Garbage. Left me with a dead battery in 30° rainy weather because she "isn't trained". Who leaves untrained employees alone to turn customers away from services that are supposed to be provided. Stuck in the parking lot waiting for a jump.
Came into the store to nobody at the counter I wait a couple minutes then looked around and had to grab "Nick" from the aisle. He refused to give me my return even though I was instructed by the manager to come in the next day and return the broken item not to mention I had a receipt. I love this store and the rest of the employees but Nick is terrible you've lost my buinesss for sure.
I love O'Reilly's they're all so friendly when you walk in there and they know where everything is. I bought a couple parts and they turned out to be the wrong parts and they gave me my money back with no issues. So I go back to O'Reilly's because they're honest people and they know something doesn't fit or something doesn't work they're happy to take it back and give you your money back which is awesome.
These gentlemen are so kind and helpful, all of them. I especially want to thank "J" for being very kind and professional while I was in the store . Great place.
Went here looking for a new battery for an older truck. Codey was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The price was incredible too. I will be going here for all car needs from here on out!!
From Cody to Jay and everyone else working at this shop, they have been nothing but amazing. I've had numerous car issues over the past 2 weeks and every interaction stopping in for tools or parts has been smooth and pleasant because of the team. They know what they're talking about and are extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend to stop by if you need tools or plan on doing something DIY to your vehicle.
I went into the Ballston Spa store on 2/5/25 at around 4:45 PM. I just needed to run in quick and grab some new windshield wipers. When I got in the isle I couldn't remember what size I needed and I didn't bring my phone in with me to look on the app. The gentleman behind the counter, young guy, with longish brown hair (I think his name was Zach), stopped what he was doing, looked up my vehicle in the computer, ran through all the silly choices Jeep came up with, told me which size I needed, rang me up, and then put his coat on and came outside and showed me how to change them out..... and then went back inside and threw out my old wipers and garbage for me.
I know it's silly to make a big deal out of it, but I am a 56 year old woman who is not surprised or impressed by much these days. I've learned to lower my expectations over the years. This kid's work ethic, respect and professionalism, was a pleasant surprise. His customer care has just made a loyal consumer out of me and I will be returning to this O'Reilly's store anytime I need something for my vehicle. His Boss should give him a raise and have him teach new employees on how to wait on a customer.

They need to train their employees better. Most of the people that work at their part stores don't know anything about the parts and customer service as well. They always can't find the right parts.
I finally got a chance to run over and see the new O’Reilly Auto Parts. Very clean store and super nice guys there. I’m working on an iPod project and remembered TurtleWax had a scratch remover I haven’t tried yet. The guys there had what I needed. Thanks again.
I just went to this place today, I wanted to leave a review right away because I just loved the service they provided and the price I paid for, I can say that I am 100% sure only going to come here for my auto parts, I am really satisfied with their service especially Zach, he is super friendly, helpful and professional! I asked a lot of questions, he answered all my questions accurately and patiently with a friendly manner, Thank you so much Zack for your help!!! I’m going to tell everyone to come here if they ever need to purchase auto parts! I appreciate a lot for everything ?
