Wow am I impressed by this business!
Called the day after a giant snowstorm as my snowblower auger quit working. They had it picked up the next day, and fixed within the quoted 3-5 days.
They went above and beyond. This snowblower is running like new!

I used this business for the first time and couldn’t be happier. Art repaired my snowblower at a very reasonable price and quickly too. The pickup/drop off rate was reasonable as well. I’ll most definitely doing business with him again.
Great prices on used and new parts I fix a lot of John Deere’s been to a few local shops. Prices are too high on used parts you could go on Amazon and get them new for the price they wanted for used so I continued my search, on used parts came across Arts parts called them up and yes yes I found the one place where you can get used parts for a fair price like it should be yes most definitely got my attention this is it thanks Arts parts you are my go to shop ??
Had heard they were good and reasonable so decided to see for myself. Had them pick up both mowers for service. One was a 20 year old rider that had an electrical problem that three repair places could not remedy. They found it in two days, repaired it and had it back to me in record time. Has run like new since. They are much more reasonable than others I have tried. They are the go-to dealer and repair shop.
Disappointed....i was looking for a used part, said he would call me the next day informing me if he had the part or not.... 8 days later - no phone call, no part......

I was mowing the other day it was well above 90dgrs and my mower just stopped. I called Arts Parts and set up an appt to have my rider picked up for service, however the gentleman on the phone told me to check the fuse first as it may have just over heated due to the temp out, so I went to Walmart next morning grabbed some fuses and sure enough the fuse was blown. Replaced it and all is good. Now he didn’t have to tell me anything or give me ideas to self fix, most every other place said “ don’t know will have to look at it” Arts was honest enough to help without seeing the mower, that is a lot of integrity. I understand arts lost some money as I no longer need the service but what he did is priceless in my opinion and will never go anywhere else when I need service on anything, I will certainly spread the word about his honesty and kindness. Thank You for being one of the VERY FEW now a days who actually care about not just the mighty buck but making sure the customer gets treated with respect and honesty.
Professional, friendly and courteous. The wait time for repairs to my cub cadet was appropriate for the situation. No price gouging here either!! Very pleased with everything about this business, and you get to actually talk to the owner. Thanks Art!
I love Arts and Parts! They pick up my mower and fix it and return it in a timely fashion. They only fix what is needed and do not add a bunch of extra charges!! Now leaving a review about the actual mower that's a whole another issue!!! ?
Art is fantastic. This is the most amazing place ever. They picked up my lawnmower one day and brought it back the very next day Completely repaired. New battery, new blades and it runs wonderfully It was so fast !!I I would definitely recommend Arts Parts
No people skills and the last issue I had was a hole in my mower deck wich he told me it was shot took it to a friend's son he had it fixed in about a hour and its running amazing and I didn't have to buy a new mower deck like I was led to believe
I called about a battery. They said they don't know the price they have to ask the owner. I waited all day and never heard back. Even though they took my name and number. Guess I will go to Walmart where they like selling stuff!!!!
