I have a 1994 chrysler lebaron converible which parts have been discontinued for years and impossible to find. John is the only person that has come through EVERY time to find parts for this car when the car should have been junked years ago and has kept this car running for me. Thanks John !

Hi there, A month ago I was searching for ECM for my 1993 Dodge camper van. You all probably know how hard it is to find parts for older vehicles. I contacted John at Saratoga classics from Canada and he found part for me right a way. He even checked for me does it needs to be programmed or not. Part was sent right a way to Canada and my van is ready to go. Price was right, service good. They vere always responding right a way. Thank you John, you are greatly appreciated.

never order from this company I ordered two parts from him neither part came and i was not given a refund this company is not trustworthy. I ordered a door latch and a instrument cluster for my car and i never got my parts. not a good business

Wish I read the reviews before ordering from this company. Here's my experience. I ordered an ac compressor. Gave my vehicle trim, engine type, make, and model. The next day John calls and says it's in the way and that it's actually $10 more than he said before because of the shipping. After about a week it arrives. So I make an appointment with a local mechanic to have it installed. I'm called from someone at the mechanic's shop saying it wasn't the correct part. Later the mechanic told me me that even if it was the correct part he doesn't know if it would work because it was rusted so badly. So I call Saratoga and John answers the phone. I explain it's not the correct part but I had my car repaired with a different compressor. I was concerned he would pretend like it was my fault like I ordered the wrong thing. The only good thing about this experience is he didn't do that. However when I asked if I could have my money back he said no. I could have had a different part shipped to me but not a refund. He said I'd get $55 back (the order was $130) and I could keep the compressor, which like I explained already it was rusted so I doubt anyone else wants it. I REALLY WISH I NEVER DID BUSINESS WITH SARATOGA CLASSICS AND I HOPE THIS SERVES AS A WARNING TO OTHERS. Also, it's been over a week and I'm not seeing any $55 deposit into my account.

John was incredibly helpful and was able to find the correct part number for my 2019 Transit Connect Alternator (2 Ford Dealers and a Ford VIN Website gave me the wrong part number). Alternator arrived in 2 days as promised and was in good condition. I will definitely use them again.

I've ordered several engines from John for my customers. They have always been reasonably priced and the one time I received a wrong part, John made it right with me. For everyone complaining about how long it took to receive their order or not receiving it. John does not deal with the parts or shipping. He pays for your part with another company that has what you are looking for. They are shipping your part.

Saratoga Classics cheats, lies and deals without honor. They have some confusing bait and switch which has got to be illegal. I was referred to them by Parts Locators, which charges $6.99 to find your part. I will pursue this and publicize Saratoga Classics as being dishonest and a company which "DOES NOT" deal in good faith.

Very expensive broker. Part was $125 and the charged me $375 for shipping and their commission . if you are in desperate need, look somewhere else. Not here. They charged first their fee and then they charge for the part. Overall i wouldn't buy again. Im telling you.

They replied to a request that I placed on partsrequest, said they have it. I called, the price they named was reasonable. I expected they ship it to me, but he said could pick this up at a place close to where I live and save $100 in shipping. I made a "down payment" of $50 and next day he told me the address of a junkyard where I could pick it up. Later I saw all the terrible reviews and, but all worked fine. I just learned from the second company that I could have simply looked up the part on car-parts.com and that the "down payment" was in fact just his fee for searching 2 minutes on a better site than I did. Well, OK, stupidity deserves whatever it gets, and I got what I needed, but $50 for 5 min work is still a hefty fee.

Saratoga omg worse place ever I have been dealing with them since June 23rd about a A.C Compressor, today is July 13th it has been hot out & I have been waiting for my piece the price went up 2 different times & 4 different compressors have been placed didn't work they said & when they found different ones the price went up each time, 1 arrived & it was wrong I had to send it back now waiting on the fourth one they said i'd get it by next mon it was the prior mon when we placed the order tracking says it will arrive by the end of Tue I can't wait to get all this non sense over with & be done with it all. Horrible experience especially in this heat!

Not a place anyone should ever deal with. Between John and Dawn they are nothing more than liers. Blamed me and the wrecking yard for the 2 weeks to get the part I ordered. I talked to the yard that sent me the part and they sent me the email order. I ordered the part on February 18th and the yard didn't get the order until the 26th. This was after I emailed and called to see where the part was. They blamed the yard, said that they claimed to never have received the order. They said on the 24th that they resent the order. But they didn't send it until the 26th. Terrible business, stay away. If I could leave zero stars I would...

