I called them first thing in the morning (on a Monday) and Josh picked up quick! He was so kind and courteous! He told me 30 minutes and Eric was right on time to tow my car. Eric was very professional, nice and funny! Excellent service!!
Driver was great! Drove me to the nearest nice hotel in town and picked me up when my car was finished. Did not take them long at all to replace my alternator. All around great staff.

An elderly lady got her car stuck on a snow bank so I called Parker Truck Repair and Towing to help her get unstuck. Josh got there very quickly and was able to get her car situated in no time. I was going to cover the cost for the lady but when Josh found out I was a Marine Corps Vet he told me to worry about it. It was an incredibly nice thing to do and it was very much appreciated. The company owner David and his employees and their families went above and beyond for my family! I have been wanting to make this sincere review for a month now (after an incident falling into a sinkhole by Niagra Falls while on vacation and needing stiches. I lost my phone due to water damages and just was able to log into my Google account 10 seconds ago)
After the horrible incident by Niagara Falls we than ran into my utility trailer axle bending. David saw our family in trouble and immediately helped us by towing us to his yard and then allowing his employee Josh to tow us to his home. There we were greeted by his awesome wife, children, pets and even father who took their personal time to let us shower, eat and hang out. His wife helped us find a near by campground to set up while her husband Josh fixed my axle on his day off of work! He towed the trailer back to the shop. When I picked the trailer up the children and I were thirsty, the staff gave us bottled water before sending us on our way. These wonderful people really helped our family in a time of need and touched our hearts on what was a horrible experience in NY! If it wasn't for them we really would not have had any good memories. A couple of weeks ago I had a tire blowout on the Northway leaving me stranded on my way to training. I called around every repair shop on a Saturday morning that was open because it was an emergency, only to be turned down because they don't have a heavy enough lift or I needed to make an appointment. I gave Parker Truck Repair and Towing a call and the owner not only said he'd help me, but that he had an employee at the shop waiting for me to arrive. I was able to limp my F350 crew cab long bed dually to the shop. To the employee who I didn't catch his name, I would like to sincerely thank you for all you do and your assistance. I would highly recommend Parker Truck Repair and Towing to anyone in need.

Called Joshua early Saturday morning to tow my car to a tire shop. He arrived early and was already loading my car when I arrived. Dropped my car at the tire shop without issue and left the key at the shop.
Joshua was very pleasant and the price was fair. I definitely will call Parker again. Highly recommended.
Total scum! I pull a 53 ft dry van I brought it in they plugged the tire it took them less than a half hour they charged me $214 dollars yes two hundred fourteen! I called around the other shops after these people ripped me off and I could have got it done in one shop for $42 and the other shop for $33.50 you better have a pocket full of money if you deal with these Jokers
I had a break caliper come loose getting off the north way and they sent John Rowland out and got the parts and had it fixed and me back on the way to work in no time. Super quick friendly and professional. Easily my first call from now on thanks again John saved my day I owe you a beer sometime
He was super kind!!!! my fiance ,I and my three kids were stranded and scared at night on the northway and he stopped just to help and i thank god for sending him because tractor trailer s were not moving over and getting so close.

Call for towing, they gave me 1h ETA, good time but kinda pricy $1000 - 50miles both ways, but we manage to drive to their shop and they fix it in a good price and fast. Thank you guys, you are awesome
Outstanding service and assistance in a pinch. Broke a leaf spring and trashed a tire on our 40’ 5th wheel. Tire was easy to replace, but what to do about a broken leaf spring and the balancer jacked? Called Parker’s, got the part ordered, picked up and replaced the same day. I’m back on the road thanks to Dave and his team. In an age of make an appointment or take number, they are good old fashioned helpful folks willing to work above and beyond most others. Really appreciated the extra effort to make the repairs the same day.

I had to be pulled off ice after sinking in about 4". When he pulled me off he took my DRIVERS licence and refused to give it back, and blew out the shocks to my truck. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Currently taking Parker truck repair and tow to court.
If you drive a semi truck and you have a break down this place is the right place to call. The guys were very sincere and work really hard to get me back on the road after I broke my drive shafts yoke. The repair price was very reasonable but towing price hmmm? But overall great experience and thank you very much Dave.
Absolutely insane horrible and rip off 325$ for tow 3 miles. It cost me 125$ from clifton park at their location to troy ny 25 miles away Thank you vons towing
They are so humble and nice. My car was totaled in an accident with a mildly drunk driver on New Year’s Eve just before midnight and they came immediately. They let me come to the yard immediately and explained what they had gathered happened from looking at my car. They’ve. Been helping me through the whole insurance claim and have been really helpful and honest about the process and what is going to happen, also explaining about ways to make sure I get my claim processed faster.
