My car would not start so I called AAA they jumped it on two occasions and told me I had a bad battery. The battery was two years old. I went to have the battery replaced and it was "checked" first and I was told it was fine. My car refused to start a few more times and had to be jumped. Each time I. went back to the store requesting a new battery they "checked" it and said it was fine. I brought the car to mechanic and the battery was replaced and my car is running great. My mechanic said to take the battery into the store and request a new one this time I was given one. I asked if they could install it so I could return the mechanics battery. At first I was told they could not install replacement batteries. I told them it was the least they could do after the headache the last three weeks with numerous trips to the store and two AAA calls. So one guy said they could install it. After 15 minutes and several attempts with numerous tools it was never installed they could not get the bolt off.

I was there wensday and I had to get breaks for my 2001 honda civic and as I was there one of the workers that was tall male with curly hair was very unprofessional he was coming down the aisles behind the counter blowing a huge vape cloud in store and also witnessed what seemed to be a sketchy side deal where he pulled speakers out from under the counter for some girl as they where whispering about hooking up speakers that first off I would never trust a auto zoner to hook up my speaker and second of all I was first in like then he like ignored me then when out side to have what looked like a smoke break while I was still not being helped after he's said hold on I'm grabbing your brakes and was dealing with this girl I just left I will never give them any sale due to the unprofessionalizm so disgusted with this workers work ethics

I came into the Autozone at 343 NY 104 looking for a bulb for my brake light and a fuse to fix my door locks so I could get my back hatch open to fix it. Mike found both and even helped me put them in. He was an extremely helpful, patient, and kind associate. Especially since it was cold and snowing. He went above and beyond to assist me.

An employee (Mike) on 9/10 around 6:45pm deserves a shout out!! I came in clueless about a light on my car- he offered several ideas and was anything but dismissive. Thank you for caring Mike your help was very appreciated and I’m grateful for your service 🫶

I purchased a battery for my van at this location and Kyle was happy to install it for me (he had the time and the battery is easy to access in my vehicle). Kyle had a great attitude and he did a fine job! Good customer service can be hard to find these days. Well done!

Absolutely horrendous service, I came to this store for years when it was run by the big guy and never had a problem. I come to this store because I needed to get a part and first thing I see is some employee sitting on a bucket next to the front door smoking with all the smoke coming into the store which whatever I smoke but it sets the mood for the service I received. I walk in to multiple employees just standing around the front counter all wearing gray shirts and staring at there phones with a different guy trying to talk to me while he was putting away some stuff. I guess once you get to a certain level you just can stand around and talk. After I started asking questions about a part I needed kid couldn't even answer the questions I had. This is a failure on management not training there staff I Will NOT be coming back to this store I guess advanced auto or fulton AutoZone will be taking my money absolutely shameful how this store has declined might as well just shut it down.

Kyle is awesome and needs to be the store manager. Plain and simple. Tiffany was awesome. I'm glad she went on to bigger and better pastures. JJ is awesome. I'm not sure who the one parts manager is, grey-ish blond hair. She is alright. Why was she eating a tuna sandwich on the counter tho?

I was left in a terrible position as a college student, when my car battery died on a really cold and windy Oswego, NY night. I was really impressed with the service and support that I received from this particular AutoZone. The Associate, Jill, was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and helpful when I needed assistance. I will definitely be a returning customer! Thank you!

I purchased a alternator using two 25 gift card and when I returned the core they gave me two gift cards back and would not give me my money then the manager gave me a dirty look and got Lippy with me this place is horrible do not ever go there customer service sucks and they will rip you off if they can almost $400 for an alternator

Very helpful and friendly staff. A really GREAT FEATURE is the check engine or service engine soon CODE READING SERVICE that they offer for FREE!!! They come out to your vehicle, hook up the device go back into the store and let you know most likely what the cause of the problem is and then they can give you a part printout and advice you from there. See John or Chris at the counter if possible. They both do a great job. I have been using the STP brand economy filters for my vehicles and even my riding lawn tractor. They're working just fine and I am saving money using them.

Had a fabulous experience with an extremely quick and knowledgeable female employee here today when I needed a new wiper blade on a rainy day. Very appreciative of her and will be shopping here for all my auto needs from now on.

Very cool staff , one of the employees went out of his way to drop off a part to me at work on his way home on his own time. I definitely appreciate that level of commitment and that just goes to show how seriously they take their jobs. I would definitely recommend .

When all rest autozones didn't have brakes and rotors this place had them price and availability was great helped point my fiends where to find certain parts and the oswego store had them

This place helped me out when I was in a pinch. Over filled ny engine with oil, the directed me to some that could help and where extremely positive and understanding. Great people. 10/10

Parts cost more, I had to make multiple trips because parts weren't in stock. When the part did come in, it was used and had been obviously opened and was equally obviously never checked by any of the multiple hands that handled it before it got to me. If I'm not getting good service, why am I paying more? RockAuto and other places sell OEM and aftermarket replacement parts, they come right to my door and I save time, money and hassle. I doubt I'll do further business with AutoZone.

Terrible accountability for their work. Installed "eyelashes " on the headlights of a 2010 VW Beetle. After installing, headlights don't work. 2nd attempt did not fix headlights, but did create a metal on metal noise under the hood. 3rd attempt removed "eyelashes " headlights work, but Chris Mattot (manager ) say noise is a bad bearing and could not be caused by the work they did. At home I find a pair of pliers under the AC compressor. Take the pliers back to Auto Zone and Chris denies that his guy left them under the hood! If he had acknowledged the mistake I would not be posting this negative review.