Thankfully had a good overall experience using Saratoga Classics. Having already given them my money before seeing the tremendous amount of bad reviews (which made me extremely nervous), I kept on them about my part and just hoped for the best. The owners consistently sounded a little aggressive when answering the phone (especially the female owner) but seemed overall nice. Whoever Justin is, he is by far the best customer service person I spoke with there. My part was delivered (a little late), although had also been told that they turned down a few parts because they ended up being rusty, so I was thankful they didn't send me those. Once charged by the second company, my total cost was more than I was quoted. I immediately called John, reminded him how much I was quoted and was thankfully refunded the amount that I was over-charged from the other company. While the whole process wasn't seamless, I am very happy to not have experienced any of the horror stories others have here.

I have just had a very positive experience with John and Dawn at Saratoga classics. They have worked with me for over a month chasing down a rare part for an old car where everyone else had given up. I will call John first from now on if I need parts for this or any other car. Thank you both!

Not only did I get a damaged part once, but two times. John was not very nice, yelled at me several times, talked over me. I finally gave up and bought a brand new part which is what I should have done in the first place. I'm out the same amount now anyway. Really horrible CUSTOMER service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

First part they said was bad they ordered a second the stem broke she said so they ordered a third. Started on tuesday, its now sat, according to **** who seems to have a short memory it will be here by end of next week. Now ive been having to call each day to see what the holdup is, not very pleasant to talk to they seemed stressed. Well in the end, **** seemed to believe i was wrong to be calling on sat to find out why i didnt get the promised tracking number on friday. The lady reassured me she would let me know something, she didnt. When i mentioned canceling the order, John got irratated and said if i dont want it, refuse it when it gets there ill charge you shippong both ways and restock fee, thats not good business where i come from. So do i wait no matter how long it takes or cancel and risk retaliation charges from john? If i survive this deal it will be my last with these folks. John if you dont do business on saturday then don't return calls and turn a customer against your business on saturday. Folks i would advise looking elsewhere! Unless you don't mind rude

This company did very well, found the extremely hard part I needed and got it shipped to me. They were very helpful and even went as far as contacting a dealership to ensure my part was the right color.

If only I could award this company with a negative status. I ordered a part, supplied the part number, picture and size of wheel. The order was placed and the item was delivered. Completely wrong. I contacted the company thy ordered from and even they said the=at they never carried that part. Received partial payment and just received the balance on 8/23/18. This order was placed on 5/20/18. Customer server is the worst. Never again.

I was looking for a hard to find part for my vehicle and no salvage yards near me had it. Put a search online and John called me a few minutes later. Verified the part and quoted me a price, had the part arrive in a couple of days. A+ experience for me. Thank you for the great service

***SCAM ALERT*** Sent the wrong part (after I gave them a specific part # which they confirmed having), badly damaged (not fixable) to the wrong address. They basically tell you they have the part you're looking for, go into the dealer website to verify the part #, tell you they could get it for you without having access to it. Then they deny giving you a bad or damaged part, & tell you they won't give you your money back. John (owner) was the one who took my order & denied me my money. Both Dawn & John are liars! Dawn told me they'd process my refund & then said they can only replace the part. Told me she sent the pics of my damaged part to the vendors they bought the part from then changed her story several times before telling me they could only replace it. Who wants to go thru such an ordeal twice. By most of the reviews on here it's clearly evident they're notorious for scamming people the same way. This company doesn't deserve to be in business. TOP RATED SCAMMERS! DON'T BOTHER GIVING YOUR BUSINESS TO THEM. REPORT THEM TO THE BBB.

I ordered a part for my car. I called everyday and they still haven't shipped off my part. And it's suppose to be here in a week. The service is terrible not worth the time. And they charged for a restocking fee. Like it didn't even leave where ever it was. How you gonna charge that. And I still don't know how much I'm getting back on my refund. This place is not worth the time. If it had no stars option I would click it.

