Called in the morning and brought in tires and they changed them within hours. Very nice people and good prices!

Mr Rouse provided excellent customer service and they fit me in on short notice. We have all our cars serviced by Firestone and have only great things to say about them.

Everyone at Firestone is amazing! I know my car is in good hands and it’s the only place I go.

1. They forgot about my car being there for over a day until I called them to ask what was up with it. 2. I said yes to the one repair they told me I needed. I was not given options for pricing of parts. 3. I went to pick up my car and the price was double what I expected to spend (over $800). It was because they added a list of other services which I was not asked about or authorized. I do believe it's because I'm a woman that the service was overpriced, as I talked to a few gentleman I work with that said they're service was good. I do not advise going to Firestone.

Made an online appointment for 2 tires and sent my wife in. When she got there for the service they tried telling her she needed 4 tires because she had an all wheel drive car. They tried telling her they spoke to ME and I said 4 tires. That never happened. We just put 4 new tires on in March to the front wheel drive vehicle. Our son hit a curb causing us to need 2 tires so they were matching in the front. They tried taking advantage of my wife because she is a woman and they thought they could get it over on her. Got called by the garage days later because I did the customer satisfaction review and stated all of this. The guy tried spinning it all like it didnt happen the way we said. Service value was good. The online booking process was great. Treatment by the actual people at the shop is horrible. Watch out for this one.

Everything was explained well, photos were shown to help with explanations. My car was fixed in a timely manner. Great experience overall 10/10

Chris and the guys here are always great. I try to always bring my vehicles here. Fair pricing and they try to get you discounts which is great.

I was on my way to Lake George from Connecticut and a spark plug failed on 87. Had the truck towed to the shop. Chris and his crew got me right in, diagnosed it and had it repaired within 90 minutes and got me back going. I deeply appreciate Chris and the team in getting me back running and preserving my weekend at the lake. Thank you Chris and crew!!!

Called the station this morning about a slow leak in a new tire. Chris told me to stop by and they would have a look. Dropped the car off and in an hour was out the door with problem solved and no issues. Great service as always and Chris was like all the station attendants, kind, understanding and professional. That is why I have used Firestone for over 40 years.

I had deferred quite a bit of service to my 19 year old car. They diagnosed it, took care of needed repairs and put me in for a check up in 5000 miles. I took them up on suggested maintenance and the car is running like a dream.

Great service! Had a flat and decided to replace all my tires on my camper bus as they were mostly worn out anyway. Bart and Brent recommended Firestone AT2's light truck tires at a great price. They did a great job and got me on my way. My Bus handles better than ever - Thanks!

Great, competent, and honest service. Bart accommodated my schedule and did the work in timely manner without the large "diagnostic" fees imposed by dealerships. I'll be back.

Made an appointment for 2 cars, one after the other. Told them to call when one car was done so we could switch out the other car. They never called, I waited 6 hours. They claimed because I said I was coming back and not waiting, that that meant I was dropping it off & they would get to it when they could. Not sure what the point of having an appointment was.. In the end they did an alignment & oil change on one vehicle. Never reset the settings, and told me I had a broken tire stud that was going to be $700 to fix. Gave me a bad attitude when I said I would get it fixed at another shop. Another shop fixed it for $100. I will never go back this place is run horribly there is no iversight by any managers & just the process of making the appointment was annoying.

Our van broke down on our last day of vacation. Jeff was able to get us in the next day and had the radiator replaced by the end of the day. I drove the 10 hours the next morning with no issues. Thank you so much for the great customer service and getting me back on the road.

My experience at this auto care center was the worst I've ever had. My vehicle failed the New York state inspection, and the management was cold, unhelpful, and offered no explanations or attempts to assist me. They truly need to review how they treat their clients.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Fred and the team here are wonderful, they helped me so much all while being so nice and accommodating when some unexpected repairs came up. I am very thankful for Firestone for taking care of my vehicle today.

Many thanks to Fred and his team for accommodating us as we were mid-road trip when our brakes began to have trouble. He got us squeezed in late on a Sunday afternoon and had the car ready by 10 a.m the next day. Service was excellent, prices were fair, and customer service was on point. Thanks again!

Bart and Fred are amazing. I have been working with them for years because I worked in the area. Recently I stopped working in the area and I had some major car issues. I traveled to them because I knew I would be getting service that I trusted. I will recommend them to everyone I know!!

I was driving home when my check engine light started flashing. Pulled over quickly to see that my coolant had exploded and was all over the side and inside the hood of the car. On a Sunday afternoon still 3 hours from home, we rushed to Firestone which was the only place open. They were awesome and fixed everything up in less than an hour. Great guys and even let my dog wait inside with me. Got me back on the road in no time, and saved me from a terrible tow ride home. Thank you! 10/10 service!

My total impression/experience was that Fred was knowledgeable, trustworthy, helpful ajd genuinely interested in providing the right tires and service that best fit my needs. This is a very professionally run operation. Dillion (Dylan?) was very pleasant as well, and both seemed to enjoy their professions and working for Firestone.

I’ve gotten brakes and rotors repaired. Very friendly and communicated at the front desk. They made sure I understood what they needed to do. The crew in the shop work quick an efficient, everything was repaired and back to normal in an afternoon.

I brought in my vehicle for a wheel bearing replacement, and was quoted $1800 as they also tried to say my caliper pin was frozen and my brake was 100% worn (on top of having a “dirty” air filter and bad hood shocks). I was immediately skeptical and was able to bring it to another local shop, who gave a much better price and also found absolutely nothing wrong with my brakes. Additionally, their inspection form recommended maintenance for my spark plugs, as if I didn’t just get them replaced two months prior. I’m very disappointed by the dishonesty and ridiculous pricing, and will not be bringing my car back to this location for any services.

I will confess that I usually have my car regularly serviced at the dealership I bought it from but Firestone is my go to for any unexpected emergency such as the random pothole induced flat tire I got on my way to work the other day. They always do a great job and the same day "while you wait" service is awesome. I think the value of the service they offer depends on how you feel about the car you drive. They are very professional and thorough but not cheap if you are trying to maintain the functionality of a car in rough shape. The technicians are great but you can tell the corporation that is their masters drives them to push as much service work onto every vehicle they deal with as a matter of policy probably. If you draw the line at what services you want and don't want then you have nothing to worry about. But then again that applies to all things car related. All in all, I recommend them and will most likely be back there again at some point.

I’ve gone here for years and this place has progressively gone downhill. I typically buy my own wiper blades and replace them myself. This usually runs MAX $30 for decent blades. My car failed inspection due to the wiper blades and they wanted to charge me $50 for the blades + installation of around $6. This was not affordable for me and I offered to have different blades brought over and have them install them or I could and they said they’d have to fail me, take my car off the machine and then put me back in line re-inspect it after the new blades were on. Charging me twice for inspection. I opted for the cheaper blades which were quoted to me at $12/ea. including inspection which was $21 my total came to $58. At this point I was frustrated but I just wanted to leave so I paid and got into my car. After leaving my new blades look like this! How is this even legal!? I get that they called these the “cheap” blades but at $37 they should at least fit my windshield all the way across. The only guy I’ve ever spoken to that worked there that was kind and helpful is the only guy I’ve ever seen there who’s not white. And I’ve noted since the one time I went there and he tried to be helpful, they keep him mainly in the back. Will never be returning.

Too good of a place, friendly, priced right,and they do the work right and.and.and it's a nationwide warranty where you gonna get that from??? Nowhere.. this is the place to come for all your auto needs.they also do inspections,where you gonna go wrong with Firestone
