Last week on 2/20/26 I ordered a part from this location. They told me to in order for the part to be here next day I would need to pay $12 shipping fee. The part never came, mind you, the storm that we would get that weekend didn’t even start until Saturday night. The part was suppose to be here around 1:30pm. After 4 days of calling the store and waiting, the part comes 2/25/26 that evening. When asked about the $12 refund due to the part not coming until 4 days later then stated, the store manager stated that the storm played a roll in the delay that there is nothing they can do about it. Again the storm took place hrs later. I feel like that’s false advertising, charging people fees for non guaranteed offers. I give the store a 2 rating because the store employees weren’t rude, which is rare. Most Autozones that I go to, the service tends to be trash and workers normally rude. I been stop going to Autozones because there’s is always an issue. Generally go to Advance Auto or O’Reilly’s but went to Autozone because they claimed they could get the part sooner than Wednesday. This experience just proves why I don’t generally go to Autozones

Today was my third time going there and I can now firmly say you can get better service at other auto zones. Choose a different location.

Received excellent service the other afternoon purchasing a new battery. The salesperson, Nina, was extremely helpful, and she was the only person working in the store at that time. I wasn't sure if my old battery would start again, and she agreed to lend me a few tools to install the new one. The car started so I left. But I was very impressed with Nina, who was taking care of a line of customers and answering phones, etc., etc., without an iota of attitude, impatience, or rushing the customers. Nina deserves both a very large raise and year-end bonus!

This past winter storm took out the rubber on my back windshield wiper. Went to the store and it wasnt in stock for my car. They had it shipped from another store. I never got notification it was there. I had to call, that guy, very helpful, very nice. I get there this evening and this guy just hands it to me and when I say I dont know how to install it, gives me a bit of a hard time about helping me. And since my car is a newer mazda it wasnt as easy as just taking off the cover. There was an extra peice to removed that was small (found that out on my own). He told me he couldn't help me because its policy not to use tools on the cars. So I had to try and figure it out myself. Its totally different system then my original blade, no real plastic cover so I dont even know if I have it right (duralast?) And lots of tears because the instructions were confusing. I went to auto zone because the site says they will do it for you. Frustrated and confused, doesnt make me want to go back to a place I was told was trustworthy for something that was supposed to be simple.

First big snow this year and I quickly found out I needed new wipers immediately because I couldn't see anything. Stopped on my way home where I was told they wouldn't put them on for me. Get home to then find out they sold me the wrong ones. Now have to get a ride to work tomorrow because my old one broke taking it off. How about hiring people with some knowledge and work ethic Autozone!

Tyler was extremely helpful and professional. Tyler helped me get a new battery and borrow tools to install it on freezing cold day. He constantly positive with a smile on his face. I really appreciate all the help and great customer service.

I placed an online order Friday afternoon, and a few hours later received an email confirmation that it was ready for pickup. I arrived Saturday morning and was told sorry we don't have it. Long drive and a waste of my time. Deserves ZERO stars.

Website will indicate that your part is in stock so you'll drive down to get it and they'll tell you they don't have it. Happens WAY too often.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is by far the worst AutoZone location I’ve ever dealt with and I gave them multiple chances to get it right. I own a very busy auto repair shop just 15 minutes away, and I can never get parts delivered because they “don’t have a driver.” The kicker? They do have a driver, but he’s not allowed to drive because he never took a drug test. Completely pointless setup. I finally gave up and hired my own driver to pick up parts, just to keep my business moving. Even then, they still couldn’t get it right. I never received a correct order not once. Constant wrong parts, wrong quantities, or completely missing items. On the rare occasion a delivery did happen, it would take two hours or more for something that should’ve been 20 minutes. Ron, one of the delivery guys, was the only bright spot he gave me his direct number and was super helpful. But of course, management stepped in and told him he wasn’t allowed to pick our orders anymore. That was the last straw. This store is run by people who walk around lost all day with zero urgency, zero attention to detail, and zero care for the customers they serve. It’s no surprise that every other local repair shop I know goes to NAPA instead. I’ve switched my business to a different location and now I fully understand why this store has the reputation it does. If corporate or upper management doesn’t step in and clean house, this place is going to keep going downhill fast. Avoid this location at all costs if you value your time and sanity.

The language and behavior of the staff caused me to shop at Advanced Auto. I'm not thin skinned but I listened to them rip apart a customer while they were on hold. They did not care who was listening and the behavior was tolerated by the manager. It was just not right.

Went in for a battery. Was told by one of the employees that my battery had an "interface" and that it was too complex for them so they couldn't help. This was not true, as a neighbor helped me within 5 minutes. As I'm leaving I see that same employee also leaving, and it felt like she just tried to persuade me to go somewhere else so she didn't have to work anymore. I wouldn't be so disappointed if she didn't give me false information about my car leading me on a wild goose chase when all it took was 5 minutes. Was the short one. Based on some of the other reviews it looks like your store does this to several other people. Retrain your employees to stop being lazy because this shouldn't be a common theme

This store is the worst of the worst. The reviews are all Correct. How Can a manager allow this type Of Behavior? Pick a day and you will See Them All congregate playing Loud music and Swearing And just blatantly ignoring Customers. No professionalism or customer service. Skip this store and spend your money elsewhere.

