Works very good ... when it works. Used it twice. Very convenient. Next week I went to the Simsbury location. Readers chirped but wouldn't give me the green light. Went back home with my bag of cans. Came back the next day still not working. Called customer service. They were very helpful on the phone. They said they would have to send someone out. So now I'm carrying the bag around in my car and my car smells like stale beer. Other than the broken bottle drop location, it seems like a good way to return bottles and cans.
