I want to give a huge thank you to the AutoZone employee named Orain who helped me replace my alternator and battery today between 2-3:30pm. Orain truly went above and beyond anything I expected.
From the moment I walked in stressed and unsure, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me get back on the road. He took the time to explain what was going on, made sure everything was done correctly, and didn’t rush the process at all.
It’s rare to come across someone who puts in that level of effort and kindness, especially when they absolutely didn’t have to. Because of him, a situation that could’ve been overwhelming turned into a smooth and positive experience.
AutoZone is lucky to have an employee like Orain - his outstanding service like that doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you again for your professionalism, hard work, and for truly caring about your customers.
Positives: Plenty of parking. Store was clean and well organized, good signage.
Negatives: Staff was not attentive to customers. Two workers at counter and only two customers. The works spent more time chatting with each other.
This was by far the best auto zone I ever went too, a employee guided me in the right path with helping me change my breaks and even helped me when I had a issue with the caliper pins, he explained to me everything throughly and went out of his way to physically show me how to do it, this man deserves a big raise I will definitely keep coming back to this one, thanks again
Jairam (Jay) provided exceptional customer service. I'm a senior and this young man gives me hope for our future. So patient, knowledgeable, helpful and personable. My daughter's windshield wiper flew off and there were so many options to chose from that I was at a loss. Jai looked up the ones she needed by her license plate-how awesome! Thank you Jai and Happy New Year!
I waited a week for a part to come in, they said they will call when it arrives, so I waited my entire day for a phone call that never happened. Ended up having to call them to confirm my part arrived and by that time it was 6pm and the day was wasted. Thank you for wasting my time when my part was probably sitting on the shelf all day. Rude customer service from your lady workers, shame on you.
Andy ,Andy,Andy ,Andy makes this place what it is. I would not shop here otherwise. I've been shopping here for the past few years because of him and his knowledge of cars and common sense. I can't tell you how many times other associates have given me wrong information or parts, I really wished he had his own parts store and garage he would have all my business and friends business. I send everyone I know to this store when I know he's working. Everyone should learn from him he's personable, friendly, and always greets you with a smile and conversation. He will also give it to you straight with no chaser so you will know what needs to be done to your vehicle..I would have given this store 5 stars but there's only one Andy.
This store seldom has the parts I need but I get it, they don't actually provide same day parts that people need, like sensors, gasket covers etc..However, the biggest issue is the tardiness of opening..This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks I have been waiting for the store to open..operation hrs say 830am on sundays..I have been sitting out here for over an hr and a half..this is the closest store to me and I had to wall as my vehicleis out of commission..UNACCEPTABLE
Walk-in very nice made sure I was being helped. They checked me battery and alternater for free. Gave me some tips to help with my situation and shared a little of what they do with the vehicle the have. Recommend some things as well.
Went there 2 days in a row & on both days was greeted respectfully & assisted fully. On both occasions the associate was knowledgeable of the parts I needed, they did the due diligence to find the parts & the one associate went the extra mile by showing different price options & explained pros & cons of each.
Although I did not need assistance carrying the items out to my car it was offered on both occasions & thats much appreciated.
I highly recommend this particular Auto Zone.
I was helped right away. A nice man changed my jeeps key battery, then even came out to make sure every thing was working properly. If he reads this I want him to know it's been working properly again! Thanks so much!
Went here today with my husband due to my battery terminals being corroded (questionable if my battery was actually leaking). This has been a problem for a while now and I Figured it would be best to just get a new battery to avoid any issues in the future. The gentleman behind the desk with glasses (never got his name) double checked we got the right battery, checked my current battery level (which was weak), and changed it right at the store for us. Since it has been corroded for some time he got different cleaning supplies and cleaned up the area throughly, even under where the battery sits. He made sure to grease it and make sure it was good as new. My husband and I waited inside with our 2 month old daughter…while standing inside waiting another man who I assume was managerial cleaned off a chair and brought it over for me to sit while holding my daughter. Never even asked for it but was so thankful he was being so kind. Just overall pleased with the service, the kindness, and those two gentleman going above and beyond. It’s been a crazy year for us all and it’s just nice to know there are still good people out there and excellent customer service. I will definitely come back, Thankyou both again so much…if you’re reading this, merry Christmas :)
Went there with a check engine light on, they have the device to check codes. Within minutes knew it was an emission issue. The clerk suggested a "fix" for my gas cap and it worked, light went off and has stayed off : ) Guy saved me a trip and $$$ going to a repair shop. Clerks always polite, place clean and fast service.
We were driving up from Arkansas and our wheel bearing went. We found the nearest Autozone and was expecting to be back on the road within an our. Well, things were siezed up and the store manager came out periodically to help us! He was our saving grace and we are very happy he was working this day!!!!
Great store. Great friendly staff. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They take time to make sure you are getting what is need in a timely manner and great price. The workers tend to go above and beyond in many situations. This auto store has plenty of parking, great selection, and is located along the bus line.
Went for a part for my car. It was not in stock, one day later got a phone call from the store and it was there. Fast and efficient. Staff was a mix of both men and women. Love to see females in an environment that traditionally was just male counter workers. The women were just a knowledgeable as the guys. Wonderful!!
Had to have my SUV coded.The guy came out and did it within a couple minutes. He was pleasant and greeted you with a smile. I was able to find out out what the issues with my vehicle could be. I would go back again
Fabian is such a nice man!! I went into AutoZone looking for advice about which spark plus to purchase for my car. He was so personable and professional. I have no idea what I'm doing with cars but he helped explain exactly what I needed. It's nice to know there's still good people out there. Thank you for your service.
Mike, Fabian, Andy, & Bill have gone up n beyond any nornal expectation of customer service. Personally having the fortunate experience of Fabian or Mike on multiple occasions either assisting with the repair or verbally /visually assisting my needs for the repair. Their is never a short of time, they've left me hanging not sure. Fabian has spent time in the rain and/ or cold dealing with my car. Mike too has never scared of the weather. Bill and Andy are always their to assist with the direction of Mike or Fabian and never hear a no or attitude. My car keeps me working to feed my family. Without these guys their would have been the short paychecks, and hungry kids. I cannot express my gratitude and thanks enough. Thank you, State st Auto Zone from my family and me!!!!!
I called in to ask about a part, the person I spoke to asked all the right questions to insure I got the part that was right for my vehicle,what impressed me is that I didn't feel as though I was being rushed or a bother to the associate who was helping me. He aslo gave me all the information I needed with pricing as far as with or with out core. When I got to the store I was impressed with how clean it was and the atmosphere was electrifing. The clerks were friendly, they helped each other and the place was well staffed. The clerk found my parts quickly and checked out.
