I got stuck in the snow today while at an appointment. I was linked to Double N through AAA. Ishraf was the tow truck driver that came to help! He was professional, polite and most of all helpful!

So I was driving on a pretty busy road and I heard a loud pop from outside my car, then a few seconds later my tire sensor went off. I pulled over and one of the tires was completely flat. I called AAA and a Double N tow truck came very quickly. The driver (his name was Ish) was extremely helpful. He figured out that the problem was likely a nail in the tire that had come out while I was driving. Even though it was nearly 7 PM, he said there would be someone at the shop that could fix it. He took me to the shop and the tire was plugged in about 10 minutes for a very reasonable price (I didn't get the name of the guy who fixed it, but he was very helpful too). Highly recommend!

This evening I had to have my SUV towed from a store parking lot to my house ( dead starter), ISH was my tow specialist, and he was the absolute BEST. He was on the scene well before the time quoted by Triple A. Ish was courteous, personable, friendly and knowledgeable. If I’m ever in this sort of situation again, and need a tow, any tow specialist that arrives on scene will be compared to Ish. Thanks again, Ish- I appreciate you!

I recently had my car start losing power at the intersection and thankfully was able to pull off to the side of the road. My dealership used this towing company and they exceeded expectations both in beating the time they had to come for me and also in honesty and professionalism. I needed an emergency alternator replacement after my battery dying on the LIE near closing time and Ish was able to tow me (after jumping my battery and it subsequently dying again) and Steve did the repair on the spot. They were honest, friendly, and fairly priced. I was treated with respect and their work was done with integrity. Broke down with low oil pressure. AAA used these guys as my tow and hands down a great experience. The tow truck driver filled me in with so many benifits if I need future engine work if I go through them as my shop of choice. 2 yr warranty no questions asks ranging from a battery replacement to an entire engine replacement. Tow guy worked professionally and quick in this cold weather. Thank you for getting my car to its drop off location safe and quick.

I was calling AAA road service this morning, and this auto shop replied in only 2-5 minutes, and the mechanic person (Paul) showed up very quickly and fixed all the problems very quickly. Paul is extremely experienced and kind, and deserves a 5-star rating.

I was Stuck on the side of the Long Island expressway with a flat tire and didn’t have the tools to put my spare wheel on. A driver name ish from double N saw me stuck in the side of the road and offer to help me and help me put my spare wheel on my car. I would Like to thank you ish From double N tow company for helping me in my time of need. Didn’t even call a tow company put he pulled over and decided to help me on his own will. This was probably the easiest tow I’ve ever had in my entire life. Ish was amazing he was so helpful and super knowledgeable about everything. Ontop of that he helped me with other questions I had pertaining to what im gonna do with the car since it still isn’t fixed. And got to me so quick! Just from having him tow my car, because he was so nice and helpful - I’m definitely gonna be calling with other things I need help with.

It would be great if they parked their tow trucks and vehicles they are working on IN THEIR lot and not on the street. Almost got into an accident because they completely block the line of sight coming out of 7-11

Had a huge nail on my motorcycle back tire and Double N was able to get my bike towed with the most care and safety as I’ve ever seen. The driver was Tom Johnson — super nice man and super professional. Tom - Thank you for getting me out of a bind so quickly and ensuring the safety of my Harley!

I am so happy with Doublin Auto. I just had my muffler and exhaust system worked on. I saw the muffler pipes broke, and was hanging down. The car made such a loud noise it was so loud you couldn't even listen to the radio, and my wife, she said I have a headache every time I'm in the car. I certainly did not want an exhaust pipe hanging down just a few inches off the ground, jamming into the road when driving. So I called Double N Automotive and spoke with Jay. I mentioned AAA suggested Double N Automotive. I needed the car repaired fast because I did not want that pipe to tear off, if it jammed into the road when driving. That could cause more damage to get repaired, so repairing it now is safer than waiting for an accident. They said everything has rotted out and I have 2 options, replace everything that is needed for repair, or 2 we can do the repair, and do some welding and cutting and make the repairs. The first option replace all the parts over $1,200. The second option is to do some welding and cutting and make the repairs for less than $250. Wow! what a savings. Actually with the AAA discount another 10% savings for a grant total of $242.99. How the hell can you beat those savings! More than that, it is an AAA service center, with an extra measure of assurance the work is certified with experienced technicians working on my car.  I was done in less than 3 hours. I am so pleased I chose Double N Automotive to do service on my car for me.  The team (and they are a team, you can definitely see it just by listening to the technicians and watching how they work) in my opinion, are some of the most experienced technicians I have ever had servicing my car. I am extremely pleased! Thank you Double N Automotive. I would definitely recommend Double N Automotive to any of my friends who need any type of auto service on their car, or truck. Oh just to mention, my car now runs with the soft purr of a cat, and is as silent as a mouse!

