Writing this as I sit in the parking lot after picking up my truck. If the awesome job repair and repainting my number wasn't enough, they also detailed my extremely dirty work truck that hasn't seen a detail since it's original dealer. Definitely a business that takes pride in their craft and has an interest in excellent customer service.

Troy's was wonderful! The fixed my car and even when one of the parts was the wrong one from the dealer - they took care of it, gave me a loaner car to use and kept working until the problem was solved! They even detailed the car again. Would highly recommend them!!!

Troy’s Auto Body Works in Highland, NY is by far one of the best. They took care of handling the insurance company and did an immaculate job on our Audi A6. The car came back to us fully detailed and better than new. Anthony and Vanessa were great to deal with, and kept us in the loop during the entire process. I highly recommend them and will be a returning customer(if needed).

Troy’s team just repaired the bumper on my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee!! Exceptional work and fair price since I did not go through insurance. Repair was timely and efficient. They EVEN DETAILED the interior and exterior. They gave it back 110% better than when I dropped it off 4 days ago. I thank You so much you guys are always great!!

Beyond excellent service. After a deer hit my car I never thought it would look the same. Troy’s was fast and efficient. My car looks brand new.

My car stalled in the middle of 9W due to running out of gas. I planned on getting gas about a mile away then stalled out. I called the highland police department and they sent Troy’s out to help me. Mind you I asked the cop not to call a tow because I didn’t have good experiences with them in the past as they charged me over $100 to take me to my destination which was less than 2 miles down the road. However, the tower was super nice towed my car to the gas station, paid for my gas and didn’t charge me a towing fee even after I offered to pay. I cannot thank Troy’s enough, I highly recommend them, CALL THEM FOR SURE IF YOU NEED HELP!!

my daughter is in school in hyde park NY and was in a small accident on the mid Hudson bridge. the tow truck that picked up her car was from troy auto body. not only did they tow her car, they gave her a ride back to school. we left the car at the body shop for the work and everyone was so awesome to speak with and work with. she got her car back yesterday and it looks amazing, I told them I hope I never need to use them again, but would pick them again. the whole experience was great. for a mom that is 3 1/2 hours away it helped to know they were there for her

Troys Autobody is the best auto repair shop I have ever dealt with. It truly was a pleasure. They are kind, understanding and honest. I was in a horrible car accident and they made my car look like it never happened. Beautiful outcome, I am so impressed! Please use their services if you’re ever in need! I will always go to them for all my needs! The before and after photos I took myself. Their work is perfection!!!

I have a vintage BMW with custom paint, and when I was in a collision, I was afraid shops would have a difficult time matching the non-OEM paint. I went to Troy's for the first time after seeing some of the specialty vehicles they've worked on, and they nailed the metallic finish spot-on. They worked quickly with insurance to take care of everything. When I stopped by unannounced to get a small area fixed years later, they took care of it on the spot. Will definitely be going back!

Poor quality work. Brought my truck in to get door and mirror repaired. First time around the bodywork was rushed. The edges looked terrible and there were noticeable sanding marks all over. Blemishes in the paint were also present. They took it back and redid the work. Second go around there were still blemishes in the paint, the paint was mixed poorly causing there to be blue specks all over (metallic grey paint), the edges still weren't perfect and my fender trim was loose with 3 clips missing. Both times the job looked terrible. No care was given with the work

My insurer deemed my Honda Fit a total loss after a deer took out my hood, headlight, fender, and sideview mirror. Because of Troy's I was able to keep my car and get back on the road. Super honest and easy to work with. Thank you!

recently I stopped at Troy's auto body to see if I could get an estimate on some minor damage to my wife's car without an appointment. I was greeted by a nice, friendly young man who took the the time to look at the damage and then proceeded to buff out the area that was scuffed up. I tried to pay him for his services but he refused payment. As a small business owner myself, it's nice to see there are still places that offer exceptional service. I highly recommend Troy's.

I cannot say enough great things about this place, their staff… car looks BRAND SPANKING NEW!! It was finished quickly , and I was more than a little shocked when I saw the inside!! My car was a mess, to put it mildly..when I looked inside, it was pristine, BEAUTIFUL.. I think it was John that brought it to me… sorry if I messed up your name.. my grandkids have fried all my brain cells??? but he told me to look in backseat… he even cleaned up my granddaughters booster seats!!!! Hit a deer awhile back and I had Troy’s do the body work on my truck. The truck looked brand new when they were done with it and they even detailed the truck without asking! Very nice people to deal with as well, highly recommend these guys for your automotive/body work needs

This is the best shop in the Hudson Valley. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs repair work for a vehicle that they actually care about, as this shop’s work is exquisite. I am so highly impressed by not only the auto body repair work, but also the ladies up front running the place. Excellence all around. And so friendly. There’s truly not enough nice things to say about this exemplary business. I only wish that I had discovered them years ago.

let me preface by saying I bring my car to quite a few shows. I couldn't be happier with the repairs done to me car after someone hit me. (they took the whole front bumper and headlights off...) all OEM parts , perfect paint, and my car was given back to me in a fantastic amount of time, even with the limited availability on items. great customer service, they kept me up to date, and informed of the progress the entire time. THANK YOU!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Troy and his crew! They fixed up my 2011 Subaru Outback like BRAND new! The day we dropped the Outback off to Troy's, my tire went flat. We put the donut on and off we went. I pick up the car today expecting to drop it off to my mechanic and Troy's crew had not only plugged the leak in the tire, but they took the donut off, stowed it back in the trunk and put my FIXED tire back on! The office staff was so nice and super helpful. If your car needs body work, go to Troy's. You won't be disappointed.

I was very impressed with Troy's. I got several different quotes, In the end they came back with the best and the fastest turnaround. They were friendly and helpful and returned my car back to me spotless inside and out.

I have used Troy's Auto Body in the past and have been completely satisfied with the quality of his work. Troy is very knowledgeable in what he does and does a top notch job, every time!! My 2016 rogue was hit in a local parking lot. I want to see Troy and was helped by his family, Alicia and Vanessa. I got an immediate estimate. The work was done in less than two days. The car came back looking much better than I had driven it in and I don’t mean just the bodywork which was excellent. The car was clean in and out the car smelled wonderful and I have a brand new flashlight on my key ring. On top of everything, I was given a loaner car which made my life so much easier. This is the best Business ever and the people are extraordinarily wonderful. I highly recommend them. Troy’s Auto Body Highland New York is the best place ever.

My Lexus was in a minor fender bender this past winter. I know a few “car guys” that highly recommended Troy’s. I have to say not only did they do an exceptional job on the car, the paint was spot on, perfectly done. They stand by their work even more so. I had problem with the headlight ballisters about 5 months later and they were there to take care of it. They provide great customer service, friendly and always responsive. I highly recommend Troy’s especially if you are a car fanatic. You will not be disappointed.