AutoZone showed incredible kindness and service. After several jump starts, my car battery clearly died 1/3 mile down the street. They immediately came out to me and replaced the battery, saving me the hassle of getting a tow to them. I then drove to the store to pay. Who offers that kind of service these days? I am now their customer for whatever I need.

If I could give this stores less than one star I would. They exhibited TRASH behavior yesterday by trying to play the old bait and switch with my money. I spend $7 on funnels and gave the BOY behind the counter $20 and he gave me 30 cents change saying I only gave him $10. He refused to return my money. He's a THIEF! DO NOT USE CASH AT THAT STORE. Additionally, 4 people behind the counter and not one person working on the floor. No one stepped from behind the counter to assist the people shopping. Autozone DO BETTER! You need to hire professionals to work in your store. These little boys are giving you a bad name.

What started out not so great, ended great! I went to the Autozone in Highland NY to purchase a new battery for my car. I was told by someone at first that they couldn't do it for whatever reason and was trying to pawn me off to some local auto shop down the road, (I believe he was leaving). Another worker walking by overheard the conversation and told me after the first guy left that they absolutely could change the battery, that's what they do! He was so helpful and kind and turned my frustrated day around! Thank you so much Brian for making matters right. I appreciate you stopping me before I left. There needs to be more kind hard workers like you in this world, who just want to do the right thing. Somebody give this man a raise!!!!!

I truly cannot comprehend how many mess-ups this store can give someone before they get the wrong parts for the fourth or fifth time. Even when you give them the part number they give you the wrong parts and then insist that you're wrong even though you're showing them that the part they gave you is completely incorrect. The commercial program in the Highland AutoZone is an absolute joke. I hate doing business with them. The only reason I do is simply because they are the closest auto parts store to me. I hope someone from corporate can read this because that entire store needs to be handled way more professionally than it is. Lackadaisical attitudes from all the employees. Incorrect parts. No sense of urgency. Cores may or may not get refunded. The list goes on and on and I have been more than patient since they're opening. But I have truly had enough.

Lucas D. Sales associate did an amazing job helping me with my windshield wiper motor. He really goes above and beyond for his customers. The following day I needed help with my muffler and he even climbed under my vehicle to measure the exhaust pipe. I wish every sales associate was as kind, helpful and knowledgeable as Lucas. Awful, it’s a hang out after 5pm. Watch employee try to figure out which corporate account to charge his friends parts to in order to get the best discount, and beat the tax. Wake up Auto Zone this is tax fraud.

Stopped in autozone in highland to grab oil. Cashier cursed and swore at the cash register when he was helping me…completely aggravated that I had the audacity to purchase something in the store. The rest of the staff were off completely in a world of their own. I would recommend another store entirely.

Large open & clean store. Friendly helpful associates take the time to help. Update: We returned our old starter to AutoZone for a $40 core refund over 2 weeks ago & as of yet we have not received it even though the corporate & the local store have been promising it. We are extremely disappointed & are reconsidering our options for auto parts in the future.

I would like to say how very helpful the staff at this autozone are. I had an issue finding the right parts for the brakes on my wife's minivan. The guys there spent the time matching up my old parts for the correct ones. A major plus was that they had all parts in stock. Having a neighborhood feel to a chain store is something special. Thanks guys. Will be back for sure

Conveniently now located in Highland is AutoZone. Before the closest one was in Poughkeepsie or Kingston. If you need anything for your vehicle AutoZone has a great variety of parts and tools so you will be able to get the job done.

The employees haven't a clue. If you need a part I suggest you look it up on the website, print it out and hand it to them otherwise plan on explaining what you need over and over. Gave me the wrong part 3 times in one day. If corporate reads this I hope you start hiring people who have at least a few years little automotive knowledge

I heard on the radio how great auto zone is and I got to experience it for myself. Drove up to the location for coolant but what I thought was just a leak was a pour. Didnt want to risk driving it so I had a tow company take it to the mechanic. The guys at auto zone were so polite and helpful. They held on to my key so I could go to work and the tow driver picked it up from Joey in Autozone. I wish I could give 100 stars because the guys at Autozone, whoever was on shift Sunday 5/14 at 3pm, were so great. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

A lot to be desired at this location. The store is new and so the staff is very green. The store has an appearance of being well stocked but high volume and sales flyer items like oil & filters have been out of stock, the point of sale computer crashed while I was Thier and the staff had to close the store and didn't know when it would reopen, they had to wait until a district manager could come and fix the problem. So bottom line is that you cannot depend on this store right now and you may just have to plan on going to another store for what you need, like I had to......
