I ended up continuing my search with another dealership. Communication was really poor and I ended up missing out on the vehicle I was interested in. If a hold was needed or if there was a possibility of it selling before my appointment that should have been communicated but it wasn't. Clearly they didn't need/want my business.

I bought a car from Romeo Auto Outlet about 2 weeks ago. Steve was absolutely fantastic. 10/10. Overall they made the process super easy. I came in looking for a car that ended up already being sold, Steve worked to get a similar car brought over from one of their other stores. In the span of 24 hrs, everything was sorted and I was on my way in my new vehicle. Overall I would say it was a 4.5/5 experience. Mainly there was a few things that lowered it in my opinion such as the windshield wipers being pretty bad, they forgot to put a pil change sticker on the window, and after about 1 day of driving the car I noticed a awful smell that seems to be stuck in the vehicle. Just a bunch of little things tho. All in all its great they offer a warranty plan, the prices are decent, and the service is good. Would definatly purchase from them again.

New truck Thank you for the quick turnaround time from reaching out at 9 o'clock at night to ask about the truck I was interested in and getting a reply right back, than getting a reply at 9am when you guys opened up. From that point filled out my credit application and sent a few pictures, and having appointment with Jackson my sells man from that point only took 2.5 hrs to leaving with my new me truck couldn't be happier. Jackson was amazing 💪

Great experience. Collin was very helpful with all my needs to purchase the 2017 Hyundai Sonata. Car is in great shape, and very clean. I live 1.5 hours away, and they delivered the vehicle, after completing purchase. Would highly recommend.

The entire process was smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable — which is not something you can always say when buying a vehicle. Steve Ball was outstanding to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never once made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain options clearly, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with every decision along the way. It truly felt like he had my best interests in mind. The rest of the team was just as professional and welcoming, and everything was handled efficiently and honestly. Very good salesman - Jackson Donnelly - respectful and detailed in information regarding the car and the purchase. Management was equally respectful - offer us an extended warranty without pressure, and we may consider that. Romeo Auto Dealership is an excellent customer oriented business. Anyone should really consider them - pricing is very reasonable and vehicles are well cared for. Good job Leslie and Mark Zebrowski

Overall good experience. The salesmen will put on the pressure, but are kind and helpful. I didnt care for the pushiness of the finances guy, but that's his job, and honestly was okay overall- stand your ground with that one, he's a shark. The truck hasnt exploded or anything since I bought it, the asking price they had was fair and at market value- sales manager honored an earlier price I saw on the website. Maybe I'm old, but I would prefer paper printouts of the contract(s) instead of trying to fast scroll through a tablet- or at least a bigger screen, because it was very Tap Tap Tap pressuring you to sign instead of reading the contract. Thankfully I did read and didnt find any shady business. Seem like honest folks trying to make a living, and doing their best. That means you must be informed and on your toes as a buyer (a good salesman will sell ice to an Inuit person)- but thankfully these fellas arent trying to rip you off. I would buy my next vehicle here. Thanks boys, and happy sales!

I purchased a used RAV4 through Steven Ball. I traded in a car. I drove home the new purchase the same day I looked at the car. I have to say Steven is very knowledgeable, efficient, hard-working, Customer service oriented and a straight shooter. I was also impressed with the efficiency of his team around him.

I took a chance and drove 10 hours from NC to buy a car from Romeo. When I got there, the car was immaculate and the deal was exactly as we had discussed on the phone. Steve did an amazing job of staying in touch with me, either answering my calls or returning them promptly. It was refreshing to work with people that have integrity, without the shady sales tactics. I highly recommend at the very least checking out Romeo before you make a purchase. They really are 5 stars.

If you like empty promises and wasting your time, then you’re in the right place. - Nightmare of a buying experience and the nightmare continues after. Started off great, thinking I found the perfect vehicle (Stock #SS25260) and paid for it to be transported from Romeo Auto in Kingston, NY to their Glensfalls, NY location. Waited two days for the vehicle to be transported just to get a text message telling me, “…the specific tiquan we had come up arrived today and my boss is not happy with the vehicle…” No further information was given and was told they’d call me the next day by 10:30am. The next day, 10:30am came and went did not hear a word till I called them after 1:00pm. Was then promised another vehicle (Stock #TR25204B) to be at their lot for me as it was comparable to the one I paid to have transferred. Fast forward to the next day, wasted my time again. After waiting on the second vehicle to arrive and was told it fell through. Then was promised yet a third vehicle (Stock #26024A) to arrive at their location by Saturday for me. Saturday at 8:00am I received a text message saying I was going to get a call by 10:30am. Again, my time was wasted, I had to call the dealer just to be told that again, something came up to where they could not get another vehicle to replace the one I paid to have transferred. The sales associate then told me he was “stepping into a meeting” and again promised me that there would be a comparable vehicle (Stock #KM25273) on the lot and would call me at 11:00am that day. - Fast-forward to 11:00am, no call just a text message talking about a vehicle that was $20,000 more than what I was looking at and was told they could not get a car to their location again. Long story short had to settle for a vehicle that smells like cigarette smoke and is not truly comparable to the one I paid to have transferred when looking at key features side-by-side. When I asked for a discount, the manager only offered me a $600 discount after countless promises they could not keep and over a week of my time wasted. When I got to the dealership the manager asked me to give them a 5 star review. During the signing process, the person who was doing the paperwork did not seem to know what they were doing and it took over 2 hours. - Two days later, the finance company called me saying that the paperwork was incorrect and there are missing parts of the paperwork. So now the nightmare continues.

