I took my car there to get my starter replaced then they proceed to say my engine light is on after they put the starter on then 2 days later my dashboard starts lighting up like a Christmas tree and my car was stopping randomly. I went back and the guy said I had to come back another time. Then I went to another mechanic and they said THEY CUT SOME WIRES ON MY CAR. I recommend not going here and going somewhere else because these mechanics are obviously sloppy at their jobs.
I had two cars serviced by Abdel at this place. Happy with both service. They quickly ordered and picked up the parts. Price was good, their service is great. They take you in the shop and show you the damaged parts before installing new parts. That is priceless for me and for that I will recommend this sop and come back to them.
Was in need of new tires in an emergency scenario today, stopped here to have them check the tires and replaced. Met with Dell who was a pleasure to work with. Replaced three tires and explained the issue with each to me. Was extremely fair in price and quick with fixing. I would 100% come back to do business here again.
I can’t say enough good things about this place. Every time I come here for tire repairs or an oil change, the service is consistently amazing. The staff are honest, professional, and incredibly kind — they always take the time to explain what’s needed without ever making you feel pressured.
They work quickly but still pay attention to detail, and I always leave feeling confident that my car is in great shape. It’s hard to find mechanics you can truly trust, and this place has definitely earned my loyalty.

Abdel is the best, he is very good at communicating when your car will be ready and if they notice any additional problems with your car. Originally brought my car in for just an oil change and inspection. Upon the time my car was there, I was told my car tires are completely worn out and almost dangerous to drive. He let me know the price to replace the tires on the phone and if I wanted to proceed. He replaced the tires at a good price.
I will always bring my car to them. Thank you Abdel and to the mechanics for their hard work and services. They are honest, hard working, and very efficient. Abdel is the guy to go to for any and all car problems.
Terrible service! Rude! I left my car there because unfortunately that was where my warranty "covered" the timing chain repair. They told me it would take 3-4 days to finish, and from there every week I didn't hear anything, 3 weeks went by. Without even apologizing, but always saying it wasn't their fault but the warranty that was taking time, they even had the nerve to tell me that I had to pay them taxes and labor, which is $725. Not even 5 minutes after picking up the car, I noticed a problem with the gear shifting, I go back there TIRED of still having problems after 3 weeks paying car insurance, the monthly car fee and UBER FOR 3 WEEKS TO GO TO WORK. Now instead, after two days I realize the car is leaking oil so I bring it in and they tell me to come back on Monday because they are busy. So what about me??? I paid to have an incomplete service and I risk breaking something else because I will have to use the car even though it is leaking oil. I called them and an ARROGANT person shouted at me on the phone that if I wanted to fix it I would have to leave the car with them for who knows how long. In short, I DON'T CARE ABOUT HAVING TO PAY ANOTHER MECHANIC, BUT THEY WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN. TERRIBLE!!!

This is the second time that I have done business here and I have to say both times were excellent. Tires the first time on my daughter’s car, service was fast and price was affordable. Today was an air filter replacement on my car. They didn’t have the air filter in stock in the shop, All it took was a quick phone call to somebody else and it was there within 10-15 minutes. Once again, service was done in a timely manner, customer service was fantastic and the entire staff was very nice This is definitely my new go to for any service I need on any of the cars in my family.

Mavis bs “ discount “ tires tried to scam me today saying that my one of my tires had a nail in when I only came to them for one tire that had a hole in it! Then they really let me drive off with a flat smh. Excellent workmaship on replacing my tires! Shop is very nice too with pleasant customer lounge. Staff are very friendly. I'll be back here next time I have another tire replacement.
Brought my car in for tires and service and these guys did an amazing job. Super quick, honest, and professional from start to finish. Been coming here since it’s opened. Inspection, oil changes, alignments, tires, you name it. The employees are all super professional and friendly. Prices are great and service is quick and efficient, Abdel is extremely helpful.
This place is a scam. I asked for alignment readings before handing over my keys, sat in the waiting room for over an hour, and never got an update. When they finally called me up, they just said “it’s done” — no printout, no receipt, nothing. When I asked for the readings, I was told the printer was broken and they still refused to even show me the numbers on the screen.
They charged me $70, which immediately felt suspicious since a full four-tire alignment is normally over $100. I confirmed again that all four were adjusted, and was told yes. Something didn’t sit right, so I went next door to Tire Guys on Middle Country Road. They checked my car and confirmed the alignment was NEVER done. Below is the picture from Tire Guys showing the actual readings as proof. Despite closing in 20 minutes, Tire Guys stayed late to do the job properly and gave me the full before-and-after printouts on the spot.
I went back to ask for my money back and was flat-out refused. This shop is dishonest, unprofessional, and will take your money without doing the work. If you care about your car and your wallet, avoid this place at all costs.
Abdel runs a great shop! Was able to get me tires no one else was able to get me. Shop is clean, workers are friendly and do a great job. Will never go anywhere else for tires or service.
This tire shop is the best ! Owner is so easy to work with and they have access to tires that most tire shop can’t get!

Middle Country Tire and Auto is beyond disappointing—it’s downright dangerous.
We brought our vehicle in for necessary repairs, paid over $400, and they sent my 17-year-old out in it with no working brakes. Let that sink in. They didn’t fix the problem. They didn’t call to explain anything. They just handed the keys back and put a teenager on the road in an unsafe car.
Not only did they fail to repair what we brought the car in for—they risked someone’s life. This isn’t just bad service, it’s gross negligence.
Avoid Middle Country Tire and Auto at all costs. You’re better off throwing your money in the street than trusting this shop with your car—or your family’s safety.

Highly recommend giving them a call if you need tires! I gave them a call at 8am today with a specific brand, model and size tire. They were able to get my falcon wild peaks at 4pm that same day ! As soon as I showed up they got right to work pulled truck right in.. 20 minutes later I was driving down the road 👍🏻 there is many tire places in the area but this place is like no other.. thank you and I will be coming back for sure keep up the good work.
Thank God we have this place close by, it’s an A to Z auto care service center from simple oil change to complicated mechanical issues, and everything related to tires, new tires, used tires, balancing, and alignment if needed.
Prices are very reasonable compared to similar neighboring businesses. I had a great experience at the place, fixed both my cars, workers are professional, and the manager is awesome he is very nice and understanding.
I recommend this service station to any one that needs work on a vehicle.
I had a great experience with this business. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they work hard to make sure they are providing you with the most cost effective solution. I had my oil changed and bought a new battery and both services were below the prices of other service stations in the area. I will continue to go to them for my repair needs.
I recently visited this tire shop and was incredibly impressed! The prices were very budget-friendly, and I got high-quality tires that I expected would cost much more. The team was friendly, efficient, and professional, and they completed everything in just 30 minutes! The waiting room was welcoming and comfortable, which made the short wait even better.
