I had a water pump go in my 2014 Ram 1500. This is the first time I have used Rich's Service to do any work on my vehicles. My truck was towed Tuesday and I was told it would be done on the following Monday, which was totally fine. Wednesday morning Rich calls me and says the truck was finished!!! Now I have been getting vehicles repaired in Saratoga County for well over 25 years and not once did any other service center give me a discount or did extra work because of me being a Veteran, and I never asked. Rich was different as he went above and beyond to give me a break on a few items. This shows me he really cares about veterans and that alone earns my trust. Thank you!!! All my work will now go to Rich's. I don't give 5 star reviews, so if a business gets one they deserve it.

These guys do the best work for a good price I do alot of my own work on my car but if I need something done I can't do I go to these guys. Family owned and operated and honest people.

Rich is the most trustworthy mechanic I have ever experienced. He's always honest and gets the work done fast even if we drop a car unexpected. He recently worked on my sons car who drives back and forth to college and thoroughly inspected it finding that front brakes were almost nonexistent. This means a lot especially knowing he's now driving a safe car. Wouldn't go Anywhere else!!!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! My vehicle has been there for 6 weeks and he hasn't even looked at it yet. If I could give a lower rating I would. Pulling my vehicle out of there and I will never give my business to him again.

Rich's always provides prompt, courteous service at a reasonable cost. I have always trusted him with my vehicles and now my kids' vehicles as well.

I Just bought a Toyota RAV4 here the transmission is going and the car didn't work see until driving for a week. Update after coming to an agreement Rich and I worked it out he sold me a much newer car at a discount price. After pretty much 2 years of trying to figure out what was wrong with my jeep, a major stressor in my life has been taken off my shoulders. In 1 day rich and his team were able to diagnose my car correctly, and make the proper repairs to my vehicle. No run around, no back and forth, no additional repairs that I was unaware of. I felt I was handled as a normal customer, and not taken advantage of as I have been. The actual issues were diagnosed, repaired, and everything is running smoothly. Thank you gentlemen! Rich's is a family owned business, and I have been going to him since 2005, and have never had a bad experience. I just took my car in for a service check, and everything was perfect. The cars that I have purchased from Rich have always been reliable and dependable. I never have trouble making an appointment for service/inspections. I live just over a mile from Rich's, and I took my car in one time, and they were baked up a bit, and Rich's wife offered to give me a ride home so i didn't have to sit and wait. I highly recommend Rich's to anyone who is looking to buy a used car, or just needs service done on their existing car.

Honest and reasonable plus do a good job, takes a little longer than some garages but in a world we're no one wants to work no more, parts are harder to find, ill take it!

Rich and his team are absolutely wonderful! This is the only place I will go to have my car repaired and I have been going here for years. I’ve never been let down. Rich is honest and truthful about what’s wrong with your vehicle and what needs to be repaired. The service is timely, and often times my vehicle will be completed the day of or the following day depending on the repair. I highly recommend Rich’s for all car maintenance needs, he’s the best around and I trust him with all of his services!

I had a leak in my gas tank, he had to replace two fuel lines, he ordered the parts, they were here quicker than expected, the car was fixed very quickly. They called to tell me it was ready and that I didn't need to bring gas, that they put $10.00 in for me , when I tried to pay him for the gas, he said no, I was fine. I have been going to Rich for 17 years, and he has always been good to me. I have never had a problem with him or the service that I have received.

Terrible! My friend brought his car back 3 times for a muffler program they glued the pipe.. it was rattling and dancing 💃stupid people. Stay away charged over 870.00 for a muffler!!!!

Very fair, reasonable and honest. I have been looking for a mechanic after having had a terrible experience with my mechanic of ten years here in Ballston Spa and I've brought both of my Jeeps in for service at Rich's this year. They only replaced what needed to be and didn't tell me that my entire exhaust or my entire transmission needed rebuild/replace. They replaced what was needed at a fraction of the cost that the dealer charged us (or estimated) when we were looking for a new service shop. Very pleased.

I've been going to Rich's for maintenance on all of my family's vehicles for about a decade. Rich has always been honest and fair with his prices on work, and the work is always good. My poor daughter had a car from hell and it was constantly breaking and falling apart. Rich revived that horrible beast so many times I think he and I have a personal relationship now. Best place to have your car serviced in Ballston spa. I've been going here for years, they are always honest, quick and quality repairs. Really helped me out a couple times when I needed my car fixed right away on my way out of town for a road trip. In the past they've shown they're not afraid to tell you to go to the dealer if you need it. Rich and James are especially great people to do business with.

I have been a customer for the past 10 years or so. Service has always exceeded expectations. In the event there is an issue, they have always stood behind their work. Additionally, I purchased a used truck from Rich's. I had an issue after the warranty expired and they took care of it at no charge. I would definitely recommend.

We've used Rich's several times for various repairs on our older model Pathfinder and he's been on-time, courteous, and all around good work on the vehicle.

Poor place to buy a used car, after you buy it things go wrong and they want outrageous amount to fix it. Service is combined with lies, over priced work and parts and put offs Go elswhere. Best thing I can say about this place is its not where I wanna shop lets leave it at that. I wouldn't buy a wheel barrell here or have them fix it. Sell you a used car that is literally falling apart as you drive it. These guys (father & son) should be in the booper scooper business. The U-Haul trucks they have for rent should be moved to a legit used car dealer. For your sake don't do business with this guy EVER. Plenty of used car dealers around and car mechanics choose another one, owner is a crook and foul mouthed.
