Super helpful, we were traveling through and hit a rain storm, the car through a check engine error and traction control, pulled over and they loaned me the OSB reader and looked up my error codes.

Little active customer service, other than a quick greeting when I walked in. Items I was looking for had Q-codes for online help, but horrible cell service made that a non option. Other than that, if you know what you need it's a good store.

Great deal with the rewards card. I ordered a lofgt bold and it was there the next day. I did not got a phone call to let me know that the part was available. But it was there on time or better say the time that they say they was going to get there(next day at 9am)

Not good. Returned a car battery that was 8 months old and they would not replace it because it was a replaced battery from the original failed battery which was also 8 months old when it failed. Originally bought 9 batteries from Advance and 5 have failed. Advance is probably not a good place to buy car batteries.

Exchange of battery done quick and in professional way. Cleaning clamps , conservation of prods. Everything preceded by comprehensive test.

They argued about u joints. Saying I needed 2 different sizes gore my front drive shaft when in fact I didn't. It's all about preference
