Guy tells me he can be here in 20 minutes. So I cancel my insurance tow request. Only to receive a call 30 minutes later from his subcontractor who can be here no time soon. Would rather have you sit in the cold to snag that additional tow fee for the day vs giving you the honest timeline. 1/5. 🤙
They were super awesome. Popped 2 tires at 9pm. Set up morning appointment for pick up. They were a bit late but for a tow company they were early lol. The two guys who came were super nice and I felt safe driving to the tire place with them.
Saif was AMAZING!!! My car caught fire and was totaled by my insurance. It’s been sitting in front of my barn for a few weeks now because 2 other tow companies refused to get it since the driveway is a decent incline. Saif called to let me know he was on his way, listened to my concerns and explanation on the best way to get it out, and was able to get the car with minimal to no issue! For such a stressful situation he made it much easier. Will highly recommend to anyone who needs a tow! Thank you very much guys!
This towing company was very affordable, pleasant customer service, and my driver Saif was very nice, he also told me about my bad tires 😂😂 I will use them again if I need to. 10/10 recommend
Called last minute to move some axles on a pallet, they had no problem doing it. From the time I called they said they be there in 40 minutes they got there early and had no problem loading the axles.
This company is awesome! Very reliable. Early Friday morning and my car got stuck on ice and is blocking the driveway. I called 3 different companies including the towing company that my insurance contracted. Stars Auto and Towing is the only one that made it possible to address my car problem quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommended!

My car broke down on i88 tonight . Luckily for me a stars auto truck pulled up and asked if I needed help . Gave me a great price for the tow . Good guys . I had my twelve year old with me . Told us to hop in the truck to get as it was freezing out . I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Kevin Rohit .
We were driving on Route 20 and the driver of this tow truck nearly ran us and two others cars off the road to pass. He constantly tailgated us. The speed limit was 40-55 and he continuously went 70+ the entire time. Absolutely unprofessional & irresponsible. Track and educate your drivers better!!!!!
Great service picked my car up at 8:00pm to go from Albany to Westchester right away (3hr drive) when no one else was available. I’m a college student and didn’t know what else to do but now I know they are there and I will refer them to anyone in need of a towing service
