I've known these folks for some time. I have several friends that go there all the time. I have never heard of ANY negative things said about the operation in Hornell. Any/all of our scrap metals from the estates that we handle/clean-out goes directly to Hornell. We have dealt with yards in the big cities as well. They are very standoffish as well as extremely direct. I rate the folks in Hornell as #1.

They are awesome! The helpers are great, very kind. I go here all the time and I've never had a bad experience.

Employees are rude and unloading area is too small and unorganized. Showed up at open at 7 after checking hours online and calling their office to confirm only to be turned away and told they don’t actually open until 8. After three attempts of going here they have lost my business.

This recycling yard has improved dramatically in the past two years. I find it to be well organized and the employees are always helpful.
