I have come to this recycling center a few times over the last two years and have had nothing but bad experiences as the owner is rude and disrespectful. He also likes to rip people off as I’m looking at the totals on the screen for what he owes me it says $4.10 for plastic $1.05 for cans yet only gives me $4.95 and he does that often. He probably like to say it’s because he had to empty a little bit of spittle out of The bottom of a couple bottles. If I had the time to go through every canon bottle that had a little bit of spit in the bottom of it, I might as well use the machines at Walmart because the point of this kind of recycling center is to save time. Dix Avenue has a Better Recycling Center, Warrensburg has a better recycling center
I went in there for the first time and I was amazed at how clean it was . The young lady behind the counter was very plesent and extremely helpful. I'm handicapped and she came out to my car and carried most of the bags for me. I can't ask for anything more. I will be back. I had a very enjoyable experience. Thank you Rocket Recycling.
Absolutely amazing as advertised. I brought in a 35 gallon bag of small water bottles and cans and was out of there within a minute. So quick, easy and simple. I will never be going back to the stores to manually return bottles and cans again
