I can not recommend Burns Auto enough, Brian is one hell of a guy you can trust. Not many people are like this anymore, he got me right in for a bunch of lights coming on in my car. He fixed wires and corrosion of a sensor and didn’t charge me a penny! I will definitely be taking ALL my business here. And I suggest you should as well! Thank you Burns Auto. I have nothing but great things to say!
Had to get my car in same day for new brake pads and rotors, due to a metal on metal scraping each time I slowed or stopped that was getting worse. They got my car in same day, and was done in little over an hr too. Great staff polite, friendly and price was as quoted. Sadly, they couldn't do the work for free...
Brian is a great guy! Honest mechanic! I messaged him on a Saturday about an issue with my car, he called me back on the weekend! Video chatted with me to try to solve the problem!! When that failed, he offered to come to my house!!!
Never had such genuine care and honesty from a mechanic that wasn’t family!! The whole group of guys there are amazing!! Even come in early to drive you home when you need to leave your car for the day!

Went here after timing chain blew in my 2011 equinox paid 6500 for a used engine to be put in. Not even 10 seconds after leaving place whole car shut off and have brought it back 3 times. First time they said it needed cataclean and to be driven for 60 miles second and third time said they could not find anything wrong with it. Don't bring your car here wasted my time and money
They did a quick repair on my rear dif and rear axel, damn ford's. Thanks to everyone who helped get me back on the road. The workmanship is unmatched!

Shady work! Charged me for bolt kit and used half of them and put used ones in plus missed one!Tried to up charge me a extra $225 until I questioned the bill had no reason so with out a reason in his best interest dropped off the extra charge
Not sure vary sceptic of what they tell me is wrong with my car each time I brought it in there was something else wrong that before wasn't so I don't know but they seem pretty quick with some services
My sister has been coming to this establishment for years since she got her van here, has been a very loyal customer for YEARS, and has recently been having issues with her van starting, took it to this business FIVE times, has spent OVER 1,200 to "fix" it, while every time they send it back it still will not start, I am very sad and disappointed and my sister will be doing business elsewhere and will be taking appropriate action against this "business ".
my car was serviced here for the air conditioning and it was leaking power steering. They did a great job on the air conditioning. They told us that a hose needed to be replaced for the power steering. We had it done and my husband picked it up. He drove it with my four children to where his parents camp was. On the way there the line broke and power steering was pouring out of it. We had it towed back. They told us it was a manufacturer defect on the clamp because it wasn't American made; which I understand things happen. They offered me a free oil change next time. I left with my children and as I was turning right my entire car started to shake. I went back and asked for Brian to come for a ride with me to see what the shake was. He didn't come out but another employee. He said he had no idea what the noise was. We went back to the shop and he went in to grab Brian. Brian still didn't come out but then this person came back out to tell me it was air in my line and that it would go away. I got very angry as I had asked for Brian to come out. So I asked again. Brian came out and repeated it again. He assured me that it would go away after 5 miles. I asked what if it doesn't and he stated "they always do". I drove from Oswego to Mexico and it still is shaking. I would not bring any vehicle here. There is zero customer service from the person who worked the counter as he knew nothing about the vehicle and couldn't give me an answer. I will never bring another vehicle there either.
They didn't work on my vehicle but was super kind to me when my car broke down in their parking lot.. let me leave my car there until the tow truck came to pick it up, most shops wouldn't allow you to keep your car there
My friend received unfair treatment here. They made a mistake and charged her for it, which is not the professional way to handle it. They even claimed to have fixed it but in the end, it wasn’t fixed. I would not recommend this place.
Needed an alignment, ended up spending 400$ total here. They told me I needed a new track bar too. Alignment 59$, trackbar 84$, labor more $, and I asked if they could switch out rims and they instead put on my spare tire that has never been driven on, which made the whole car not even aligned. Went back to have it fixed and they charged ME for it. Two tires moved around and balanced added to about 40$. I don't know if its because I come off as a young college girl who can easily get burned because I would not know any better about cars or what. So unfortunate that this happened, wanted just a quick fix that turned into a whole project and the steering still is not even completely straight.
I just went in today to have an inspection got it done I do all my own maintenance on my vehicles and as I do for other people Brian's place is my go-to for inspections he's very good at what he does he's my go-to for my alignments very fair on price it does good work I know some people that I can't do their work and I have them go to him and he does very good work highly recommend his hourly rate is good very fair for what he does get good prices on tires I just got quoted $91 mounted and balance per tire not bad price at all for a $70,000 mile tire again Brian is my to go to guy for pretty much anything I can't do he's the guy I sent people to and again he is very fair on his prices does what he can to help people out I'd go to him before I go to any other repair shop in the area and is a good downed earth guy Fair very very fair he's been doing this for a while knows what he's doing he's got an A+ in my book
At least with my car, have never had a single issue. Super fast service and never once have I felt the work/service wasn't 150% legit. And this is to say I've been there quite a lot. Burns is great.
Here's an edit - mechanic even offered to come to my house to jump my car so I could get it to the shop. Great guy.
Get all my vehicles done in a timely matter. Priced right and really know what they are doing. I own a small fleet of vehicles and have never had any one do such a great job getting to the bottom of any problem.
