I went in to get my headlight changed and the young scrawny man named anthony (I believe) refused to change my headlight because he “didn’t feel like it”. I’m guessing he just didn’t know how.
I had come into this store looking for break pads for my car. I received a rude tone of voice from a young scrawny man, who seems to have poor dental hygiene. I believe his name tag said Anthony, this whole interaction and the attitude I received made me feel as though I shouldn’t have gone there. I hope that this issue will soon be fixed, so I will be able to return and get my parts.
After going to two other local auto stores and having no luck getting help, I was at a loss on how to fix my blinker light on a cold rainy night. The associate that helped me, Chris, was a the type of young man who truly made a difference. He was very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. He changed the bulb for me even though it was cold , dark and rainy, and had me on my way safely in no time. I can’t express enough how impressed I was with him and with O’Reillys because of this experience. Thank you!
Clean place very organized and the staff was very nice. Let's face it most of us grew up going to part stores that smell like motor oil it's nice to not smell that! Keep it clean and keep it up!
I always have a good experience when coming here, they're polite, knowledgeable, and typically pretty fast. They also gave me a really good mechanic recommendation.
Helped me find the proper oil for my car at a comparable price for other chains. Had a replacement mirror glass available to order for 1/3 the cost of a nearby competitor. Upon pickup of the order there was some confusion as to whether I had paid as somehow they ordered two of the same item (I only ordered and pre-paid for one) and there was a slight confusion as to where the item was being held. It all got worked out in the end as staff was sharp and quick.

Best place to get parts in Schenectady! Friendly staff and they do price match if it is apples to apples. Store manager Tyler went out and installed headlights free of charge!
Check engine light came on and I stopped by for a diagnostic check which they do for free to see what was the reason for the check engine light before taking it to a garage to fix so I can know what I'm walking into when I repair my vehicle. Very helpful and they also provide a printout of the results.
I have come to this store many times and every time I'm greeted with a smile and told "welcome to O'Reilly" by a young woman who not only knew what she was talking about but was able to get me what I was needed. She is a hard worker every time I come to the store. She has helped with my wipers, my battery and even checked to make sure it wasn't my alternator or starter. She has checked my tires for me since I'm a senior citizen. Katie is the best and the reason I come back to the schenectady O'Reilly.
I came in for front and rear wiper blades and this young woman named Katie helped me find the ones I needed and then also put them on for me and taught me how to do it in case I ever wanted to do it myself. She answered every question I had and was very helpful. I wish there were more people like her.
Looking for a rear wiper blade for a 2019 Escape, I guess you can't have everything in stock but they did offer to make sure it was in stock at other locations, just not how I want to spend my day driving around looking for a fairly common part.
Needed help with my batteries for my truck and Kevin went above and beyond to provide excellent service and get me a solution i am more than happy with. Kevin needs a promotion and/or raise.
Hi I went to O'Reilly's and they looked for something and found it even though it was in another store. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. Kevin is just the best!
I love this place because of the customer service from Kevin. He provides the customer with all the information they need. He is the reason I keep coming back to this location. He takes the time to explain to me what I need to purchase and never rushes me through the process. If you want the best customer service, go see Kevin! Customer service like this is rare and I am grateful for it.
Good people my father picked up a part and one of the employees gave him the wrong one so I went back to correct the part after I compared it to the old one and it was hassle free. They staff was very welcoming.

Very pleasant experience. I had a defective car part and Kirk, in my opinion, went above and beyond to help me with my issue. He was very patient and informative. This was my first time at O'Reilly's and this will not be my last.

Great store with amazing customer service. I needed a new headlight and the employee actually put it in for me in about 5 minutes. It cost me under 20 dollars and no labor costs. I offered a tip but he refused and said to give it to someone who really needs it. Class act. Highly recommend this store.
