Great customer service !!! I had my driveway blocked and needed to get out of my garage to get to work I gave this company a call they came very fast and helped me out cleared my driveway in less than five minutes !!! Definitely going to use this place anytime someone blocks my driveway
Found this company as I was googling for tow truck to tow a vehicle that was blocking my driveway. It was late at night. The first tow company I called told me that they weren't able to assist me. This was the second one, I called. The driver came within 30 mins after I made a call to get a vehicle tow from my partial block driveway.
The person who answered the phone call, he sounded a bit rough but I think that's how he talk. Thank you for your service. Going to be my #1 go to service for anyone who continue to block my driveway.
Both dispatch and the road side assistance staff were prompt, kind, and incredibly efficient. I would recommend them anytime! They made a stressful situation much easier to handle.
I would highly recommend this company. We have had our motor mover and tow bar fitted by them. Both occasions, they were very helpful and friendly on the phone. Explained all my options and adviced me on which product I needed. They did an excellent and professional job.
Called to have a vehicle towed that was blocking my driveway. Was told they would be there in “35 minutes.” It’s been 2 hours and I’m still waiting. Awful service.
Called to ask a question about getting a car towed and the person who picked up the call said that he “already told me that I need a ticket” even though I hadn’t called before and then hung up on me when I asked a follow up question. Unfortunately felt like a very unprofessional service. Hope others have more luck.
Tow truck driver was in time, polite and quick to the location. Driver called to let me know he was assigned for my vehicle pick up and gave me an eta time. I wasn't able to go along but gave him all the locations for drop off where. Once I made it to the service shop there were no issues of my vehicle.
Absent-mindedly locked my keys in my car. Found these guys and they came pretty quickly, but most importantly they sent a really nice guy who handled the situation in 2 seconds and with great humor. Glad to know about them and would recommend.

I have a very extensive history of people parking over my driveway. I have been late to work, unable to escort my 93 yo aunt with Alzheimer’s to the hospital, and unable to get in my driveway after working 16 hours, because of inconsiderate people...so this was really surprising because they usually take hours to tow the vehicle!!!!
Finally made it home thanks to Hector!! My car got stuck in Manhattan, and I needed it towed back to Staten Island :/ It was midnight, and my family depended on me to get back to them by morning. Needless to say, Hector saved the day!! Highly recommended
Used them for the first time on Friday 05/24/19 when my Ford Transit broke down. Minimal information required in order to send out a truck. Driver was very careful when towing, price was fair and didn’t change at the end of the trip. Will definitely use again if needed.
I woke up to go to work, and someone thought it was ok to block my driveway, I had the car ticketed, I called Towing and they showed up in no time to have the car removed I would Definitely recommend Towing company to anyone that have a block driveway they are fast and reliable.
Best towing truck company ever. My father car broke down on 65th and 6 av. Around 11:30 at night. So I call this company and spoke to Steven. He was so great. Well spoken and got to my father less than 10 min which the wait was going to be 25min. He picked up my father drove him to the destination of the auto shop then he drove my father home, that way my father was able to pay him. Steven is so nice and understanding. I am so glad that he was there to make sure my father was safe and was able to accommodate his ride. Thank you Steven. Highly recommend this towing service.

I appreciate the help. Getting stuck somewhere with disabled vehicle is not fun. Dispatcher was polite and send the truck right away. I wish all the services I have to deal with were that good as this towing.

True meaning of 24 hour service. Dealt with the dispatcher and driver both were spot on with time of arrivals. Took very good care of my car. Treated the car as if it was one of theirs. They even dropped me off home after they dropped the car off at mechanics.
I call this 24/7 Brooklyn tow service last month when my car got a flat tire. I was
driving home from Brooklyn to queens. It was after-dark so I felt nervous about pulling
over at night by myself on the parkway. Thank god for smart phones.
I found them by Google search Their dispatch got to my car quickly, towed my car and gave
me a ride too, so I felt super safe and taken care of.
This week I used them again - this time to tow an old buick that had been sitting in my
driveway for too long. I called these guys and liked their service again.
I hope I never have a flat tire again the night time situation, but I would call these guys
