Riley and her coworker (his name escapes me light hair glasses) went above and beyond she changed out my old battery for a new one.. While he helped secure my kayaks to my suv for my 4 hour ride home. I can’t tell you how much relief this gave me… my only regret is not remembering his name ..Thank you again!!!

We went in the other night to have our battery changed. Without any hesitation Kyle jumped in to help. He was very professional, personable, and dedicated. He took his time clean the corrosion on our old battery and even shared some important preventative measures for the future. Give Kyle a raise!!! Awesome Awesome experience.
Went to AutoZone because it was the 1st auto parts store we came to. Headed out on a trip and needed tail light bulb replaced. Once my husband told them it was a 2023 Dodge Ram they immediately said they wouldn't do it because it was too difficult so we went over to O'Reilly and spoke with Edward and within 10 minutes he changed the bulb and we were on our way. O'Reilly 1. Auto Zone 0.
I had two incidents in my car within a two week. And the store manager, Joe and his assistant Kyle were. So kind, helpful and knowledgeable . They checked my battery, my alternator and starter to see if that was the reason that my battery was not working . Both times they assured me it was not the battery and they were correct on my second visit there I purchased a battery charger there and ended up needing to use it the very next day! It was easy to use and worked like a charm. Kyle had explained to me how to use it and he was right on ! Joe gave me some suggestions as to why my battery Wasn’t working and the Service manager manager at Honda thinks that he is probably right. I have an appointment on Thursday, but in the meantime, I know I’m in good hands with Joe and Kyle from O’Reilly and I also appreciate their honesty and expertise . It’s too bad there aren’t more employees out in the work force like them . I would highly recommend O’Reilly parts An in particular this store based on my experience. I had to call a tow truck for a jump start and they recommended going to auto zone or O'Reilly explaining that they offered free battery checks.
Upon googling and seeing the reviews I'm so glad I chose O'Reilly Auto Parts. Honestly, within 15 minutes my battery was checked, I purchased a new battery and it was installed without any fee. The salesman was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and friendly.
I'd definitely recommend coming here and I will be coming back for all my car needs.
This is probably the best auto store I've ever been to. The parts are cheaper than autozone and advanced auto parts. Plus the people that work there. Are actually knowledgeable in automotive repair. And they'll take their time to help you and help you get. The right parts and not waste. Guy spent over an hour with me and even came out to help me. Look at my truck and diagnose a few issues. Definitely visit this store before you go to anywhere else.
This is the BEST & FRIENDLIEST SERVICE I’ve ever seen in ANY store at any time. Went in to buy some car care products and received help from a friendly store clerk. I only wish I had asked him his name. I visit Lake George only once in a while but this store will definitely be on my TO DO list. Thanks guys!
My new store to buy parts , prices are comparable but it was like one stop shopping, they had everything I needed brakes , drums , hardware kit for a 1998 chevy k3500 ...and staff was knowledgeable and friendly...
The guys who work here are just amazing, friendly and very helpful! Been here 3 times because the service is so good. Pricing is fair. I hope they survive considering there are 2 other auto parts stores within a half mile.
O'Reilly's is relatively new around here but has already shown me that they have superior customer service teammates, as much on hand inventory and everything else the other three auto parts stores have.
I hope it stays that way.
Spring and Ed were incredibly helpful. I needed some uncommon wiper blades and they went out of their way to make sure I found the set I needed. I appreciate it and will make this my new first stop for parts.
Matt was super helpful when I came in to get some dash lights checked, even gave me a list of items I may want to buy, with their prices. I already turned down the offer I received at Valvoline moments later to buy their air filter because of it. I was super happy with Matt?
