Employee would not go out to my daughter's car and and check diagnostic with plug insert for codes. Just told her how to do it. When she returned with device it showed no codes at all. Originally went in because car would not start earlier in day. Eventually turned over and started. Since I have used this store with professional and courteous service in the past I recommend it for her. She then asked if they could check battery condition. The employee would not bring out reader to check it for her. TOLD HER IT WAS COLD OUTSIDE. Complete unprofessional service, and I will not use or recommend the company again. We several stores/ competition to choose from. The date was 12/2. We had snow that day. So the employee responsible would be limited to those working on that date. Maybe a little gender discrimination was falling in the snow and cold day.

Patrick was a great help and such a nice guy. He helped me with a lot of things with my car and showed me how to check stuff and gave me great tips for the future. He definitely does not get paid enough and he deserves a raise. We need more people like Patrick in this world. I don’t leave reviews but he was that great I had to leave one.

What an awesome place! The front end staff are so helpful and friendly! I brought back several batteries and the young man who worked the front end was so kind to help me bring them in. Excellent service! I won't shop anywhere else for auto service.

The absolute worst... employees not only give you an attitude, but are horribly unqualified. Put in an order parts were supposed to be in, after a week of waiting,only received 1 of the parts, went in to see what happened. Could not tell me where my part went, went on to be absolutely confused on how to give a refund.. all in all.. Go to O'Reilly parts right down road...much better, I will never use AUTOZONE AGAIN

They have parts, just never the parts i need. Sometimes they have something close, but I'm not into hammering on things to make it fit. However, very helpful, and sometimes apologetic, people!

Autozone delivery driver destroyed 5 gallon bucket that we use as a driveway marker and just left it and we called to have it replaced and the store manager laughed on the phone at us and told us to come buy a new one! Driver said it didn’t happen and we have it all on video tape and pictures! Ridiculous! ?

The associate at the register helped me find what I needed exactly. He did it from behind the counter and he didn't make me feel like an jerk, when I stuttered through my questions. He let me have a moment and was just a genuine human. It's a straight up wonderful moment when someone doesn't just crap on you when you're not ok. Will literally go here just for that. Thank you for treating me like I'm not stupid.

Ordered a part online almost 24 hours ago and it says it’s still being processed. Contacted customer service and got zero response.?? UPDATE: My order has been processed now and is on the way. I changed the rating to 5 stars because the employees inside the store are great, I had just ordered some items through this location online. I messaged customer service online twice and never got a response which caused me concern. Thank you.

Aug 4th 2024, 6:15 pm on a Sunday. I want to thank the stranger behind the counter who helped me! A huge THANK YOU sir! I am from out of town and my car decided to kiss a rock when I was parking at a trail. Nasty dent and a bunch of bruises. I am not happy at all and go to this AutoZone to get a thing to suck the dent out. The stranger helps me pick a tool to fix it. I go to the parking lot but the suction won’t work. So I ask the guy for help. He comes to car to help me and coaches me how to get the dent out. He helps me figure out how to pick the paint to hide the scratches. And I am one happy customer. Now that is customer service. Dear AutoZone. Hats off to you for having awesome employee like this person. This is your secret sauce. I will be a faithful customer as long as you have such people on your side. Awesome job !!

Sorry but my experience here was not a good one. The lady at the counter, after looking at me and asking can I help you, continue talking to the person next to her. I needed to purchase a battery and have it installed after calling and them have them say to bring it down, only to have her walk two steps outside, look at my car and tell me they don’t do hybrids. I went over to Advance Auto and they installed it for me there no problems. She clearly did not want to be bothered.

Horrible Customer Service. Was told a part that I pre-ordered for overnight delivery was going to be there the next morning. Called before I made the 1.5 hour drive to confirm that the truck and the part were on the way and Patrick confirmed. Showed up at the time that I was told to be at the store after the truck came and was told I was one of the "unlucky customers" whose part wasn't on the delivery truck. Would have appreciated a call as as soon as the truck came without the part. With fuel prices the way they are I drove over an hour for nothing.

Fix your hours online. I checked the autozone site and google to confirm they were open until 8 on Sunday. But when I got to the store at 7pm on the dot. The employee came out to the door to tell me they’re closing. All I needed was brake pads. Nope. They wouldn’t bother to serve me. They even acknowledged the fact that they knew all the hours posted online are wrong.

Everything here is way overpriced. A lot of the staff don't know anything they're talking about. A select few members of the staff however are extremely helpful and the store does stock a lot of items. If they don't have it in store, often they will order the part for you so you can pick it up at the store as soon as it is delivered

Says they close at 9pm was locked when we arrived prior to 9. Shame on them. Clerks just looked at us through the window and shruged.

I went to AutoZone to test/recharge my truck battery and possibly buy a new one if needed. To recharge usually takes 1-2 hours, so I planned to just drop it off. The young gentleman at the counter couldn't figure out how to get the battery tester to work. Another rep came over to assist and let us know they'll get it charged if it's not dead. A new battery is about $200. Within 30 minutes they tell me it's dead and I need a new battery. Their lack of feedback and professionalism made me doubt their abilities. I asked for the report, which I've historically always received from other auto shops. They could not supply me with one. I took the battery to another shop and it tested perfectly fine. I will not trust this shop again in the future.

Nice workers. Recently, for my 1992 Cadillac Brougham, I bought a K@n air filter, Performance spark plugs, and a Duralast gold alternator. All of these are excellent for durability and horsepower.

Placed an order and was told it would be in the next day. The next night got a call saying the order had to be cancelled. Then the next day ( two days later) I get a call telling me my order was there. Went to get it and it was the wrong one all in all got another call saying my my first order is there. FINALLY the right one. The people were great after all the issues

I like outback. But my soup and pork chop were super salty. The manager was very nice to offer a different plate I declined politely as lost my appetite still a nice place for dinner

This store in particular is clean and we'll stocked . I would give a better rating but some of the clerks are rude! I wouldn't go back in if you payed me. I'd rather spend more to go anywhere else. Very rude. Don't bother asking for any help it's too much work. They should find more people that want to work and help people!

Called to inquire whether they had a part in stock. They had it, I purchased it. Seems they were doing some work to the store when I visited. Workers were apologetic of the mess & that they were in the way of the registers. Typically higher priced than advance but they had the part I needed, when I needed it vs. having to order it & wait from advance.

They usually have what I need in stock and are really helpful. The last time I cam in with bad batteries and they tested them first to make sure they were bad and helped me purchase the best battery for my needs. Very good service.
