Truck looked alright but any time you see black tape covering a light on the dash it’s time to go. Says a lot about the transparency of this company. Not saying the vehicles are bad, but you’ll never get the full story so why waste your time and money.
It's a shame that you can't trust the local places anymore. Let me be very clear: the vehicles at this establishment have at least one problem or another. You may not realize it at first and the sales person might not know it yet, but in just a couple of weeks you will come to find problems with whatever vehicle they sell you.

Sold my girls son a lemon then when I went there to talk about it proceeded to deny anything said in exact words "We ain't doing shit" then proceeded to threaten to hit me. Do not go to this business
Stay far away from this business especially if you’re a minority. As soon as I walked in one of the employees instantly started talking about a Mexican that was arguing with him about the price. I myself am Hispanic and felt it was towards me. I held back and did not say nothing to him. I kept it very professional was calm and laid back. They’re racist and robbing people legally. Charge me almost 1k for towing my car 5 miles down the road and keeping my car in storage for 2 days. Awful customer service and ridiculous amount of money for towing. I tried to use my triple AAA and they did not let me.
Bought my car, told it was test driven a couple of times, inspected ready to be driven etc..
Took it home, oil starts leaking, control arm damage, weak ball joints, check engine light flashing...
Repairs were done free of charge but they should have been done in the first place.
After the repairs I still am having issues but have decided to end communication here. Will no longer give any money to this business.

If I could leave a 1/2 star I would. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff promises you the world before you buy such as "if there are any problems we can do the repairs here" until you find the problems with the car that they were aware of before the sale. Then they "don't do those kinds of repairs."

If they had more stars I would rate Joeys a 50+ stars! I have brought my vehicle here a few times and Joey and his crew have been AWESOME! But the most important reason I keep returning is that Joey and all his workers are so kind, professional, and most importantly, they are always professional and HONEST. They are good listeners and really care about their customers needs and happiness. Illegally towed my car there was no notice or anything given that it was going to be towed damaged the vehicle in the process horrible company and owner to deal with predatory towing company and scam artist the buckled the roof and creased the support pillars by throwing a ratchet strap over the middle of the car and cranking it down
Poor in-person service, heartless owner, doesn’t seem to care about grieving families. When trying to get information to give insurance he was very dismissive, he said it was going to be $3,250 for an 8 mile tow after the car had been there for 7 days and will continue to charge $75 each additional day. They were waiting at the scene of the accident to pick up the car before the body was removed from the vehicle. He never said anything about paying for the tow when the tow initially occurred. He has never provided an itemized invoice and seems to be making up his charges since he also said he could “negotiate down to$1,000”. He wouldn’t make eye contact when speaking with us and kept answering the phone without acknowledging us. The car is locked up in a gate and under investigation by the police but he was making it seem like getting money from the family for the tow was the holdup and he wants to continue charging daily. He told my brother “I’m not going to miss out on this money, my guys need to get paid.” He claims people keep stopping by and going to look at the car, if you’ve taken photos of this vehicle please feel free to post them. (It’s the car under the tarp).
High class service. The young gentleman working on my car preformed sorcery. Got my car running when all other shops failed to do so. 10/10 would recommend.
Completely unprofessional scammed. Charged us for "after hour towing" the. Held my car impounded and refused to give it back unless I payed almost $1000. If I could give 0 stars I would. Company's like this r scams.

Girlfriend got her car impounded & taken here, before her car got released the owner said he would not charge her for the tow, when the car was finally released to her he charged her almost 150$ for the tow, the other thing she asked for was an oil change and a head light bulb, which he also charged her another 150$ for, and when I questioned him about the price he screamed at me and threw me out of the store. I would never recommend this place to anymore, they are not nice and they are greedy, and they will take advantage of you.

Best place for quality used vehicles. NO salesman pressure,look,inspect,test drive without any pressure. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles in his inventory. Also has a quality repair service above reproach. I have had many happy interactions with this dealership, therefore the 5star rating.
Had my car impounded late Saturday night. They were closed Sunday. Called all morning Monday and no one was there. Got ahold of someone at 11:30 and they charged me $513 for a day and a half of holding my car. The place is a joke. Pretty sure they work with the police to rob people blind. Hope this isn't the place your car goes if you get impounded
Joeys is the one of best mechanic shops around. Skilled workers and veryfair prices. He works on all my families cars when I can’t figure it out or just need professional help I bring it to him. I tried to get an old rusted O2 sensor out of a friends old truck, after 2 hours and a even using a torch I couldn’t get it to budge without breaking it. I dropped it off and the next day he had it all fixed. Great family owned business.
What a crook. One month ago I purchased a car from them. It is falling apart. The hood doesn't close, the air conditioner stopped working, the defroster doesn't defrost, the windshield wipers only work intermittently and the key only sometimes starts the car. Joesph actually said that "HE DOESN'T HAVE TO FIX IT." Having no other choice I had to leave it with him. He would not provide a loaner and made me walk home. Lousy place with lousy sevice
I stopped here with my friend. He had really been through the ringer with other dealerships. Carl and Joseph were absolutely amazing and got him into a fantastic car with absolutely NO hassle! They were personable and accommodating! Thank you!!!
We moved from LA and had to find an honest mechanic and we did! Joey is very honest and his rates are very reasonable. He doesn’t over book. He does not make unnecessary repairs..he advises honestly and is a great knowledgeable mechanic.. if I could give him 10 stars I would!!!
My wife purchased a Jeep Wrangler from here (an '06 i think). I was involved in the entire transaction from test drive to title. They have been nothing but helpful and easy to deal with. I would give 5/5, however I am giving 4/5 only because I'll reserve final judgement for a while to see how the vehicle is and how their service is. I'll edit the review at a later date. I see a few negative reviews, most have no explanation at all and some that do don't give much specific detail. Our experience has been very good. During the test drive, the battery died. We called them up and they immediately drove over and jumped it then replaced the battery when we got back. The purchase went very easily and smoothly. Before he released it to us, he did some extra work on it which took a good part of a day- the specifics I dont exactly recall - to make sure it was in top shape. Within the first month, the check engine light came on. I dropped it off around 3:30. By 5 I was notified it was ready. I dont think they charged for that. We had a second problem with some heavy shaking in the front end after hitting bumps above 40 mph or so a month later. Dropped it off after hours Sunday and it was ready by noon Tuesday. I don't have details yet but it was strut / suspension related. It looks like he fixed it for a very reasonable price. Also, they are VERY responsive through Facebook. If you message them, they'll respond typically within minutes and don't leave you hanging. That is a huge plus. So far, I can recommend them. They're doing a good job there.
A bunch of crooked people hole in the wall dealer that's for sure. I found a truck on Craigslist had no idea it came from a used car place to began with sold me the truck with a cracked rotted frame. Once I found out who this guy was and that he actually takes the trade in cars or the impounds and sells them at this place I was shocked. Cars that were meant for the crusher there putting back on the road ways for a quick buck. The vehicle was not inspected was not road legal but sold it to me for a pretty penny off location under the table and once I found out, did research and learned that they do this a lot, I was livid. Stay away there heartless they made me pay and another person I know. I was not going to leave a review I was going to just move on but after they screwed my mother through that business royally I had to they left me no choice, STAY AWAY...!!!