This place is an ABSOLUTE JOKE! Was supposed to send me a Strut. They charged my card and still never sent it. A week after speaking with them on the the phone, I HAD TO CALL THEM , for them to tell me that my part had not yet shipped and it would ship out the next day. The lady on the phone said they would expedite shipping for me. Apparently expedite means still not ship the parts and make me call them AGAIN for them to tell me that it still hasn't shipped. Of course they ran my card, I am guessing with zero intention to actually ship my parts. I would give ZERO stars if I could. This place is a JOKE as well as the employees there.

My part arrived in poor condition and the incorrect color. John spoke to me and his employee in a bullying manner. I was told that it was my fault the color was incorrect, and that I would need to pay return shipping for the incorrect part plus a replacement part would cost an additional amount. After some argumentation, I was finally emailed a shipping label, but was then not refunded the complete amount. No reponse to follow up messaging.

Worst experience with an online seller ever!! PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!! They lied to me and cheated me. I was in a bind because I couldn't find the parts close to home. I ordered the parts, they said it would take a week. It took 3! When I got the parts they were wrong. When I called to let them know, John blamed me saying I ordered the wrong thing. I remember the conversation and I didn't order the wrong thing. But I was desperate and had to bite my tongue and play nice. He told me I would have to send the parts back on my dime! Then he would charge me a restocking fee!! WHAT???!!! AND...get this, I would have to pay extra for the part I really needed and pay for shipping AGAIN!!! OMG!!!! Then it took another 3 weeks to get the part I really needed, and I had to hound them every day to get a tracking number. Only to find out it didn't exist. TWICE!! The only kudo I have is for Debbie. She is the only one that seemed to have an honest bone in her body.

Not good, was told part would be one place and it was two hours away in other way in another state. They over charge my card. and when cancelled order then I was told no refund, NOT A GOOD PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ANY STAR BUT HAD TO GIVE ONE TO POST THIS. Update they did credit my payment back to me. Thank you.

John (Owner) lied to me - SENT THE WRONG PART ON PURPOSE. They have a $60 nonrefundable fee tacked on to every purchase and that is the money they care about. They pair you up with companies who actually have the parts your looking for. John promised me that my vin number matched a part i needed from an auto parts company in Colorado, he had them send it to me. his words, "Yes, it will fit, I just got off the phone with the seller and he said it will fit your vin number." The part was for a totally different model. I called the auto parts company that sent it and they said they specifically told john it WOULD NOT fit and that he told them to SEND IT ANYWAY. So imagine my frustration after I've removed my entire steering column to replace this part, just to see it didn't even come close to fitting. I had to borrow a friend's car to get the part from the dealer because my only mode of transportation was in pieces. So now Saratoga Classics has my $60 hostage even though i returned the part to the company in Colorado (Plus paying shipping twice!). There are so many other parts brokers you can use. Don't use these shady creatures. They don't deserve to be in business. I spent $230 more than I should have so they could make their $60.

CUSTOMER SERVICE NIGHTMARE! You know its a great place to visit when John knowingly requests a part from a company that tells them IT WON'T FIT, but he says send it anyway. And then, surprise, you try to put it on after paying for it and.... IT DOESN'T FIT. Now at this point a reasonable consumer, such as myself, contacts the company, asking politely for a refund because they sent the wrong part. Doesn't seem too crazy, especially after calling the company directly and hearing that they told John it wouldn't fit in the first place. So in classic terrible customer service fashion not only does John refuse to give the money back but HE HANGS UP ON YOU AND WON'T ANSWER YOUR CALL. Now for all of my fellow consumers out there, I beg of you to go elsewhere. This place is not worth your time or energy... or your hard earned money.

John who may be the owner is an a$$. Ordered a part on Monday, now its Wed and they still don't know why it hasn't shipped. Sent me a tracking number, but its not in the system to track. Told me the customer is never right in his eyes... Get the run around from everyone that works there., Part was $145 the BROKER keeps $80 and the poor shmuck that removes the part and has to ship it only gets $65?? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY... IDIOTS, MORONS AND THIEVES...

Put out a feeler on the web and received an e-mail from Saratoga that they had my part in their database. I called, ordered and paid for the part. The next day I received a phone call that my part would cost me an additional $100. I called to find out why and spoke to John who was rude, Ill-mannered, disrespectful, insulting, and could care less that he was reneging on the deal. I was also given a lecture of what a broker is and that that was the way it is. Basically, 'Tough s***', pay the extra money or go somewhere else. Stay away, you either will have to pay more money to get your parts or you wont get them at all. Stay away, far, far away.
