Razick helped me with acquiring a part and not only was he the least expensive, i was pleasantly surprised at the amount of communication and updates i've received throughout the whole transaction. This shop was recommended to me as they do all Subaru mods all but in their sleep. I was very impressed with them! They treated me with respect; which is sometimes difficult to come by when you’re a female, as well as honesty and knew what I was looking for in the upgrade department.

I have a 2002 Subaru WRX Bugeye. I brought my car here after weeks of putting it back together with the help of Round lake auto. They did a great job of tuning it. I would recommend having your car tuned here if you want it done right.

Had to get my car towed by AAA and brought it here. They got it fixed the same day they got to it (was taken after hours the night before) for an issue that needed a full diagnostic on what was wrong. Great communication from the shop, friendly and open atmosphere, awesome classic cars to look at inside. Would get any of my family cars taken care of here

Owner treated me with disrespect and dishonesty when I was recommended to use his shop for a certain service I will not completely throw him under the bus for but 100% know was done weeks prior based off of the recommendation I was given to set an appointment for the same service and has multiple cars on lot being serviced and sold with the same specifications as my vehicle. I wasted an hour drive and gas to be turned away with no good explanation why considering the vehicles siting in the lot for the same services, let alone the cars listed for sale. Very disappointed with customer service and do not recommend wasting time going there.

This place is great , in most cases I don’t trust a lot of places with my car but this place really took the time to explain everything and do great work on my car. They finished my car very quickly as well. Thank you guys I’ll be returning!

Great service. They are the only mechanic I trust with my car. Here is an example of what I'm talking about. I requested an oil change service and I requested an 8:30 appointment. I arrived at 8:30, I was greeting and my car was taken into the shop. Service completed and my questions answered. I don't get this at the other mechanics I've been to. Dave, Raz and the entire team are great to work with.

If you want simple maintenance work or tuning, Round Lake Auto is the BEST place. They have done work on my 2015 STI, and they went above and beyond! Dave, Razick, and the team are the best in knowing what is needed for your car.

Round Lake Auto is the greatest, It's nice to go into a repair shop and immediately realize they are all car people too. Quick turnaround on tires and parts, can't recommend them enough!

Round Lake Auto is a proper tuning shop, complete with knowledgeable/honest employees, a dyno, and fantastic connections with parts suppliers. They are not the fastest shop, so you can expect your car to be there for a bit. But good things take time, and you can trust and believe that they will fix any problem your vehicle has without beating around the bush or overcharging. They completely resurrected my Subaru STI and made it feel as though it just came off the showroom floor.

Dave and his team are always honest and friendly. They always make time to get my wife and my vehicle in. I would never take our vehicles anywhere else. They always make you feel like family and not just another dollar sign.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Dave and his son, along with his employees are the best in the area. Very honest and communicative, have gotten me out of pickles quickly and affordably. Mechanics can easily take advantage of you , these guys are the furthest from that. Don’t go anywhere else.

A legit, real-deal tuning shop in Burnt Hills. The number of WRXs and Evos in the lot should tell you how many people trust them. Dave and Raz diagnosed some issues with a used WRX we bought and got it back into shape very quickly. Take a step inside the shop and you’ll see two beautiful Supras and a classic MR2, this is definitely a place for car enthusiasts.

They do amazing work and always go out of the way to help you understand your vehicle. Always a pleasure talking with Dave or Razick!

The most honest, reliable and professional mechanic business I’m come across in the 30 years I’ve been driving!! I have no relatives or lifelong friends in the business so I have been forever skeptical… just talk to Dave (owner)… you’ll never go anywhere else! FYI - his lot is always full because of the reputation and respect he has. They provide the individual care and attention anyone would want. They do good work here. Not cheap but worth it. We have been treated with courtesy. Absolutely no complaints with any work done so far. David takes the time to explain things completely.

They are the nicest people I have ever met. I don't trust mechanics at all and never do I bring my vehicles to a garage for repairs but I would bring mine back without hesitating. They are fair and honest people. Dave is very friendly and upfront. Pricing is very affordable. I believe they strive to be the best at what they do and to make sure the customer is very satisfied.
