But I'm glad they do!
Needed breaklight bulb. They had it in stock. Told young man I needed it put in because I was headed home 200 miles away after being in his town working with disaster relief. Never offered to help me.
