After being quoted an insane amount of money by the dealership to change a rear door handle that my kids broke off, I called Chang's Auto Repair. They told me to bring the car in to take a look, and they were able to do it in 1-2 hours. They were even willing to use the third-party door handle I got off Amazon. After I got the call that it was done, I immediately decided to get the other rear door handle replaced as well since it was also having problems and the Amazon handles came as a pair. Chang's was affordable, efficient, and professional! It reminded me of the auto garage my dad had for decades before retiring. I would most definitely use Chang's again!

Quality work at a fair price. I have an aging Audi and wanted to get an extra two years out of it. the Team fixed everything from electronics to mechanics and after two years the car has had no issues. I had the car completely detailed so not only is it reliable it also looks great!
Great service. They keep in contact with you through out. Always ready to answer any questions. Hopefully never have to go back but if I need work done, this is the place. Had a hit and run on the back quarter panel and when they were done it looked brand new.
Mr Chang was wonderful to work with, you’re in good hands. He is quick, efficient, communicative, fair, and does quality work. He navigated the requirements of our insurance company with ease. He went above and beyond working outside his normal hours to get our car fixed quickly when we really needed it. 10/10 would recommend.
Highly recommend Chang’s! My insurance claim got started Sunday, 11/5/23 for theft of a desired car part and his shop went above and beyond to get the car fixed promptly by 11/10. I moved to Brooklyn a couple years ago and when I had some trouble with my Saab I did a bunch of research and found Chang's due to its favorable reviews. I've taken my car several times for various issues. William and his team were always great to work with, very honest and determined to fix my issues at a reasonable price and timely. They will truly go out of their way for their customers. I highly commend Chang's, we're lucky to have them in the neighborhood!
I've been a customer at six different garages during my time in New York. I expect that Chang's Auto will be my last. After being referred by a neighbor several years ago, I've come to expect serious, careful and value-minded service every time. Chang and his guys always do what they say. They price their work very fairly, and never make me feel dumb, even when I've done something less than smart to my car. The garage floor is spotless. The plants outside are thriving. This is the establishment of someone who knows and cares what he's doing, and works at it tirelessly.

There’s nothing better, than a personal trusted mechanic, the big dealerships want your car and you gone, no accountability, no explanations,.... Chang takes the time to explain what’s wrong and what needs to be repaired as well as many options of doing so, whether it be OEM or aftermarket. I have been taking my car to Chang's for more than 15 years. No work is done without approval by me and if there's any unanticipated repair need, I receive a phone call. There's no pressure and service is timely.
Mr. Chang has been my machanic for 7 plus years and there are reasons as basic as honest reliable service. He is my car’s medical attending! Lol (Nurse humor). If you need a good machanic, body work, or a second opinion call Mr. Chang.
These are nice guys who really like what they do, but when I gave them a difficult to diagnose problem, it was over their heads. They didn’t charge me, but communication was not adequate and it went on longer than it should have.
