i only give these guys the two stars instead of one because all the employees i speak to are very kind. other than that ? their organization skills suck, they have a huge communication issue, they do not follow instructions, and they contract their tows out to halfass companies who also do not follow instructions. when you tell them you need an hour call ahead, typically there would be a reason behind that right ? i get calls from their drivers saying they’re AT my storage yard to pick up vehicles, and without the appropriate paperwork that i request for every pick up. hey, if they want to waste their time because they didn’t follow instructions, that’s on them. but it’s irritating when you tell the dispatch HOUR CALL AHEAD and your request is completely disregarded so you have a tow truck sitting in your yard waiting for you. i much rather deal with Copart, IAA sucks.
My favorite IAA in the whole country. Very friendly staff. I’m usually in and out within 5 to 15 minutes. I also want to say shout out to Marina She is excellent inside the office. And the loaders are very caring when they load the vehicles on to trailers.
All you will get for your money is nothing but trash and the people that work are nasty customer service staff giving wrong names from the management to the employees and I hope they all pay for what they are doing to people,
I received 3 days of training which was crammed and fast(should’ve been a week of training) They put me on the floor without proper knowledge after 3 days. Then was treated like I couldn’t handle the work when asking for assistance . Supervisor was rude and didn’t know how to speak to people. Was talked down on and expected to know the ins and outs without even being taught the ropes. All around terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend anyone to work there.
They stealing peoples money! Their buyer fees $1200!!!!!! Imagine you pay 1200 just to purchase a salvage car that you will have to spend a lot of money to fix!!!!!!!!!!
This place is awful. They caused additional damage to my vehicle before bringing it back to me. My license plates, and windshield wipers stolen were stolen. They also damaged my exhaust. There was no reason for them to have caused so much damage to my vehicle. And when asked about this, they, of course, tried to lie and point to Caliber Collision. I had to deal with IAA when the insurance company needed to determine what my vehicle was worth. Advice to others: take photos before and after you give your car to these people…
I called in and the staff there is Phenomenal. I spoke with Tyler and she helped me out. She was so pleasant, and patient thank God. Because I had a lot of questions, and she took the time to answer every one of them without making me feel rushed. So kudos to you, and the staff there keep doing an amazing work.
Scheduled a pickup time and due to the fact that you are given a 4-Hour window you must be available I had to take a half day off work. After three and a half hours of waiting around I got a call saying they couldn't do it today without any legitimate reason just "their tow truck driver just couldn't make it." Now I have lost money on the deal and cannot afford to trust that if I take time off from work again they'll actually bother to show up. Do not use this company unless you enjoy wasting your time and money.
Front desk staff is always friendly, helpful, and efficient. Loaders likewise. They don’t have a large loading area but it is sufficient enough given that you get loaded fairly quickly. They do have restrooms for drivers. Not sure if truckers would be allowed to park over night.