Photos are worth a million words.. and this describes my full experience with the business… absolutely a disaster!!! No professionalism or work ethic.. these people hold no pride in their work!! This is how my car got returned not to mentioned other things that happen in the process and one of them being tow truck hit and broke one of our gate posts and no curacy! Unreal!!

My car was experiencing some loss of power and eventually wouldn't start. My usual mechanic couldn't figure out what the heck was going on. He recommended this shop. First of all they came to my house to tow it to the shop. Yhen they were able to correctly diagnose the issue without ordering any new parts! Very fair and honest in my opinion. The work took a few more days than I would have liked but my car is running beautifully and that's all that matters. I will not take my car for any work ANYWHERE ELSE! I'm an extremely satisfied customer. Will recommend to friends and family. UPDATE: 2/16/22 My car had a starter issue. Had to have my car towed over there on Monday in the late afternoon. Their mechanics were able to diagnose and repair my car by Wednesday. Extremely happy with quick turnaround. Very professional and friendly. I find their pricing to be fair. More importantly I find their work to be great.

DO NOT LET DOUBLE N AUTO TOW YOUR CAR!!!! DO NOT LET DOUBLE N AUTO REPAIR YOUR CAR!!! They were contacted through my insurance company when my car was in an accident & towed my car to the auto body shop of my choice. When they towed my car, the tow truck driver hooked my car up to the tow truck using the chains with hooks at then end of them. He placed the hooks not on the frame of my car but hooked them onto my tie rod on my passenger side tie rod underneath the car when hoisting my car onto the tow truck bed. Mostly likely unknowingly. Causing my passenger side tie rod to be bent. So as would anyone, I called the company to inform them that one of their drivers had damaged my vehicle during its transportation to the body shop. At first the receptionist denied my claim that they had bent it & after much arguing with her, I demanded to speak to the owner, which then he agreed to take a look & fix my car at no charge to me. So the next day I dropped my car off so they could replace the tie rod with a new one & to have them do an alignment on my car because the bent tie rod had thrown my wheels out of alignment. So I picked my car up that afternoon & checked the car to make sure everything was done correctly & everything checked out for the moment until I left the repair shop in my car. After which I noticed that as I drove my car it was still pulling to one side of the road as I drove. I then took it to my mechanic (which I have been taking my car to for over 5 years & is very honest & has done a lot of small repairs at little to no charge to me) to have the work looked over. After which he had told me that "DOUBLE N" had clearly lied to me about preforming the alignment on my car because it was still way off alignment wise. So at that time I had enough of being played games with so I went back down to DOUBLE N AUTO to speak to the owner in person. When I got back to DOUBLE N Auto I went into the office & asked to speak to the owner. So I explain to him the situation, after which he continues to tell me that he had his mechanics do the alignment & that my car was perfectly aligned. So I called him out on his lies telling him I brought it to my own mechanic & had their work checked over & that I knew he was lying straight to my face. He then began to belittle me by telling me that I had "no idea what an alignment is" as if I am stupid & don't know that a wheel alignment is part of standard automobile maintenance that consists of adjusting the angles of the wheels so that they are set to the car maker's specification. The purpose of these adjustments is to reduce tire wear, and to ensure that vehicle travel is straight and true & that he wouldn't do anything unless I had the print out from my mechanic showing that it still was unaligned. Not only that but the tie rod he installed was of poor quality & I am just replacing it now after about a year because it doesn't fit properly & is causing my steering to vibrate severely. I honestly wish I this review would allow me to rate DOUBLE N AUTO with 0 stars because their work & customer service are absolute garbage. Just like their owner!
