How refreshing not to get swindled by a used car salesman, as I had been previously at other places! My husband and I were able to take our time to do the test drive and look over the car, and all the paperwork and all the numbers were explained thoroughly. We bought a quality vehicle at a good price... I noticed other dealers listed the same car we bought for much more! The owner Joey, Sales Manager Alex, and Sales Associate Eddy were personable and professional. It was a pleasure to do business here, highly recommend! Be aware, the online prices are for financing after a down payment, as disclosed on the website/car listing; I have seen this at other places.
🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚨🚨🚨I dealt with Alex and Eddie. They look trustworthy and charming, emphasis on 'look'. So i bought a car from them Sonata 2023. Which according to them only had cosmetic work done. So 3 months later I take the car in for an oil change and when the workshop guy lifted the car up on the left he showed me that the car was put together by zip ties to hold the bumper and the lower mats in place. the left the axle had been replaced previously and the replaced axle was subpar at best and that it was also leaking. The shock mount needed to be replaced and the engine oil was slowly leaking as well and he’s guessing that the car has been in a pretty major accident and then was fixed privately in the cheapest way possible, with poor second hand parts. I'm still waiting for his call back. Please please take a proper mechanic with you before you buy a car from these people. Horrible. I was shocked and a little saddened that I chose to believe them and didn't just anticipate they were selling me a dangerous car.
The repairs cost me $1400. I called them and told them and Eddie said that he will talk to Alex and call me right back. Its been 1 week. I've not heard anything. There is one more review here with a one star. I feel like thats exactly what they did to me to.
Sales person was nice and informative. Only complaint was the car was pretty dirt when I received it. Looked like there was tints on the car and at one point and they were removed but the glue was left behind. so the window was very sticky and dirty. Also the glue from the window stickers were left on the window. took me a while to clean (1.5hours) the glue of with Windex and a razor. I found recipe dating back to the first owner and paper under the seat I'm happy with the car and the cost just wish it was more clean and a lil more attention to detail
Don’t trust the advertised price, wasted my time coming out here for them to tell me the price listed online was AFTER a 3000 down payment and another grand of admin fees. This is not how you do business
So point blank, I met Alex the manager on 3/25/2025 to inquire about a 2021 honda civic hatchback sport, the car looked beautiful online with a clean title when I got there and physically saw the car I was shocked, the car’s previous owner totaled that car then it seems like they came out of pocket to fix it back, from front bumper to back bumper was replaced, quarter panels aren’t lined up with the vehicle, I know that this car has serious frame damage, I mentioned it to Alex and he boldly told me he don’t care if someone dies in the car as long as he sells it. I think I was too real and honest about the death trap he advertised, please take a auto body person and a mechanic with you to this specific dealership, the cars are not clean, I’m talking dog hair stuck to every inch of a vehicle he trying to sell at highest price, by far the filthiest and non trust worthy car dealer I have ever come across good luck to anyone who buys that 2021 honda civic hatchback sport or any other car that’s on the lot, the car should be a salvaged title. Pay attention when going to this dealership. Most dealerships clean out the cars they are trying to show and sell, not these filthy people, he drove the car 10 feet and I can tell it needed serious work, how I know, I had the same exact car and I know every detail about it. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, you will regret it. Think about your safety and loved ones before buying any vehicle from this dealership from the lips and tongue of Alex himself as long as he sells the car he don’t care if you die because of the cars and the conditions they are when he knows the truth but like he said He don’t care.
We had a great experience here. Joey and Eddy were so helpful with not so easy credit. They have a HUGE inventory of all kinds of cars and their cars all really looked pristine. I'd highly recommend this dealership. No Shady business dealings here. They were very upfront and explained everything really clearly step by step. We left with a car.

I wanted to write a review about Centereach Auto Supercenter. My family and I were looking for a good mini van. I have been looking all over online. I found this good 2022 Pacifica and I wrote that I was interested. Within 5 mins, I get a call from Centereach Superestore asking when I would like to see it and answered any questions I had. Since they seemed so friendly and nice, I asked if I could come now and they said yes sure. Right when I got there, they had the mini van waiting for me in front to see and they even let me take it for a test drive.
I drove it and loved it. We put some numbers together and all came to agreement and took it home right there. They helped with all the paper work and put the plates on it and I took it home.
So far the car has been great. No issues or anything. Centereach Auto Supercenter even called me twice since I got the car to see how everything was doing. I really appreciate that. They are nice and friendly. Not pushy or nasty. I will use them again for sure and let everyone know that they are good and you should give them your business.
