John is absolutely Amazing! I just called for roadside assistance through my insurance company when he pulled in a few mins later. He said that he saw me stuck in my parking lot and came to my rescue. I couldn't believe it. I tried to give him a few bucks and he wouldn't take it. He is so nice, helpful, kind and a wonderful person. Thank you for saving my day! I would have waited forever for roadside assistance. John is the BEST!

My wife and I were in Lake George for the Winter Carnival. Our car broke down and our insurance company sent John with the 518Tow company to tow us to a repair facility. Unfortuately the car could not be repaired and need to be sent to a dealership for the parts required. We were in a dilemma. It was the weekend, dealership did not have the part required and would need more time than we had to get it fixed. What to do?
We called John and asked him if he could drive us home to NJ with the car. NO PROBLEM says Johm. I can do it first thing in the morning. John picked us up on Sunday morning, loaded the car, and drove us over 250 miles to a repair shop near where we lived. He then drove us home from there. John and 518Tow are the BEST in the business. John is considerate, caring, honest, trustworthy, and deserves 10 stars not just five. If you ever need a tow, you will never do better than calling 518Tow. My wife and I would recommend John unequicocally to anyone.
My car broke down on the Northway heading northbound at the exit 11 off ramp, after dealing with Progressive for roadside assistance, John from 518 Towing was dispatched with an eta of 65 mins, showed up in 40 during rush hour and hooked me up while I warmed up in his brand new truck and 5 mins later we were on the road headed to the garage! Would highly recommend his company for any towing emergencies or business you need! Hardworking and reliable!!
Called for a long tow and they were able to accommodate it same day for less than other companys in the area. Despite the brakes being seized up and the truck being in a tough spot they were able to load it. Nobody ever wants a tow truck, but if you need one these are the guys to call.

100% would recommend! Broke down a few times in the work vans. Left it where it was with the keys and a quick call to John. Vans were dropped off where I needed with no issues, and quick service at all times of day and night. Definetly let 518 tow take care if your troubles!