I purchased a beautiful Jeep compass from Romeo auto outlet yesterday. With this being my first time purchasing a new car, Steven B made it nothing but easy for me! He was beyond kind and SUPER patient with me. He kept it real with me about everything and I appreciate that more than anything. I had visited other dealerships prior to making my decision, but I just didn’t connect with any of the sales people, whom were super pushy about buying a vehicle from them. Steven was not like that in any way, he treated me like a real human and not just a dollar sign!! He answered ALL of my questions in a timely manner and explained everything in detail so there was zero confusion. He also never made me feel like I was a bother to him with all my questions. All in all I highly recommend visiting Steven at Romeo Auto Outlet if you are in need of a vehicle! He will make sure to advocate for you when needed and make the stressful process of purchasing a vehicle nothing but smooth and easy! I am beyond happy I chose to go there, and LOVE my new Jeep! Very good experience overall. Car was fairly priced and met expectations, as indicated online. Jackson was very helpful and responsive. Anthony got me a better rate on the loan than I was expecting, and the pickup process was quick and painless. Car was clean inside and out, and fully charged for the 150 mile trip home. No hidden nonsense and no pushy extras. Just a well-run shop.

Wow what a rip off!!! Sold a car with a cracked windshield, every time it rains turns into a suv party pool. Idiots at rental give ya a compact for a " comparable " then it's not even inspected!!! -0 stars 10stars for being the biggest scammers...those are post clean up pool, & outdated inspection!!!

I drove 4 hour to pick up the truck i wanted. The truck was just as they said, great shape! Collin and his team were great ever thing want fast, they work on my deal as I drove in and ready to go when I got there. The dealership had good price on there cars and trucks. They will work hard to get you good financing for your vehicle. Highly recommend them!

We recently bought a 2018 Santa Fe, and overall we really liked the buying process. The car was in great aesthetic condition, Jackson was very helpful, and everything went smoothly. However, there were a couple of things that made us feel not completely satisfied. The same day we took the car home, a tire sensor error appeared on the dashboard. I understand that a used car is not going to be 100% perfect, but for us, transparency is very important. This kind of issue should be mentioned upfront so the customer knows exactly what to expect. I contacted them about the problem and was told to just take it to get fixed and that it wasn’t a big deal. Still, I believe any warning light on the dashboard—especially one related to the tires—should be taken seriously. Also, after we had already completed the purchase and payment, we were informed that there were no spare keys available for the car. That was inconvenient because now we’ll have to spend extra time and money getting a second key made elsewhere. Overall, the buying process was easy and the car is in very good condition, but because of those two details, we can’t say we were completely satisfied with the experience.

Great buying experience!! Very communicative from the start! Found financing for me, to spite my current credit situation!! Ended up with more vehicle than I was actually shopping for that well beyond fits my needs and still well within the tough budget I laid out for them!! Left with a 2yr warranty rolled into it too! Highly recommend Romeo!! Friendly, Understanding, helpful, Up front and honest group here from start to finish! They made the buying process seamless and enjoyable in an otherwise stressful, trying circumstance!! Thanks for the help guys!! 👍👍

After a bait and switch at another dealership we were pleasantly surprised with our experience at Romeo. No frills or sales gimmicky or pushy pitches. The sticker price was the price. Josiah was very great to work with and transparent throughout the whole process. He worked hard to gain our business from start to finish, even dealing with a ‘pleasant’ insurance agent on our behalf so we didn’t have to. We are very please with the service and deal. Five stars!

I recently purchased a 2019 Toyota CHR from Romeo and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Our Salesperson, Josiah and the manager Anthony were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. And very understanding as this was my first car. They helped me get the car insured and had me off the lot before the end of the day.
